20대의 음주생활에 관한 연구 - 청주지역 대학생과 직장인을 대상으로 - (The Drinking Life of Youngsters aged between 20 and 30 - Focused on the University Students and the Workers in Chongju Area -)

  • Nowadays drunken drive and other problems related to drinking have been increased in our society. Those problems, we believe, are just the outcomes of undesirable drinking life. To investigate the drinking life of youngsters aged between 20 and 30, 271 university students and workers in Chongju area were surveyed, focusing on attitude toward drinking, drinking behavior and drinking habits. The results are as follows: 1. Youngsters, regardless of their sex, have generous attitude toward drinking. 2. Youngsters usually drink to get along with their friends or fellow workers. 3. The university students drink alone more frequently than the workers do. And to drink alone occurs when they feel mental stress or face difficulties. 4. The university students and the workers do not differ in terms of average drinking frequency per month, the number of pubs they stop by per drinking occasion, and the king of liquor they take. 5. Above 80% of the car owners have experienced the drinking drive. And they tend to smoke more while drinking.

전북지역의 가정에서 튀김조리 이용과 사용된 튀김유의 관리실태 (A Survey on the Use of Deep-fat-fried Foods and Treatment of the Used Oils at Home in Chonbuk Area)

  • This research was carried out to obtain the information about the use of deep-fat-fried foods and treatment of oils used for deep-fat-frying at home. Data were obtained through questionnaires from 442 housewives in Chonbuk area. The frequency of taking deep-fat-fried foods was affected by ages and residential area. Average score for the preference of deep-fat-fried foods was 3.60 in the 5 point scale. Fifty three percent of the respondents prepared deep-fat-fried foods by themselves at home. The oil most commonly used for deep-fat-frying was soybean oil followed by com oil. Proper frying temperature was determined by dropping salt or food coating materials into the oil. Oil color was used as a parameter for determining the life of frying oils by 81.2% of the respondents. Most of the respondents appealed to use oils one more time after filtering. For the disposal of used frying oil, 65.7% of the respondents used some kinds of absorbing papers; 16.1% made soaps and 10.7% discarded into a sink. According to correlation analysis, the frequency of taking deep-fat-fried food had positive relationships with housewives's health status, preference for foods prepared with oil and fats and family's preference for deep-fat-fried foods.

한.일 중학교 가정교과서의 녹색생활교육 내용분석 (Content Analyses of Green Life-Educational Materials in Korean and Japanese Middle School Horne Economics Textbooks)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 한국과 일본의 가정 교과서에 실린 녹색생활교육 학습자료 내용을 분석하는데 있다. 2007 개정 교육과정에 근거한 중학교 l학년과 2학년의 한국 교과서 8권과 일본의 중학교 교과서 2권을 포함하여 총 10권을 분석하였다. 한국과 일본의 가정교과서 분석 결과, 한국 교과서는 모든 영역의 학습자료 유형 중 표/그림/사진 자료가 가장 많고 용어/용어 설명이 많았던 반면, 일본은 구체적인 활동자료가 모든 영역에서 가장 많았다. 학습자료 유형이나 분량은 교과서별 영역별로 다소 차이가 있었으며 교육과정에 명시된 것은 모든 교과서에 제시되어 있었다. 자기 가정과 교육과정 개발과 교과서를 개발할 때에는 구체적인 녹색생활교육 내용을 명시하교 학습자료를 단순 지식보다는 태도와 행동의 변화나 실천을 이끌어낼 수 있도록 구성하는데 주안점을 두어야 할 것이다.

농촌지역 중·고등학교의 교과교실제를 위한 공간 재배치 특성 (A Comparison Study on Spatial Rearrangement for the Departmentalized Classroom System in Middle and High School in the Rural Area)

  • This study is to clarify the actual conditions of the floor plan of middle and high schools in the rural area. Recently, many middle school and high school are remodeling the buildings and facilities based on the departmentalized classroom system. This study, through analyzing on 4 remodeling cases of middle and high schools in gyeongnam. This article discuses about the basic characteristics of the plan composition and the education programs of 4 schools. This study is showing the variation before and after remodeling and space organization types. The results of this study are summarized as follows; Home-room and home-base should be more faithfully. Various common space is needed to comfortable school life of students. In case of side corridor type plan, moving path is much needed. Sample schools took much more spaces of home base than before. This article discusses about the basic characteristics of the floor plan and the actual condition of the school facilities.

