  • Objectives : The purposes of this study were to develop a mental health screening questionnaire and the practical intervention programs or guidelines which can be used in middle and high schools by students and teachers. Methods : The Adolescent Mental health & Problem behavior Screening Questionnaire II (AMPQ-II) was developed and was tested for reliability and validity using nationwide data from 2,180 middle and high school students and 2,145 teachers. Results : The AMPQ-II was measured by both students and teachers. The correlation coefficient of the test-retest test was 0.567 and internal consistency was high (Cronbach's alpha=0.878). Five factors such as worry and thought, mood and suicide, academic and Internet-related problems, peer problems, and rule violations were proposed. We also developed a practical guideline and manuals which can be easily used by secondary school teachers to screen for and manage mental health problems at school. Conclusion : The AMPQ-II can be a useful and reliable tool to screen for mental health problems in middle and high schools in South Korea.

Epoxy/BaTiO3 (SrTiO3) composite films and pastes for high dielectric constant and low tolerance embedded capacitors fabrication in organic substrates

  • [ $Epoxy/BaTiO_3$ ] composite embedded capacitor films (ECFs) were newly designed fur high dielectric constant and low tolerance (less than ${\pm}15\%$) embedded capacitor fabrication for organic substrates. In terms of material formulation, ECFs are composed of specially formulated epoxy resin and latent curing agent, and in terms of coating process, a comma roll coating method is used for uniform film thickness in large area. Dielectric constant of $BaTiO_3\;&\;SrTiO_3$ composite ECF is measured with MIM capacitor at 100 kHz using LCR meter. Dielectric constant of $BaTiO_3$ ECF is bigger than that of $SrTiO_3$ ECF, and it is due to difference of permittivity of $BaTiO_3\;and\;SrTiO_3$ particles. Dielectric constant of $BaTiO_3\;&\;SrTiO_3$ ECF in high frequency range $(0.5\~10GHz)$ is measured using cavity resonance method. In order to estimate dielectric constant, the reflection coefficient is measured with a network analyzer. Dielectric constant is calculated by observing the frequencies of the resonant cavity modes. About both powders, calculated dielectric constants in this frequency range are about 3/4 of the dielectric constants at 1 MHz. This difference is due to the decrease of the dielectric constant of epoxy matrix. For $BaTiO_3$ ECF, there is the dielectric relaxation at $5\~9GHz$. It is due to changing of polarization mode of $BaTiO_3$ powder. In the case of $SrTiO_3$ ECF, there is no relaxation up to 10GHz. Alternative material for embedded capacitor fabrication is $epoxy/BaTiO_3$ composite embedded capacitor paste (ECP). It uses similar materials formulation like ECF and a screen printing method for film coating. The screen printing method has the advantage of forming capacitor partially in desired part. But the screen printing makes surface irregularity during mask peel-off, Surface flatness is significantly improved by adding some additives and by applying pressure during curing. As a result, dielectric layer with improved thickness uniformity is successfully demonstrated. Using $epoxy/BaTiO_3$ composite ECP, dielectric constant of 63 and specific capacitance of 5.1nF/cm2 were achieved.

환경보건 스크리닝 툴을 이용한 서울시 누적영향 평가 (Cumulative Impact Assessment Using Environmental Health Screening Tool in Seoul)

  • 환경위험의 피해가 환경불평등과 사회불평등의 상호작용으로 인해 환경약자가 더 많이 피해를 받게 되는 환경 피해 불평등이 심화될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 본 연구는 서울시를 대상으로 미국 캘리포니아 환경보호청에서 개발한 환경보건 스크리닝 툴을 적용하여 통합적인 지역 규모의 누적영향을 평가하였다. 환경보건 취약지역을 스크리닝하기 위하여 환경노출과 건강영향의 환경부담, 민감집단과 사회경제적 요인의 인구특성에 따라 10개 지표를 선정하였다. 환경보건 스크리닝 툴을 통하여 2009~2011년 서울시 누적영향평가를 실시한 결과, 서울의 강서와 강남지역에서 위험요인이 높게 나타났며 강서지역은 환경부담과 인구특성 모두에서 위험요인이 높았고, 강남지역은 환경부담요인이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 민감 취약계층 등 환경약자를 고려한, 공정하고 효율적인 환경정책을 추진하기 위한 과학적인 근거를 제공할 수 있다.

