  • 큰 입력지향을 갖는 20개의 sample and hold가 MOSFET으로 switching되는 간편하면서도 비용이 적게드는 analog 기억장치를 제작하였다. 이것은 digital로 3KHz.까지 임의로 조절되는 shift register로 연결되어 있다. 이 장치의 유용성을 보이기 위해 square와 sine파 및 fast-scan voltammetry와 differential pulse polarography의 전류-시간 변화와 같은 전기화학적 실험을 행하였다.

  • The problems and the limits of outsourcing strategies are disclosure of the knowhow to someone and rapid confrontation of difficulties by a outsourcing-supply company, limitations of quality control and hold-up of quality. From the result of this study, we found that development of outsourcing strategies will be not vertical relationship between a outsourcing-supply company and a outsourcing-demand company but horizontal relationship (co-sourcing) between those supply and demand company. Especially, core-affairs, control of operating costs and costs reduction must have the precise purpose and carry out capacity and affairs of organization.

표면특성에 따른 물맺힘 특성이 가스흡착성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect on Gas Adsoption Efficiency for Various Surface Characteristics)

  • The gas adsorption efficiency for various surfaces with three different characteristics has been reviewed. The dimethyl disulfide gas has been used to investigate characteristics of gas adsorption for different surface characteristics such as plasma treated, lacquer coated and untreated. Three different surfaces were evaluated in dry conditions initially and tested at wet surface conditions with spraying water to evaluate the gas adsorption efficiency which usually occurred at defrost cycles. The results show that the gas adsorption of the plasma treated sample has better performance than others. The lacquer coated and untreated samples showed the similar result, but the lacquer coated sample showed a slightly better performance.

  • The reliability of fluorine doped silicon oxide (SiOF) films for intermetal dielectrics in multilevel interconnections of ultra-large scale integrated circuits (ULSIs) is investigated. SiOF films were deposited by electron cyclotron resonance plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (ECRPECVD) using H-free source gases, i.e., SiF4 and O2. The effect of post plasma treatment on the moisture absorption and dielectric properties of SiOF films was carried out I terms of air exposure time, The reliability test of Cu/TiN/SiOF/Fi specimen was carried out in terms of temperature by rapid thermal annealing (RTA) in N2 ambient. After O2 plasma treatment,, no appreciable peak directly related to moisture absorption was detected. The capacitance-voltage (C-V) characteristics of the O2 plasma treated SiOF film showed that the film remained to hold the sound dielectric properties even after boiling treatment. The Cu/TiN/SiOF/Si system was found to be reliable up to $600^{\circ}C$.

  • This study proposes a artificial neural network method to predict the time to buy and sell the stocks listed on the Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI). Four types (NN1, NN2, NN3, NN4) of independent networks were developed to predict KOSPIs up/down direction after four weeks. These networks have a difference only in the length of learning period. NN5 - arithmetic average of four networks outputs - shows an higher accuracy than other network types and Multiple Linear Regression (MLR), and buying and selling simulation using systems outputs produces higher reture than buy-and-hold strategy.

  • As a seedbed for American Public Administration, Traditional Reform Perspective (TRP) produced Wilsonian formulation of administrative science in modern academic setting. From the beginning of the second half of the twentieth century, ideas were transported into Public Administration scholarship. New Reform Perspective (NRP) entails a belief that these reasonings are largely based on assumptions of Economics. Looking into this belief is a necessary condition, if not a sufficient one, for answering the question: Does NRP hold in the study of administration? This initial reading, though somewhat primitive, tries to set up a proposal for identifying a meaningful context for understanding the situation. As a representative version, Wilson's original perspective must be reconsidered in order to articulate the field of study within traditional reform context. According to NRP, new administrative theories are the results of the influence of economic reasoning into the field of Public Administration. Therefore, rereading of Tiebout's 'Pure Theory' and Ostrom, Tiebout and Warrens's 'Theoretical Inquiry' is a prerequisite to satisfy this particular condition.

  • 본 논문에서는 넓은 영전압 스위칭 범위를 가지며 클램프 다이오드와 클램프 스위치를 이용하여 비대칭 하프 브릿지 컨버터의 정상 입력 시 최적 설계가 가능하게 하여 모든 부하 조건에서 효율을 상승 시킬 수 있는 회로를 제안한다. Hold-up 조건 만족을 위하여 입력 전압이 낮은 경우에, 클램프 스위치를 동작시켜 변압기의 턴 비를 바꾸어 주어 출력 전압을 유지해준다. 정상 상태 동작에서는 클램프 스위치를 키지 않음으로써 클램프 다이오드 역할을 하여 2차 측 정류기의 전압 스트레스를 줄여주며, 보조 턴을 이용하여 클램프 다이오드에서의 도통 손실을 줄여 정상 상태에서의 비대칭 하프 브릿지 컨버터의 효율 최적화를 달성한다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 회로의 이론적 해석 및 설계방법을 설명하고 실험결과를 통해 회로의 동작을 검증한다.

  • The modelling and controller design of the EMV(electro-magnetic valve) for vehicle engine are considered in this paper. For the analysis and controller design, the governing equation of the EMV system is derived. For a good performance of the system, the start control, the holding control and the swing control are included in the controller design of the EMV system. In order to reduce landing speed of the valve, the on-time delay control which mainly come from the optimal control theory is employed. In order to reduce the power consumption of the system, the pick-up and hold operation has been used for the magnetic coil. The simulation and experimental results are presented to show the validity of the control method.

  • This study proposes a high-efficiency phase-shifted full-bridge (PSFB) converter with a wide input voltage range. The conventional PSFB converter is a useful topology in high-power applications. This converter not only achieves the zero-voltage switching of the primary switches, but also has small RMS current in the primary side. However, because the conventional PSFB converter has large freewheeling current in the primary side when it is designed considering the hold-up time of the converter, such a converter has high conduction loss at the primary switches. To solve this problem, a new PSFB converter is proposed in this study. The experiment is implemented with an input voltage ranging from a 320 V-400 V and an output power specification of 715 W.

  • The impact of PVD coatings can be summed up in practical terms: this technology historically complements the best designed tool substrates to enhance cutting performance. PVD coatings are now incorporated in 25% of all HSS tools. The functionality is to extend the machining speed range, improve wear resistance at the cutting edge, and reduce friction at chip/tool contact areas to allow easier chip evacuation. These translate to a larger safe zone, as discussed in the failure mode diagram, for better productivity and higher reliability in machining operations of the customer. PVD coatings therefore represent an enabling technology that extends the application range of cutting tools in response to modern industrial needs. PVD coatings prolong the product life cycle of HSS tools and help this "mature" material to hold its territory against the advent of the newer hardmetal and ceramic tool materials. There is a lot of competitive life left particularly in PVD coated HSS endmills, drills, threading/tapping tools. PM HSS technology further increases the possibilities.ibilities.