가정교과 주생활 단원에 대한 남녀 중학생의 인시과 활용도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Recognition and Application of the contents of Housign Education among Male/Female Students in the Middle School)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems of housing education in Home Economics and then to present some suggestion for improving the housing education in the middle school and to analyze the problems of housing edcation that was investigated on the recognition and application in real life of housing area subject to male/female students in the middle school. The respondents were 600 boys and girls of middle school. Statistical methods adopted for data analysis were Frequency, Chi-square, t-test, F-test. The major findings were follows: 1. Many students(67.2%) responded that housing of home economics was wholly helpful in the actual life. 2. Many students recognized the necessity for the housing education. They particularly recognized the need about the knowlidge of sanitation and facilities of housing. 3. The degree to which housing education applied in the real life was lower than that to which it was needed. 4. There was a tendency that the more students realized the usefulness of housing education, the more positively they applied it in the real life. 5. The contents that students preferred to be additionally included in housing education were improvement of residential environment, solutions to housing environmental deterioration and pollution, future housing, and housing for the elderly.

  • This study examines family life problems & solution of married women in Chonbuk area as a part of study on family life Issues. Data were collected by questionnaires. The sample consisted of 1142 married women. The major findings were summarized as follows : (1) The degree of recognition about family life problem is rated economic life > woman's parents-in-law> woman's real parents> spouse> children related problems. (2) In the family conflict solution types, the most used types is a rational. (3) The degree of recognition about the family violence is rated abusive languages of husband>husband behavior under the influence of alcohol wife's child abuse>husband's child abuse>abusive languages of wife>battered wife. (4) The kins are still considered the primary source for functions of personal support. Also, the needs for the children related equipments is higest among the public support equipments.

중학교 기술.가정교과의 "식생활 단원"에 대한 학생들의 인식 및 활용실태 (A Study on the Perception and Utilization of the "Food and Nutrition" Area of the Home Economics Subject by Middle School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest systematic, efficient, and developmental plans for dietary and nutrition education, through analyzing students' perceptions and utilizations of the $\ulcorner$Food and Nutrition$\lrcorner$ area of Technology Home economics in middle school. This study was conducted using self administered questionnaires on general environmental factors, perceptions, and utilization of the $\ulcorner$Food and Nutrition$\lrcorner$ area. The subjects were 807 middle school students of the seventh, eighth, and ninth grades in Gyeonggi province. Most of the students positively recognized the necessity for the $\ulcorner$Food and Nutrition$\lrcorner$ area in Technology Home economics. However, changes in the interest in $\ulcorner$Food and Nutrition$\lrcorner$ after a lesson were not significant. The utilization of the lesson appeared highest in cases where the teachers' instructing methods went abreast with teaching focused on practice or teaching based on practice and theory and if teachers used various teaching materials. These results suggested that teachers should make efforts to raise the students' interest for the lesson in Technology Home economics. Therefore, the contents of the lesson should complement the learners' demands such that they are useful in real life situations. Also, more positive teaching methods and various media which could satisfy the needs and interests of the students should be developed. In addition, teaching methods should be evaluated for an effective and practical curriculum of $\ulcorner$Food and Nutrition$\lrcorner$ in Home Economics.

춘천지역 일부 유치원 원아의 식습관 및 생활습관에 관한 조사 (Eating behavior and life habits of kindergarten children in Chuncheon area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the eating behavior and life habits of kindergarten children 5 to 7 years old in Chuncheon area. This study was conducted in December, 1996. Anthropometric indices(height, weight, skinfold thickness, mid-arm circumference) were measured and body mass index(BMI), Rohrer index, arm fat area were calculated to estimate children’s body fatness. Also the eating behavior and life habits were determined tv using questionnaire method. The results were as follows: Body fat rate of the children was almost normal according to Rohrer index and BMI. There was significant difference in birth weight between male and female. The problems of the eating behavior were frequent skipping breakfast and eating-out. The rate of the children who took snacks 2 times a day was 46.9%. Most children tended to take sweet snacks such as ice-cream, chocolates, cookies, and they tended to prefer meats and fishes to vegetables. The rate of breast feeding was 28.3% and the rate of weaning foods prepared at home was 61.1%. Many children preferred indoor activities such as watching TV, toy furniture play, building block to outdoor activities such as roller-skating, cycling, jogging in their spare time. The rate of the children who took exercise regularly was 15%. Children tended to eat kimbap, fried chicken, ramyeon more frequently in various instant foods. The intake rates of fruit juice and barly tea were relatively high and children's favorite fruits were watermelon and mandarin orange. From this results, skipping breakfast, frequent eating-out and the monotony of food preference appears to cause imbalance in nutrient intakes of the children and to have bad influence on children’s health. Accodgingiy, the comprehensive nutrition education and proper modification program should be needed for the children and their parents to correct the eating behavior and life habits. The reasonable exercise programs are needed to motivate outdoor activities of the children, and the importance of breast feeding and weaning foods should be emphasized to lactating women and pregnant women.