보리가루를 이용한 고식이섬유 빵의 제조 (Preparation of High-Fiber Bread with Barley Flour)

  • 겉보리는 17.2%의 식이섬유를 함유하였으며 도정후에는 7.3%를 함유하였다 도정하지 않은 쌀보리는 14.9%의 식이섬유를 함유하였다. 보리를 Udy cyclone mill로 분쇄한 후 sieve (400 mesh)를 사용하여 식이섬유가 풍부한 부분을 분리한 결과 쌀보리는 7.0% 수용성 식이섬유, 13.7% 불용성 식이섬유, 20.9% 총 식이섬유를 함유하였다. 식이섬유가 풍부한 보리가루를 밀가루에 10, 20, 30% 혼합하여 제빵하였을 때 보리가루의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 수분흡수율, 반죽시간, 빵의 무게는 증가하였으나 빵의 부피는 감소하였다. 밀가루에 보리가루를 10% 혼합하였을 때 밀가루의 식이섬유는 3.0%에서 3.8%로 증가하였으며 빵의 식이 섬유 함량도 3.0%에서 5.0%로 증가하였다. 관능검사 결과 쌀보리가루를 10%혼합하여 제조한 빵의 관능적 성질은 100% 밀가루빵과 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 제빵후 수용성 식이섬유의 함량은 변화하지 않았으나 불용성 식이섬유의 함량은 증가하여 총 식이섬유 함량은 증가하였다.

스크린 프린팅 기법을 이용한 $SnO_2-Ag_2O-PtO_x$계 반도체식 마이크로 수소 가스센서에 관한 연구 (Semiconductor type micro gas sensor for $H_2$ detection using a $SnO_2-Ag_2O-PtO_x$ system by screen printing technique)

  • Thick film $H_2$ sensors were fabricated using $SnO_2$ loaded with $Ag_2O$ and $PtO_x$. The composition that gave the highest sensitivity for $H_2$ was in the weight% ratio of $SnO_2 : PtO_x : Ag_2O$ as 93 : 1 : 6. The nano-crystalline powders of $SnO_2$ synthesized by sol-gel method were screen printed with $Ag_2O$ and $PtO_x$ on alumina substrates. The fabricated sensors were tested against gases like $H_2$, $CH_4$, $C_3H_8$, $C_2H_5OH$ and $SO_2$. The composite material was found sensitive against $H_2$ at the working temperature $130^{\circ}C$, with minor interference of other gases. The $H_2$ gas as low as 100 ppm can be detected by the present fabricated sensors. It was found that the sensors based on $SnO_2-Ag_2O-PtO_x$ system exhibited the high performance, high selectivity and very short response time to $H_2$ at ppm level. These characteristics make the sensor to be a promising candidate for detecting low concentrations of $H_2$.

Fabrication of Photoimageable Silver Paste for Low-Temperature Cofiring Using Acrylic Binder Polymers and Photosensitive Materials

  • Thick-film photolithography is a new technology that combines lithography processes, such as exposure and development, with the conventional thick-film process applied to screen-printing. In this study, we developed a low-temperature cofireable silver paste applicable for thick-film processing to form fine lines using photolitho-graphic technologies. The optimum paste composition for forming fine lines was investigated. The effect of processing parameters, such as the exposing dose, had on the fine-line resolution was also investigated. As the result, we found that the type of polymer and monomer, the silver powder loading, and the amount of photoinitiator were the main factors affecting the resolution of the fine lines. The developed photoimageable silver paste was printed on a low-temperature cofireable green sheet, dried, exposed, developed in an aqueous process, laminated, and then fired. Our results demonstrate that thick-film fine lines having widths < 20 $\mu\textrm{m}$ can be obtained after cofiring.

