유아교육기관 실외놀이 시설 설비 실태와 안전평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Actual Conditions of Outdoor Facilities Safety in Kindergarten Playground)

  • This study examined the actual conditions of outdoor facilities and evaluated safety evaluations levels in playgrounds based on types of kindergartens. The samples for the survey were 100 kindergartens in Seongnam city Gyeonggi-Do province. Most outdoor facilities consisted of playgrounds with sand area and complex playing equipments, while wood-working area, sensory playing area, and mud playing area were less equipped than other facilities. In the case of outdoor playing facilities there were meaningful environmental differences within kindergartens. The public has less diversity in play areas and equipments and providing safety guidelines in playgrounds than privates. The score for the safety evaluations in the outdoor play environment was higher than average. As the range outdoor playing facilities increased, safety was dually considered, while kindergartens with a higher ratio of child-teacher numbers exhibited less consideration to playground safety.

보육시설 조직커뮤니케이션과 갈등, 몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on Teacher' Perception of Organizational Communication, Conflict, Commitment in Child Care Center)

  • This purpose of this study was to understand how organizational communication affects organizational conflict and commitment. This study was based on a questionnaire survey of 238 teachers working in kindergartens and childcare centers in all parts of Korea except Jeju-do. This research used the following tools: the organizational communication scale, the organizational conflict scale, and the organizational commitment scale. The results were as follows: First, satisfaction with organizational communication showed statistically significant effects(${\beta}$ = -.529, p < .001) on organizational conflict. Secondly, organizational conflict had a negative correlation(${\beta}$ = -.398, p < .001) with organizational competence. Third, organizational conflict had a moderating effect between organizational communication satisfaction and the organizational commitment. Fourth, communication satisfaction had a moderating effect between organizational conflict and organizational commitment.

노인요양병원 간병인의 소진에 대한 영향요인 (Factors Affecting Burnout of Caregivers in Geriatric Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting burnout of caregivers in geriatric hospitals. Methods: Data were collected from 266 formal caregivers working at Korean geriatric hospitals using self-report questionnaires between May 16 and June 30, 2016. The measured variables were burnout, emotional labor, job stress, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy experienced by caregivers. T-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were employed for data analysis. Results: The results indicated that emotional labor and job stress significantly influenced burnout of caregivers in geriatric hospitals; the explanatory power of the model was 27.3%. Conclusion: Based on the study results, we suggest further investigation of factors influencing burnout, and the development of strategies to prevent burnout by reducing emotional labor and job stress experienced by caregivers.

환경요소면으로 본 의복의 인간공학적 연구 (I) - 인체동작후의 피부온 변화를 중심으로 - (A Human Engineering Study of Clothing in an Environmental Aspect (I) - Based on the Skin Temperature after Physical Exercise of Human Body -)

  • Comfort concept of heating and cooling between body and environment is modified by the clothing. So were can say the clothing is one of the environment. To maintain“pleasantness”, clothing must have the elements of comfort and function. This study carried out for the 1st step to describe the relation between clothing and the human body I aspect to the emvironmental elements of temperature and working part of the body. Observations of skin temperature were taken on young adults female subjects in training wear and the skin temperature was measured onto 9 points of the body while taking part in two physical exercise, with Rawing machine and Bicycle ergometer. The results obtained are as follows; 1. The skin temperature after physical exercise is lower than that after repose. 2. After physical exercise of the lower part of the body, the skin temperature is less than that after physical exercise of the upper part of the body. 3. After physical exercise of the upper part of the body, skin temperature of the lower part of the body rises a little, and vice versa.

정규수업과 연계된 수학과의 웹 기반 가정학습에 대한 연구 (On a Web-Based Home Study in the Regular Lessons of Mathematics Education)

  • In a globalization and information society in the 21st century, the emphasis of education is on producing people who can create intellectual value. To meet the purpose in mathematics education, students should be taught to be able to understand basic logics and principles and exchange mathematical information each other. Also they had better be guided to study on their own at home in an effective way. In reality, however, most of the home study does not go beyond confirming the same homework. It is very difficult for students to plan systematic preparation and review of their lessons and study on their own. Moreover there seems to be no integration between the lessons students receive at school and in private classes. Therefore the need for more systematic home study in relation to school lessons is high to maximize the teaming effect. Studying through Web has little restriction in terms of time and space. Students can collect useful information inexpensively and share their learning assignment with each other. But mathematics education through Web has not yet been developed in such a way as to see a positive result from it. This research intends to develop a web site where students can study mathematics systematically in a self-guided way. The research methods applied included survey, student discussion and online home study. The questionnaires were designed to figure out students'and parents'changes in their concept of mathematics home study. The research also tried to look for ways to cut down the burden of expensive private lessons in mathematics. The student discussions were made up of problem-making and problem-solving. The discussion procedure was analysed so as to check if students used their creativity while they were working. As stated above, the research aims to develop a web site to support effective home study, enhance students' mathematical ability and reduce the burden of private lessons.

