The purpose of this study are observing changing direction of lobby space that happen by change of medical environment investigating lobby space of General Hospital by our country's medical policy change time and supply pabulum that need in forward Hospital Architecture planning. Results of this study are as follows ; Since Whole National Insurance enforcement from 1993 to 1995, form of general hospital lobby is form that outpatient entrance and inpatient entrance are detached. And lobby function divided to waiting space for medication, requisition space and also that is appearing being detached with rest space for user. ntil 1999 since 1996 that is since Medical Treatment Information System construction, the biggest characteristic of General Hospital lobby form is making Hospital Street itself do improving efficiency of flow planning being included in lobby.

Purpose: There is little information about China's medical service system and health care facilities in Korean medical architecture papers, which is inconvenient for scholars engaged in medical building research and comparison. Futhermore, the transformation of the notion of health and the ascension of the service needs show the lack of medical function, and then make functions of hospital construction are always in the state of dynamic renewal. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the Chinese medical service system and general hospital related laws and regulations for future research to provide effective analysis of data, and find shortcomings. Methods: This study was conducted by a research on law and regulation of China's medical service system and general Hospital. Results: At present hospital construction in China is in the period of rapid development and it exposes the layout of medical health facilities is not reasonable and the service does not reach the designated position and so on. Overall, it requires more detailed guidelines to enhance the quality of medical health services. Implications: It is expected that the research of this paper will provide effective reference for future research on Chinese medical architecture system and medical facilities, and can promote and perfect the construction of Chinese medical architecture theory system.

During the administration of a construction project, various types of participants are engaged in the project. From the design phase to the maintenance phase, these participants may confront many risks. To avoid these risks, participants should utilize an insurance company or a bond company. The types of risks and liability that a construction manager may face are listed in the construction law or contract. But there are some arguments related to risk transferring and the content of risks. For this reason, construction managers must carefully consider any possible risks in the contract and the construction law. Therefore, for construction managers to deal with risks appropriately, the introduction of a legal requirement to carry professional liability insurance, a defined compensation range for damages, a method of guarantee in the event of defects, a defined compensation claim period for damage, and a method of damage claim were suggested in this study.

A 56-year-old male presented with severe exertional dyspnea and pitting edema in the lower extremities. The preoperative evaluation demonstrated biventricular dysfunction associated with severe tricuspid valve regurgitation and a persistent left superior vena cava. He was registered as a transplantation candidate, and orthotopic heart transplantation was performed using the standard bicaval technique. The left superior vena cava was connected to the right atrial appendage after the construction of a conduit using the recipient's autologous coronary sinus tissue. One-month postoperatively, computed tomography imagery demonstrated a patent conduit between the left superior vena cava and right atrial appendage.

최근 병원 환경은 점차 유비궈터스 환경으로 변화되고 있으며, 이에 따라 응용 서비스 또한 새로운 요구사항에 직면하고 있다. 특히, 다양한 모바일 장치의 출현과 무선 센서 네트워크 기술의 도입은 u-헬스케어의 실현을 가속화 시키고 있다. 서로 다른 환경에서 구축된 정보의 통합이나 다양한 웅용 시나리오를 만족하기 위해 멀티에이전트 패러다임을 도입하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문은 유비쿼터스 병원 정보 시스템을 위한 소프트웨어 구조와 u-응용서비스에 대해 기술한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 u-병원 정보 시스템을 위해 멀티에이전트 기반 분산 프레임워크를 구축하고 제시하고 있다. 이는 JADE와 분산객체그룹 프레임워크를 포함한다. 그리고 의사와 간호사를 위해 환자의 건강 정보와 병실 환경 정보를 제공하는 u-응용 서비스를 구현하였다. 특히 기존 관련 연구에서 강조하고 있지 않은 보안 부분에 대한 상황기반의 동적 보안 메커니즘을 적용하였으며, 본 연구에서는 각 사용자의 GUI를 통해 수행결과를 보였다.

In accomplishing the objectives of the hospital organizations effectively the good results of hospital information systems depends upon the usefulness and forms of informations provided by them under certain conditions. This study is aimed at examining how much hospital information systems are influenced by the characteristics of organizations and information systems. The results are as follows. 1. In the viewpoint of variations of organization characteristics, the support of chief executive group, the participation of users, education and training has good effects on satisfaction rates of users and system utilization rates as evaluation instruments of results of hospital information systems. 2. In the viewpoint of information system characteristics, the nearness of information sources, the scopes and qualities of informations has good effects on satisfaction rates of users and system utilization rates as evaluation instruments of results of hospital information systems. Accordingly interests and supports of chief hospital executives are required in order to heighten the results of hospital information systems, and there must be participations of organization members in their construction and performance. Also there must be training and education of members in the hospital affairs in using them. In such a condition of hospital organizations the good results of hospital information systems will be produced. The above concluded things must be taken into consideration importantly in their introduction and development.

In case of Korea, The Large-scale fire is consistently being such as 2015 Uijeongbu Fire, 2017 Jecheon Fire, 2018 Sejong Hospital Fire. Such a fire has a problem that the fire is spreading upper due to external flame spread. As a countermeasure the fire safety, the study about axial temperature prediction of external flame spread is consistently doing. But in korea, Vertical spandrel is specified as 40cm, and improvement is urgently needed. In this study, a repair material was selected to prevent the fire from spreading to a building where a flammable exterior material was installed and then pilot construction was carried out. Also, fire safety measures for buildings constructed with flammable exterior materials were examined.

This article comes up with a new method which is based on the visual characteristic of the objects and machine learning technology to achieve semi-automated recognition of the personnel, machine & materials of the construction sites. Balancing the real-time performance and accuracy, using Faster RCNN (Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Networks) with transfer learning method appears to be a rational choice. After fine-tuning an ImageNet pre-trained Faster RCNN and testing with it, the result shows that the precision ratio (mAP) has so far reached 67.62%, while the recall ratio (AR) has reached 56.23%. In other word, this recognizing method has achieved rational performance. Further inference with the video of the construction of Huoshenshan Hospital also indicates preliminary success.

The severe acute respiratory syndrome -SARS virus spreaded rapidly in Asia in 2003 caused a lethal and serious epidemic. Establishing special isolation wards of high-level epidemic prevention has becomes one of the most important tasks of epidemic prevention. Taking the biosafety level of US CDC biology laboratory as an example, the laboratory of the highest level, BL4 and that of the second high level, BL3 are only allowed to handle and research this kind of highly dangerous viruses safely, to ensure the safety of researchers and the surrounding environment.This research aims to study the functions and the design requirements of "special isolation wards", which is equivalent to the high-level biotechnology laboratory, and have an integrated discussion about the design and construction techniques of this kind of wards, expecting to provide a reference for constructing special isolation wards and maintaining operation safely in Taiwan.

Recently, dental PACS construction in dental hospital is fairly general. For this reason, inspection request works of dental PACS fee with Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service are more important for the financial stability in hospital and from now on status. But several departments in dental hospital, enforce a incoherent order system so inspection request situation is full of mistakes and omissions. As a result, financial stability in hospital rapidly change for the worse, as the case stands establishment of proper order system and match system is essential to resolve the issue. Consequently, we plan to establish the proposed idealized scheme.
