RFID in which subminiature IC chip with the indentified information is built a core technique that can recognize, trace and manage various information of an object using radio frequency in the age of Ubiquitous. Several pressing matters about an infringement of Privacy and a security of private information should be settled as soon as possible because an information of specific circumstance can be collected and used without any awareness by others as well as a private information. In addition, various algorithms with high level of security, which is normally used in wire, can be hardly applied to RFID tag because of a lot of restrictions of tag. In this report, designed-RFID tag based on the standard of ISO/IEC 18000-6 and the problems which originated from the technical procedure of that design were analyzed, and the algorithm which could be applied to the designed-tag was also investigated.
Purpose: Previous studies have highlighted that the nutritional behaviors among South Korean workers are far from ideal. This study examined the organizational influences affecting the eating practices of office workers in South Korea. Methods: We conducted in-depth interviews with 22 office workers at 12 companies in South Korea. The interviewer inquired about the employees' daily routines on food and beverage intake. The various factors that influence their food choices in their work environments were also explored. The interviews were transcribed and then analyzed using a content analysis. Results: A framework analysis revealed 7 key recurring themes, and these were grouped under three levels: team-, company-, and corporate group-levels. First, team dinners are core social events for all the workers and they tend to include high-caloric food and alcoholic beverages. The frequency of team meals and the food associated with them depend on various team characteristics such as gender composition, the nature of a team's work and the team leaders' emphasis on group meals. Second, the company's policies and practices regarding budget allocation for team meals and subsidies for cafeteria meals affect the workers' food intake practices. In addition, the physical environment of the worksite cafeterias can influence the choices of foods. Third, various corporate group policies that were not designed to target food intake had additional positive effects on the workers' eating behaviors. Conclusion: This study provides important insights into the broader organizational influences on the food consumption of employees in their workplace. These insights can be used to design and implement more effective intervention strategies for improving the nutritional behaviors of office workers.

A small-area and high-speed authentication/security processor (WUSB_Sec) IP is designed, which performs the 4-way handshake protocol for authentication between host and device, and data encryption/decryption of wireless USB system. The PRF-256 and PRF-64 are implemented by CCM (Counter mode with CBC-MAC) operation, and the CCM is designed with two AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) encryption coles working concurrently for parallel processing of CBC mode and CTR mode operations. The AES core that is an essential block of the WUSB_Sec processor is designed by applying composite field arithmetic on AF$(((2^2)^2)^2)$. Also, S-Box sharing between SubByte block and key scheduler block reduces the gate count by 10%. The designed WUSB_Sec processor has 25,000 gates and the estimated throughput rate is about 480Mbps at 120MHz clock frequency.
Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of autogenic training on stress responses through a systematic review and meta-analysis. Methods: A systematic search was conducted using eight core electronic databases (Embase, CENTRAL, Medline, CINAHL, PsycInfo, DBpia, KISS, and RISS). To estimate the effect size, a meta-analysis of the studies was performed using RevMan 5.3.5 program. Results: A total 21 studies out of 950 studies were included in the review, and 11 were included for meta-analysis. These studies showed that autogenic training decreased anxiety and depression, and increased the high frequency of heart rate variability. Calculations to understand the effect of autogenic training on anxiety, through a meta-analysis, observed a reduction effect of anxiety score by 1.37 points (n=85, SMD=-1.37: 95% CI -2.07 to -0.67), in the studies on short-term intervention targeting healthy adults. On the other hand, similar calculations to understand the effect of autogenic training on depression observed, a reduction effect on the depression score by 0.29 point (n=327, SMD=-0.29: 95% CI -0.50 to -0.07), in the studies on long term intervention targeting the patient group. Conclusion: Autogenic training is effective for adults' stress management, and nurses will be able to effectively perform autogenic training programs for workers' stress relief at the workplace.

In this paper, inductive couplers realizing broadband powerline communication (PLC) are fabricated using Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy and their performance is analyzed. As a result of the field tests using the distribution automation system (DAS), the couplers achieve comparatively excellent data communication in the principal frequency band of broadband PLC although there is a difference in communication rate depending on the presence or absence of a branch. In addition, it has been confirmed that the communication speed is maintained for a real-time transmission even in a high current environment although there is a difference in the transmission rate depending on the distance. Hence, it is considered that the inductive couplers can be used as a core device to realize the intelligent power network by exploiting them for the monitoring and remote controlling of the power plant equipments for the DAS located in the inaccessible areas.

