  • What's the direction of INTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN in 21 Century High Tech\ulcorner The purpose of this research is to show not only practical use of Computer Graphic(CG) as simple tool function, but offering conversation with computer and other ways of method. When we consider poor CG market, investment on the research of VR(Virtual Reality) is the most urgent. The investment on VR will solve various problems. Firstly. It will solve the problems drived from Interior design process by making spatial images like reality. Secondly, It will solve high wages and financial difficulties caused by raise cost funds. Thirdly, It prevents in a road from foreign company that will bring enormous program, caused by opening the domestic market. Also, It help interior designer check in advance the problems in constructure through showing him a supposed imagination including the system and location of equipments. But it is reality that even ordinary American can't offer VR(Virtual Reality) System. We should have noted that it is normal to spend 10 billion won for such presentation as Model House in the large corporation. We must acknowledge that it is such a waist of money nationally. Therefore, investment on CG & VR System is essential in order to save cost more effective presentation & interior design. We will see great result within a year. As we can see, there is huge area we have make develop. One of them is specific technical plan on VR System and study of flow chart. We close with simple methodological way to use VR System and will study Computer System. Which is fitting to CG that we have to solve the link of hardware and software on VR System\ulcorner We know from the cases in other countries that continuous research on this subject has great value for Interior Architectural Design and its effective use. When we try hard not only for methodological use but practical use, the purpose of CG and VR System will be a factor to contribute on this subject for better Interior design & presentation.

Engineering Cellulose Fibers for High-Value Added Products for Pulp & Paper Industry

  • Cellulose fibers is one of the most abundant in nature. It has many distinctive features: abundant in nature, biodegradable, non-toxic, eco-friendly, sustainable, easy to fabricate, hydrophilic, and cost-effective. Cellulose fibers, known as pulp, is produced from cellulose-containing materials by the pulping process. As the raw material, wood has been most commonly used while recycled pulp has been also used to some degree. Thus, pulp usually refers to wood pulp. Generally, the pulp and paper industry is regarded as the commodity market where the cost should be much more important than the quality. It also belongs to a mature market where the growth is slow, or even in decline. Accordingly, technological development has been rather stagnant for the industry. Recently, however, the pulp and paper industry has faced very serious challenges. First, due to digital technology, there has been a steady decline in the need for pulp and paper products. The digital industry has continuously replaced printed products such as books, newspapers, and magazines. Second, there has been a trend initiated by developed countries to limit the use of wood as the raw material for the sake of environmental protection. This forces the industry to find a more efficient use of wood pulp as well as finding alternative, non-wood sources. Third, as an individual becomes wealthier and more conscious of health-care, the quality of a product becomes more important than the cost. Thus, a paradigm shift is needed from the cost-conscientious to the quality conscientious. The objective of this article is to review the technologies aimed at engineering cellulose fibers for producing high-value added paper products.

  • Many advanced scholars and policy makers say that biotechnology is and will be the most important technology in 21th century. And biotechnology has a lots of character which are new and high tech industry, costing too much on early R&D stage and so on. One of them is that it can't be developed all seater by one single firm. So effective and efficient way to solve this generic problem is using the infrastructure which is given by government for flourishing the bio industry, especially, Knowledge infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to understand and give the information about which knowledge infrastructure affects biotechnology firms to obtain competitive advantage in technological improvement. To develop this object, I made 5 variables about infrastructure in biotechnology such as high-skilled researchers infrastructure, R&D policy infrastructure, industrialization infrastructure that supports the biotechnology industry, networking infrastructure between firms, universities, research centers, and finally bio-safety infrastructure. According to this study, to obtain technological competitive advantage for Korean bio firms, all main actors those are government, industry, university, research center they try to develop bio sector at the same time. After this cooperated effort, Korean bio firms and industry can get a international competitiveness in the global society which no one conquer the market.