모바일 환경에서 CoAP/6LoWPAN 기반의 스마트 홈네트워크 시스템 구현 및 성능 분석 (Implementation of Smart Home Network System based on CoAP/6LoWPAN in Mobile Environment)

  • 사물인터넷(Internet of Thing) 기술이 커다란 이슈로 떠오르면서 홈 네트워크 시스템을 사물인터넷 기술 과 연동하기 위한 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있다. 특히 가정에서 사용되는 많은 기기들을 인터넷과 연결시키고 스마트 폰을 이용하여 기기들을 제어하고 동작시키기 위한 다양한 기술들이 제안되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 인터넷 프로토콜들은 적은 양의 데이터가 송수신되는 사물 인터넷 환경에는 비효율적이다. 그래서 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)에서는 저전력, 저용량, 저성능 등 제한된 환경에서 인터넷과 연동하여 사물들을 동작시키기 위한 대표적인 기술로 CoAP/6LoWPAN 프로토콜을 제안하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CoAP/6LoWPAN을 이용하여 모바일 환경에서 홈네트워크 시스템을 동작시키고 제어하는 시스템을 구현하였으며 이는 향후 각 가정에 도입될 스마트홈네트워크 시스템 구축에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 전망된다. 또한 기존 인터넷 망에서 사용되는 HTTP와의 성능 분석을 수행하여 CoAP/6LoWPAN 프로토콜을 사용한 제안 시스템이 사물인터넷 환경에 적합함을 보여주고 있다.

맞벌이 부부의 가사노동에 관한 질적 연구 - 초등학생 자녀를 둔 맞벌이 부부를 중심으로 (A Qualitative study on the household tasks of dual income families - Focusing on families with elementary school children)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of the household labors that are performed by dual income families. The methodology that has been applied in this study was a qualitative research based on in-depth interviews of a total of 10 people(8 housewives, 2 husbands) selected from the 8 different families. The 8 different families have been selected in order to identify the different family lives and the various household labor patterns that are conducted by both the working husband and the working wife. As a result, we have found out that working wives still had to manage their time in an extremely busy manner in order to balance their professional work with their household tasks. However, the household work that was being shared by the husbands also seemed to vary dynamically according to the different family situations. Although, it has shown that household tasks are divided by the person's sex, the amount of household tasks that are shared tended to increase according to the life cycle of each family.

기업의 자녀돌봄지원제도가 미취학자녀를 둔 기혼여성의 이직의향 및 일-가정 상호작용에 미치는 영향 (The effect of family care program in workplace on turnover intention and work-family interaction for married working women)

  • The purpose of this study is to demonstrate how having a family care program in the workplace for working women with preschool children affects these women's work and family life. This study employs a panel analysis based on data from the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families. The major results are as follows. First, financial support for nursery care is only significantly related to the turnover of married women with preschool children. Second, the negative effects of work on the family are significantly influenced by financial support for nursery care and maternity leave. Third, financial support for nursery care is also significantly related to the positive effects of work on the family. In conclusion, a family-friendly care program including financial support for nursery care and maternity leave in the workplace is an important support system for working mothers in raising their children.

기혼취업여성 일-가족 양립에 따른 전이유형과 정신건강에 관한 연구 (Identifying Latent Groups in Married Working Women's Work-Family Spillover and Testing the Difference of Mental Health)

  • This study investigated the latent groups depending on married working women's work-family spillover. The effects of factors that determine mental health subgroups and differences were also analyzed. Mixture modeling was applied to the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women & Families to achieve the research objectives. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, there were four subgroups that could be defined according to the work-family spillover: mid-level spillover group (mid-positive and mid-negative spillover group), high-level spillover group (high-positive and high-negative spillover group), low-level spillover group (low-positive and low-negative spillover group), and high-negative and low-positive spillover group. Second, the results of mixture regression analysis to test the effect of eco-system variables showed that age, academic background, non-traditional family value, number of children, work hours, wage income, and availability of the maternity leave were significant determinants of the latent groups. The probability of classifying in the high-negative and low-positive spillover group increased when women showed a lower academic background and wage income, higher number of children and older age, and longer work hours than others. Third, the high-level spillover group, and the high-level spillover group showed the lowest stress and the lowest depression; however, the low-level spillover group reported the highest stress and the highest depression. Implications, limitations, and future directions were discussed based on the results.

다문화가족 방문교육지도사의 셀프리더십과 직무몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on Self-Leadership and Job Involvement of Multicultural Family Home-Visit Instructors)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate differences in self-leadership and job involvement based on the education levels, majors, and teaching experiences of multicultural family home-visit instructors and the influence of self-leadership on job involvement. Methods: 668 home-visit instructors participated in the online survey from 140 multicultural family support centers in Seoul, 6 metropolitan cities, 9 provinces, and other cities and counties. Data were analyzed through frequency, percentages, Pearson's correlations, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ post-hoc test, and stepwise multi-regression using SPSS 21.0. Results: The main findings are as follows. First, instructors who were high school graduates had significantly higher scores in self-leadership than the other groups. There was only a significant difference in self-reward of self-leadership based on their majors. There were no significant differences in job involvement based on the education level and major. The greater their home-visit teaching experiences, the higher their scores in self-leadership and job involvement. Second, the stepwise multiple regression model showed that self-expectation, self-goal setting, constructive thinking, and rehearsal of self-leadership explained 49% of the total variance in job involvement. Conclusion: Even though the high school graduates had significantly higher scores in self-expectation, rehearsal, and constructive thinking of self-leadership than the other groups, over-generalization should be avoided because the sample size was relatively small. Based on the finding that greater home-visit teaching experiences was associated with higher self-leadership and job involvement, it would be necessary to improve working condition to prevent instructors from changing jobs. These findings stress the importance of providing opportunities for home-visit instructors to develop leadership, thus improving job involvement.