다중지능 교수·학습 전략 기반 중학교 「기술·가정」 교과서 의생활 영역의 활동과제 분석 (Analysis of Activity Tasks of Clothing Life Area in Middle School 「Technology & Home Economics」 Textbooks Based on Multiple Intelligence Teaching-Learning Strategy)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 2015개정 교육과정의 중학교 「기술·가정」 교과서에서 의생활 영역의 활동 과제를 분석하여 개선점을 제시하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 분석 대상은 12개 출판사의 「기술·가정 ①」 교과서 의생활 영역 본문의 활동 과제이다. 다중지능 교수·학습 전략 분석 기준은 선행 연구를 참조하여 가정교과 전공 교수 1인과 의생활 전공 교수 1인에게 검토를 받고 연구자와 협의 과정을 거쳐 재구성하였다. 이렇게 재구성한 분석 기준을 중심으로 12종 「기술·가정」 교과서의 의생활 영역 활동 과제를 분석하였고 그 결과에 대해서는 전문가 11인에게 내용 타당도 검증을 받았다. 내용타당도 지수인 CVI는 0.94로 높게 나타났다. 다중지능 교수·학습 전략을 기반으로 「기술·가정」 교과서 의생활 영역의 활동 과제를 분석한 결과, 논리수학지능이 31.02%로 가장 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 그 다음이 언어지능으로 23.81%, 시·공간지능이 17.08%, 자기이해지능이 14.71%, 대인관계지능이 5.79%, 신체운동지능이 5.22%, 자연탐구지능이 2.37%, 그리고 음악지능이 0.00%의 순으로 나타냈다. 이 연구 결과에서 알 수 있듯이, 의생활 영역에서 높은 비중을 차지 것은 논리수학지능, 언어지능, 시·공간지능, 자기이해지능과 관련된 교수·학습 전략이었다. 한편 가정교과의 교수·학습 방법으로 권장되는 대인관계지능과 신체운동지능, 자연탐구지능과 관련된 교수·학습 전략은 상대적으로 적은 비중을 차지하였으며 음악지능 교수·학습 전략은 전무하였다. 따라서 앞으로 「기술·가정」 교과서 의생활 영역의 활동과제에는 논리수학이나 언어지능, 시·공간지능, 자기이해지능 교수·학습 전략 못지않게 대인관계, 신체운동, 자연탐구, 음악지능과 관련된 교수·학습 전략도 제시하는 것이 요구된다.

양육신념, 부모협력 및 가정학습환경과 유아의 학교준비도 (Parental Beliefs, Parental Involvement, the Home Learning Environment and Children's School Readiness)

  • This study investigated the effects of three factors-mothers' parenting beliefs; child care-home involvement; and the home learning environment - on the school readiness of 3- to 5-year-olds. The subjects were 366 children who were enrolled in child care centers located in Seoul and the Kyoungki area, and their mothers. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique was employed to test the pathways to children's school readiness as indicated by the child's abilities in vocabulary, math and reading. The results showed that mothers' stronger beliefs in their responsibilities in their children's academic and behavioral development predicted greater involvement in child care and better quality in the home learning environment. Likewise, the quality of the learning environment predicted the extent of the child's readiness for school. No direct relation was found between child care involvement and the child's school readiness. The results imply that multiple factors - parental, child-care-related, and home environmental- explain the extent to which the child is prepared to adjust to scholastic life.