ASQ :소아과외래에서의 발달지연 선별검사 (The ages and stages questionnaire: screening for developmental delay in the setting of a pediatric outpatient clinic)

  • 목 적 : 소아의 발달 장애는 조기에 발견하면 조기 치료가 가능하게 되어 치료 효과가 높아지고 후유 장애를 최소화할 수 있다. 발달 장애의 조기 발견을 위하여 기존에 사용해 오던 정식 발달 선별검사는 대부분 시간이 오래 걸리고, 복잡하며, 의료인력이 추가로 필요하기 때문에 바쁜 소아과 외래에서 모든 소아에게 적용하기는 어렵다. 기존의 발달검사 대신에 부모가 작성한 내용을 토대로 평가하는 발달 설문 양식들 중 Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ)는 60개월 이전의 소아의 발달 선별을 목적으로 개발된 검사이다. 본 연구의 목적은 소아과 외래에서 시행하는 발달 지연의 선별 도구로서 ASQ의 타당성을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 방 법 : 가톨릭대학교 의과대학 부속 성모병원 소아과 외래를 방문한 소아의 부모에게 진료 전 대기 시간 동안 한국형 ASQ (K-ASQ)를 완성하도록 하였다. 설문지를 완성한 총 150명 중 만삭 출생아이며 이전에 발달지연의 진단을 받은 적이 없고, 기타 선천성 기형, 경련성 질환을 포함한 신경학적 이상, 유전성 질환의 경력이 없는 소아 67명을 대상으로 하였다. K-ASQ는 각 영역별로 평균에서 2 표준편차(SD) 아래 점수보다 낮으면 "실패"로 판정하며, 한 발달 분야 이상에서 "실패"가 있는 경우를 "선별검사 양성"으로 하였다. 최종 발달평가는 Bayley Scales of Infant Development-II (BSID-II)를 사용하여 판단하였으며, 지능 혹은 운동발달 지수가 평균보다 -1 SD 미만인 경우는 발달지연으로 판정하였다. K-ASQ의 결과를 BSID-II와 비교하여 분석하였다. 결 과 : 1) 대상아의 평균 연령은 $16.4{\pm}7.4$개월($6{\pm}30$개월 범위, 중앙치 14개월)이었다. 10명(14.9%)은 출생 시 부당경량아였으며, 평균 출생체중 $3.1{\pm}0.6kg$, 재태기간 $38.8{\pm}1.4$주이었다. 9명(13.4%)이 쌍생아였고, 33명(49.0%)이 남아였다. 대상 소아들의 모친의 평균 교육 기간은 $13.6{\pm}2.4$년, 53명(79.1%)이 고등학교 졸업 이상의 학력을 가졌고, 21명(31.3%)이 정규직 근무자였다. ASQ 설문지를 완성하는데 평균 $10.2{\pm}3.0$분이 소요되었다. (2) 17명(25.4%)이 ASQ 선별검사 양성이었는데, 그 중 4명은 발달이 지연되었고, 나머지 13명의 발달은 정상이었다. BSID-II로 판정한 발달 지연아 8명 중 4명은 ASQ 선별검사에서 양성이었고, 다른 4명은 선별검사 음성이었다. ASQ 선별검사 음성인 50명 중 4명이 발달지연으로 판단되었다. (3) BSID-II와 비교한 K-ASQ의 민감도(sensitivity)는 50.0%, 특이도(specificity) 78.0%, 양성 예측치 (positive predictive value) 23.5%, 음성 예측치(negative predictive value)는 92.0%로 나타났다. 결 론 : K-ASQ는 높은 음성 예측치를 보여 소아과 외래에서 소아 발달 지연의 선별 도구로서 사용하는 것이 타당한 것으로 판단되었다.