도시의 토지이용 형태별 경관특성과 유형 - 대전광역시를 사례로 - (The Classification and Characteristics of Landscape on Urban Land Use Patterns - The Case of Metropolitan Daejeon -)

  • Recently, as urban landscape is growing in importance, urban landscape planning is being actively performed. for this purpose, classification of the urban landscape is definitely required. Therefore, this research focuses on classifying urban landscape in Daejeon metropolis by dividing the urban land use pattern. This results are as follows. 1. Urban land use pattern is divided into 20 classes. The residential, commercial and industrial areas, the old market and the bus terminal are evaluated negatively, whereas the areas of school, water reservoir, neighborhood park and train station are appreciated as being positive in landscape characters. 2. As a result of a cluster analysis, urban landscape has five different landscape types. These are: landscapes of medium diversity lacking green area, landscapes of high diversity lacking green area, landscapes rich in green area and with medium diversity, landscapes rich in green area and with high diversity, and landscapes rich in green area and with low diversity. 3. In landscape characters of beauty and harmony, landscapes rich in green area and with medium diversity are more positively evaluated than those rich in green area and with low diversity. This point should be taken into account for planning the urban landscape.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the main characteristics of strategies and fashion styles in fast fashion. Ultimately, this study is aimed to give useful information to develop fast fashion companies in Korean apparel industry. There are several strategies commonly applied in most fast fashion companies. First, they produce a wide range of numerous items. Second, the price is very reasonable. The primary objective of fast fashion is to quickly produce products in a cost efficient manner. Third, fast fashion companies take charge in the whole process from designing and manufacturing to distribution and sales. Forth, while almost all apparel companies invest a large amount in advertisement to promote sales, most fast fashion companies invest in VMD instead. Also, the fashion style of fast fashion were examined. First, casual style dominated a big part in composition of the entire style. Second, they use various kinds of different fabrics. For example, natural fabrics including organic and recycled fabrics, denims, newly invented high-tech fabrics, and decorative fabrics are widely used. Third, fast fashion brands produce fashion product based on the most recent fashion trends. Forth, they pursue high quality design. Retailers' understanding of the target market's wants realizes the consumer to thrive on constant change and the frequent availability of new products. Accordingly, fast fashion is presently taking an important role in fashion although it has a short history compared to the general apparel industry.

효율적인 승강기 센싱을 위한 스마트 디바이스 (Smart Device for Efficient Sensing of Elevator)

  • 생활 밀착형 ICT 서비스 시장이 성장하면서 4차 산업의 핵심 분야인 IoT가 적용된 첨단 승강기는 없어서는 안 될 생활 속 필수요소가 되었다. 기존 승강기는 올라감과 내려감 버튼으로 구성되어 고층 건물을 편리하게 오르고 내릴 수 있지만, 이용자 구성의 특징이나 이용 유형, 빈도 등의 다양한 환경에 따라 누구나 경험하는 작은 불편함이 있다. 기존 승강기는 센서 범위 내에 사람이 없으면 자동으로 닫히는데 짐을 나르거나 몸이 불편한 장애인인 탑승자가 이용하기에는 다소 불편하다. 본 논문에서는 승강기 탑승자의 탑승시간을 고려하여 일정 시간 동안 승강기를 개방시킴으로써 사용자의 불편함을 해소시켜 줄 수 있는 하드웨어 펌웨어 디바이스인 스마트 버튼을 설계하였다.

중국 차이넥스트 시장의 벤처캐피탈이 IPO 첫날 수익률에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Venture Capitalists on the ChiNext IPO First-Day Return in China)

  • 본 연구는 성장 가능성이 높고 첨단기술을 보유한 기업의 원활한 자금조달 기회를 제공하기 위해 중국 심천증권거래소에서 2009년 10월에 설립한 시장인 차이넥스트(ChiNext) 시장을 대상으로 2012년 1월부터 2015년 1월까지 벤처캐피탈이 기업의 IPO 첫날 수익률에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 136개 표본기업을 대상으로 하여 T-검증과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 벤처캐피탈 투자를 받지 않은 기업이 벤처캐피탈의 투자를 받은 기업보다 상장 첫날의 수익률이 더 높은 것으로 나타나 벤처캐피탈 투자를 받은 기업의 경우 벤처캐피탈이 보증역할을 하여 정보 비대칭을 줄여주기 때문인 것으로 사료된다. 둘째, 국외벤처캐피탈이 투자한 기업이 국내 벤처캐피탈이 투자한 기업보다 상장 첫날의 수익률이 더 높은 것으로 나타나 국외벤처캐피탈이 국내벤처캐피탈과 비교하여 상대적으로 기업과 투자자간의 정보비대칭이 크기 때문인 것으로 생각된다. 셋째, 단독 투자한 기업이 공동 투자한 기업보다 상장 첫날의 수익률이 더 높은 것으로 나타나 벤처캐피탈 공통투자를 받은 기업은 벤처캐피탈 단독투자를 받는 기업보다 투자자 입장에서 위험이 줄어들기 때문인 것으로 사료된다. 넷째, IPO 첫날 수익률을 종속변수로 하여 실시한 다중회귀분석 결과는 벤처캐피탈 투자기업 여부(VCAP), 벤처캐피탈의 수(VCNum), 공모규모(Lnsize)와 주가수익비율(PER)은 IPO 첫날의 수익률에 통계적으로 유의적인 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 벤처캐피탈의 유형(VCType), 거래량회전률(Turn over) 및 첨단기술기업 여부(Tech-firms)는 IPO 첫날 수익률에 통계적으로 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 중국 심천증권거래소의 차이넥스트 시장의 IPO의 첫날수익률 정도 및 특성에 대한 이해를 제고시킴으로써 투자자에게 유용한 정보를 제공해준다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

