Purpose: This study aimed to investigate possible ways to expand the services of home-visit nursing through a review of the progress, achievements, and obstacles of home-visit nursing; a pilot project of an integrated home-service; the application of the Omaha System; as well as a case analysis of providing home-visit nursing services. Method: An integrated review was conducted using various source materials, including laws, previous studies, and a case analysis. Results: In case analysis of providing visiting nursing service, rehabilitation nursing, end-of-life nursing, and dementia care showed high nursing needs. It was necessary that the various home visit nursing services in the intervention area of the Omaha System, administrative services, case management, and center operation activities were all included in the payment systems of long-term care insurance. Conclusion: In the future, home visit nursing services of long-term care insurance should be reborn in the form of a center for integrated case management in the community, which would set long-term goals until the time of a client's death and encompass the realm of human rights for health, quality of daily life, and a dignity of life.

Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the bleaching efficacy and hydrogen peroxide permeability in the pulp chamber by the at-home bleaching gel in protocols applied on different dental surfaces. Materials and Methods: Forty premolars were randomly into 4 groups: control group no bleaching, only application on the buccal surface (OB), only application on the lingual surface (OL) and application in buccal and lingual surfaces, simultaneously (BL). At-home bleaching gel (White Class 7.5%) was used for the procedure. The bleaching efficacy was evaluated with a digital spectrophotometer (color change in CIELAB [ΔE_ab] and CIEDE 2000 [ΔE₀₀] systems and Whitening Index for Dentistry [ΔWI_D]). The hydrogen peroxide permeability in the pulp chamber (㎍/mL) was assessed using UV-Vis spectrophotometry and data were analyzed for a 1-way analysis of variance and Tukey's test (α = 0.05). Results: All groups submitted to bleaching procedure showed bleaching efficacy when measured with ΔE_ab and ΔE₀₀ (p > 0.05). Therefore, when analyzed by ΔWI_D, a higher bleaching efficacy were observed for the application on the groups OB and BL (p = 0.00003). Similar hydrogen peroxide permeability was found in the pulp chambers of the teeth undergoing different protocols (p > 0.05). Conclusions: The application of bleaching gel exclusively on the OB is sufficient to achieve bleaching efficacy, when compared to BL. Although the OL protocol demonstrated lower bleaching efficacy based on the ΔWI_D values, it may still be of interest and relevant in certain clinical scenarios based on individual needs, requiring clinical trials to better understand its specificities.

The number of one-person households in the modern society continues to increase, and is expected to increase steadily. In addition, one-person households had the largest number of detached house dwellings, while one-person households had the advantage of free living and free time. However, one-person households have concerns such as loneliness, health problems, safety, risk, and meal solutions, while detached house have problems such as living problems, maintenance, management, safety and risk, and lead to future concerns. This study was conducted in the following ways to improve the concerns of one-person households and the problems of detached house by applying smart home service to detached house. It was integrated through the investigation of concerns and grievances of one-person households and the case of preceding research on the problems of detached house. The latest technology trends of smart home services and the technologies currently developed and marketed were identified through prior research cases and literature surveys. Based on this, the smart home service list and application measures were derived to compensate for the concerns of one-person households and problems of detached house in applying them to smart home services.

In late 20th century, smart home market evolved in China, and absorbed best manpower and technology to commercialize the smart home equipment. Many foreign companies want to take possession of Chinese market, but not arrive at abundance yet. There has many reasons, but most important thing is ignoring the interaction between technical elements and spacial elements. in other words, ignoring the correlation between each industry. Korean smart home market evolved same period with Chinese, but it has balanced development in technic and application, so the commercialize and market arrived at poverty. In this study, survey the present situation of smart home about Korea and China, and compare the technical elements. In addition to analysis the interaction between smart spacial contents and technology. This study focused on the smart apartment, and analysis the strength and weakness in each country, and make theoretical basement for Korea to make certain about Chinese smart home market.

The purpose of this study was to develop strategy direction for visiting home care through a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats(SWOT) analysis. The methodological research-based study employed an analysis model based on a literature review and expert interviews. The outcomes of the SWOT analysis formed the main components of the strategic planning approach, whose application to the hospital-based visiting home care program of the Seoul Veterans Hospital was expected to be effective in increasing the turnover rate and hospital incomes.

Purpose: Home health nurses could affect patients' choice of alternative therapy. This study was carried out to investigate home health nurses' attitudes and cognition toward alternative therapy. Method: The subjects were 92 nurses who preparing the home health nurses at 2 university in Seoul and Suwon. Using the questionnaire. we measured the subjects' attitudes and cognition toward alternative therapy. Result: The mean score of attitudes about application was 3.14. and the score of attitudes about therapeutic effect was 2.57. The score of attitudes about therapeutic effect were significantly positive correlation to the score of cognition about alternative therapy. The attitudes about therapeutic effect were different significantly according to number of working years. But they commonly wanted to apply the soojichim. aroma-therapy. massage. danjon breathing. music therapy. plant therapy. and foot reflexology to their home health care subjects. Conclusion: Alternative therapies became a popular source of health care in Korea. This study showed pre-home health nurses had positive attitudes toward alternative therapies and they had wide variations of knowledge in how to use each therapy. But they acknowledge the value of alternative therapies as useful nursing interventions. so we all nurses should pay attention to develope the nursing intervention using alternative therapy.

This paper is concerned with an Internet of Things (IoT)-based unmanned home-delivery box system, in which the system is developed with a prototype using a weight sensor, shock sensor, the Arduino and Raspberry-Pi of open-source hardware platforms. The developed system provides several functions such as a safe storage means, prevention of delivery-theft, and remote control of the home-delivery box, etc. Specifically, the system recognizes the arrival of goods by detecting the weight of deliveries and sends the arrived message of deliveries to the recipient' smartphone, and also controls (i.e., open and close) the locker of the unmanned home-delivery box system remotely with the smartphone. Furthermore, the developed system provides automatically a warning alarm around the unmanned home-delivery box when an external shock is applied to the home-delivery box, and sends a message on the shock to the recipient' smartphone. The major functions of the developed home-delivery box system have been verified in a realistic environment, and confirmed to work well. With the application of the developed home-delivery box system to the homes and offices where recipients are always not to stay, it is expected to significantly improve the safety of delivered goods as well as to effectively prevent the delivery operatives posing as a crime.

UPnP AV Framework automatically integrates and manages various AV devices that are connected to network as an important component in home network. Therefore, user can access and control AV contents at any time. But, other existing home entertainment systems target multimedia service support that is based on multimedia home server system. In this paper, we propose an integrated home entertainment system (u-MUSE system) that supports remote control service. It can manage application in remote AV device or control AV contents directly in home network environment. The proposed system sufficiently performs role of control center for electronic devices in home via integrated system control and AV contents playback service.

In this paper, we propose a Designed and Developed home router management system. Through the fourth industrial revolution and development of IoT technology, now people can experience a wide range of IoT related services at their workplace or daily lives. At the industrial site, IoT devices are used to improve productivity such as factory automation, and at home, IoT technology is used to control home appliances from a remote distance. Usually IoT device is integrated and controlled by the router. Home router connects different IoT devices together at home, however when security issues arise, it can invade personal privacy. Even though these threats exist, the perception for home router security is still insufficient. In this paper, we have designed and developed home router management system using DEVS methodology to promote the safe use of home router. Through the DEVS methodology, we have designed the system and developed the mobile application. This management system enables users to set up security options for home router easily.