This paper describes the hardware implementation of elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) used as a core operation in elliptic curve digital signature algorithm (ECDSA). The ECC processor supports eight operation modes (four point operations, four modular operations) on the NIST P-521 curve. In order to minimize computation complexity required for point scalar multiplication (PSM), the radix-4 Booth encoding scheme and modified Jacobian coordinate system were adopted, which was based on the complexity analysis for five PSM algorithms and four different coordinate systems. Modular multiplication was implemented using a modified 3-Way Toom-Cook multiplication and a modified fast reduction algorithm. The ECC processor was implemented on xczu7ev FPGA device to verify hardware operation. Hardware resources of 101,921 LUTs, 18,357 flip-flops and 101 DSP blocks were used, and it was evaluated that about 370 PSM operations per second were achieved at a maximum operation clock frequency of 45 MHz.
As information and communication technology has developed remarkably, it has become possible to analyze various types of large-volume data generated at a speed close to real time, and based on this, reliable value creation has become possible. Such big data analysis is becoming an important means of supporting decision-making based on scientific figures. The purpose of this study is to develop a big data analysis tool that can analyze large amounts of data generated through engineering education. The tasks of this study are as follows. First, a database is designed to store the information of entries in the National Creative Capstone Design Contest. Second, the pre-processing process is checked for analysis with big data analysis tools. Finally, analyze the data using the developed big data analysis tool. In this study, 1,784 works submitted to the National Creative Comprehensive Design Contest from 2014 to 2019 were analyzed. As a result of selecting the top 10 words through topic analysis, 'robot' ranked first from 2014 to 2019, and energy, drones, ultrasound, solar energy, and IoT appeared with high frequency. This result seems to reflect the current core topics and technology trends of the 4th Industrial Revolution. In addition, it seems that due to the nature of the Capstone Design Contest, students majoring in electrical/electronic, computer/information and communication engineering, mechanical engineering, and chemical/new materials engineering who can submit complete products for problem solving were selected. The significance of this study is that the results of this study can be used in the field of engineering education as basic data for the development of educational contents and teaching methods that reflect industry and technology trends. Furthermore, it is expected that the results of big data analysis related to engineering education can be used as a means of preparing preemptive countermeasures in establishing education policies that reflect social changes.
We have developed an InAlAs/InGaAs metamorphic high electron mobility transistor device fabrication process where the gate length can be tuned within the range of 0.13㎛-0.16㎛ to suit the intended application. The core processes are a two-step electron-beam lithography process using a three-layer resist and gate recess etching process using citric acid. An electron-beam lithography process was developed to fabricate a T-shaped gate electrode with a fine gate foot and a relatively large gate head. This was realized through the use of three-layered resist and two-step electron beam exposure and development. Citric acid-based gate recess etching is a wet etching, so it is very important to secure etching uniformity and process reproducibility. The device layout was designed by considering the electrochemical reaction involved in recess etching, and a reproducible gate recess etching process was developed by finding optimized etching conditions. Using the developed gate electrode process technology, we were able to successfully manufacture various monolithic microwave integrated circuits, including low noise amplifiers that can be used in the 28 GHz to 94 GHz frequency range.

Readout circuit is to convert signal occurred in a defector into suitable signal for image signal processing. In general, it has to possess functions of impedance matching with perception element, amplification, noise reduction and cell selection. It also should satisfies conditions of low-power, low-noise, linearity, uniformity, dynamic range, excellent frequency-response characteristic, and so on. The technical issues in developing image processing equipment for focal plane way (FPA) can be categorized as follow: First, ultraviolet (UV) my detector material and fine processing technology. Second, ReadOut IC (ROIC) design technology to process electric signal from detector. Last, package technology for hybrid bonding between detector and ROIC. ROIC enables intelligence and multi-function of image equipment. It is a core component for high value added commercialization ultimately. Especially, in development of high-resolution image equipment ROIC, it is necessary that high-integrated and low-power circuit design technology satisfied with design specifications such as detector characteristic, signal dynamic range, readout rate, noise characteristic, ceil pitch, power consumption and so on. In this paper, we implemented a $8\times8$ FPA prototype ROIC for reduction of period and cost. We tested unit block and overall functions of designed $8\times8$ FPA ROIC. Also, we manufactured ROIC control and image boards, and then were able to verify operation of ROIC by confirming detected image from PC's monitor through UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter) communication.
