  • Steam Generator has been manufactured by welding process after partial manufacturing of various steel forgings such as shell, head and tube sheet. Usually, these steel forgings are made by open die forging process. After steel melting and ingot making, open die forging has been carried out to get a good quality which means high soundness and homogeniety of the steel forgings by using high capacity hydraulic press. This paper introduced open die forging development status of the large steel forgings which is used for the steam generator of 1,400MW next generation nuclear power plant.

  • Large tubesheet forgings of the steam generator for the 1,400MW nuclear power plant has been developed. Steam Generator is one of the most important structural part for nuclear power plant. It is manufactured by various steel forgings such as shell, head, torus and tubesheet. These steel forgings have been made by open die forging process. After steel melting and ingot making, open die forging has been carried out to get a good quality which means high soundness and homogeniety of the steel forgings by using high capacity hydraulic press. This paper introduced the forging process development and manufacturing experience of large tubesheet forgings which will be used for the steam generator of 1,400MW nuclear power plant.

This paper introduced open die forging status and investigated forging method of the ultra large steel forgings which is used for the steam generator of 1000MW nuclear power plant. For the same thing. the type of steel forgings consisting steam generator is classified by shell, head, torus and tube sheet. And corresponding forging processes of the steel forgings have been investigated.

  • Temperature homogeniety and stationary temperature is the most important thermometric considerations for the clinical use of hyperthermia. A thermal mapping was done in a phantom with thermocouple during hyperthermia which was induced by 1.0MHz,$0.7\~0.8watts/cm^2$ ultrasound and unfocused 2.5cm-diameter transducer. The results were as follows 1. Effective heating range$(42.5^{|circ}C\pm0.5^{\circ}C)$ were obtained 3cm in width and 4cm in depth from surface of phantom and temperature distribution was relatively uniform. 2. There was little heating effect more than 2cm away from transducer axis and more than 5cm in depth. 3. There was hot spots(more than $43^{\circ}C$) in $2.0\pm0.5cm$ depth from transducer along tranducer axis.

  • In this paper, a SAR-despeck1ing approach of adaptive iteration based a Bayesian model using the lognormal distribution for image intensity and a Gibbs random field (GRF) for image texture is proposed for noise removal of the images that are corrupted by multiplicative speckle noise. When the image intensity is logarithmically transformed, the speckle noise is approximately Gaussian additive noise, and it tends to a normal probability much faster than the intensity distribution. The MRF is incorporated into digital image analysis by viewing pixel types as states of molecules in a lattice-like physical system. The iterative approach based on MRF is very effective for the inner areas of regions in the observed scene, but may result in yielding false reconstruction around the boundaries due to using wrong information of adjacent regions with different characteristics. The proposed method suggests an adaptive approach using variable parameters depending on the location of reconstructed area, that is, how near to the boundary. The proximity of boundary is estimated by the statistics based on edge value, standard deviation, entropy, and the 4th moment of intensity distribution.

계 골격근에서 15S ATPase의 순수분리 및 특성연구 (Purification and Characterization of a 15S Arpase from Chick Skeletal Muscle)

  • An Arpase complex has been purified to apparent homogeniety from the extract of chick skeletal muscle using conventional column chromatographies and glycerol density gradient centrifugation. This eWe has a sedimentation coefficient of 15S as determined by the gradient centrifugation and therefore is referred to as the 15S ATPase. It behaves as a 600-kOa molecule upon gel filtration analysis using a Superose-6 column. However, the ATPase runs as a 95-kDa polvpeptide when analyzed by polvacrvlamide gel electrophoresis in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate. Thus, the Arpase is likely to consist of six identical subunits of 95 KDa. It has a Km value of 0.6 mM for ATP and is maximally active at pH 9.

  • 본 논문에서는 Marshall-Olkin의 이변량 지수모형을 따르는 두 부품의 수명들이 이변량 임의 중단된 자료로 관찰되는 경우를 생각한다. 이 경우 모수와 시스템 신뢰도에 대한 최우추정량을 구하고 근사적 정규성을 이용하여 두 부품의 수명에 대한 동일성 및 독립성 검정법을 제안한다. 그리고 모의실험을 통하여 제안된 추정량들과 검정법들의 유의확률을 계산한다.