  • 우리나라 첨단산업 기업들은 연구개발부서에 막대한 투자를 단행하여, 신제품개발을 하고 있다. 제품의 수명주기가 단축화되고 경쟁이 격화됨에 따라 신제품이 기업에서 차지하는 비중은 더욱 커져 가고 있으며, 시장에서의 아정적 위치를 점유하기 위해 신제품은 필수 불가결한 요소이다. 그러나 이렇게 생산된 신제품은 그 기술적 유위성에도 불구하고 시장에서 많은 실패를 하고 있다. 이것은 신제품이 가격, 유통, 촉진 등의 다른 마케팅 믹스와 어울리지 못함으로서 발생할 수 있지만, 가장 중요한 것은 고객의 요구를 충족하지 못했다는 근본적인 이유가 있다. 즉, 시장의 요구를 연구개발부서가 기업과 시장을 연결하는 마케팅부서와 협력함으로써 해결할 수 있다. 본 연구는 신제품개발과정중에 연구개발부서와 마케팅부서간의 통합이 신제품 성공에 영향을 미친다는 전제하에 통합에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고, 그들의 영향관계를 파악하고자 한다.

  • 오늘날 벤처기업이 우수한 기술력과 첨단제품을 보유하고 있다 하더라도 시장에서 지속적인 경쟁우위를 위해서는 여러 제반 여건이 필요하겠지만 그 중에서도 효과적인 글로벌 마케팅 전략은 매우 중요한 부분이다. 따라서 본 연구는 벤처기업의 특징과 현황 그리고 마케팅전략에 관한 연구를 고찰하고 2006년 12월말까지 등록된 벤처기업 중 총 200개 업체를 대상으로 직접 방문하여 설문지를 작성하였으며 그 중 154개 업체의 자료를 통해 가설을 설정하고 연관분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석결과 성장단계에 따라 제품, 가격, 유통, 촉진정책에 차이가 있을 것이다. 라는 가설과 매출액에 따라서는 유통, 촉진정책에 차이가 있을 것이다. 라는 가설들이 채택되었다. 벤처기업은 기술개발을 통한 차별화된 제품개발과 마케팅 활동에 가장 큰 비중을 두고 있으며 매출에 미미한 창업초기일수록 인적, 물적, 기술적 자원과 정보수집의 한계로 적극적인 시장개척과 판촉활동에 소극적인 것으로 조사되었다.

자동차 공조용 대체 냉매로서의 H냉매에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Fluid H in Automotive Air Conditioning System as an Alternative Refrigerant)

  • It is time to prepare the phaseout of R134a, the current refrigerant, in automotive air conditioning system because the EC deadline has been coming with new platform vehicles in 2011 and all vehicles by 2017. Until now a high-pressure carbon dioxide($CO_2$) system is the leading replacement of R134a in European auto-makers but there is no firm agreement in the world automotive market. Recently three new fluids have been announced as the possibilities from Honeywell, DuPont and INEOS Fluor. The new alternative refrigerant should meet the requirements like non flammable, non toxic, no ozone depletion effect and low GWP(under 150 to meet EC regulation). The objectives of this paper are to review the fluid H from Honeywell, the more possible alternative refrigerant in 3 new fluids, compare the properties of R134a & fluid H and see the possibility as a replacement of R134a. In this experimental paper we ran and reviewed the cooling performance data in the bench system, the vehicle and the field test. We found the possibility of fluid H system to meet the R134a system performance with some hardware modifications but agreed that it is still needed to study about the long term safety, environmental effects, material compatibilities and so on.