Preparation of Low-Temperature Fired PZT Thick Films on Si by Screen Printing

  • Piezoelectric powder with the composition of PbTiO$_3$-PbZrO$_3$-Pb(Mn$\_$1/3/Nb$\_$2/3/)O$_3$ and small particle size of 0.3 $\mu\textrm{m}$ was investigated for low-temperature firing of PZT thick films. PbTiO$_3$-PbZrO$_3$-Pb(Mn$\_$1/3/Nb$\_$2/3)O$_3$ ceramics showed dense microstructure and superior piezoelectric properties, electromechanical coupling factor (k$\_$p/) of 0.501 and piezoelectric constant (d$\_$33/) of 224. The PZT paste was made of the powder and organic vehicles, and screen-printed on Pt(450nm)/YSZ(110nm)/SiO$_2$(300nm)/Si substrates and fired at 800∼900$^{\circ}C$. Any interface reaction between the PZT thick film and the bottom electrode was not observed in the PZT thick films. The PZT thick film fired at 800$^{\circ}C$ showed moderate electrical properties, the remanent polarization(p$\_$r/) of 16.0 ${\mu}$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$, the coercive field(E$\_$c/) of 36.7 ㎸/cm, and dielectric constant ($\varepsilon$$\_$r/) of 531. Low-temperature sinterable piezoelectric composition and high activity of fine particles reduced the sintering temperature of the thick film. This PZT thick film could be utilized for piezoelectric microactuators or microsensors that require Si micromachining technology.

고온초전도후막의 확산두께에 따른 전류제한 특성연구 (The Study on Characterization of Current-limiting with Diffusion Thickness of High-Tc Superconductor Thick Film)

  • For the fabrication of $YBa_2Cu_3O_x$ thick film, a substrate of $Y_2BaCuO_5$ was fabricated by adding $CeO_2$ into $Y_2BaCuO_5$ and two types of doping materials added with binder material were prepared. Each doping material was patterned on $Y_2BaCuO_5$substrate by the screen printing method and then was annealed at the temperature with a few step. It could be observed by X-ray diffraction patterns and SEM photographs that through the diffusion process of the $Y_2BaCuO_5$ and each doping material, the $YBa_2Cu_3O_x$ phase was formed. And with n additive of $CeO_2$ the thickness of formed $YBa_2Cu_3O_x$decreased. From the experiment of current limiting on thick film, the sample with thiner thickness of $YBa_2Cu_3O_x$ showed the more effective characteristics of current limiting.

흉부(胸部) X선촬영시(線撮影時) 부가여과사용(附加濾過使用)에 따른 선양(線量)과 선질(線質)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study of Radiation Dose and Quality by Using Added Filtration in Chest Radiography)

  • Author has studied for finding the method of decreasing the radiation dose and increasing diagnostic range in chest X-ray radiography. The study for the added filter thickness from half value layer to 1/8 value layer by decreasing curve and research for the exposure factors, decreasing ratio of radiation dose, ratio of scatter ray and image quality in chest X-ray radiography. The results were as follows: 1. By using the rare earth intensifying screen system at 120 Kvp, the sensitivity is increased by times and the exposure ratio is decreased 0.22 by comparison with the $CaWO_{4}$ intensifying screen system at 80 Kvp. 2. By using Al added filter of 1/8 value layer, the scatter ray is increased more than no filter, But the scatter ray is decreased more in $G_{4}/RxOG$ intensifying system than in LT-II/Rx intensifying system. 3. At 120 Kvp, the image quality value of $G_{4}/RxOG$ system is increased more than LT-II/Rx system compared with slight decreasing image quality value at 80 Kvp. Concluded that by using the added filter could decrease the radiation dose by 1/3 and obtain effective image quality with the added filter at high voltage hard exposure.
