  • 감나무 둥근무늬낙엽병균(Mycosphaerella nawae)의 분생포자를 대량 형성시키는 방법을 조사한 결과 분생포자는 감자한천배지(PDA)를 $25^{\circ}C$ 항온기에 90일간 배양시 $39.0{\times}10^4/ml$의 분생포자가 형성되었다.
