성층권 비행선을 이용한 이동통신 시스템의 성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance of Mobile Communication System using Stratospheric Platform)

  • 본 논문에서는 초고속 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하는 차세대 무선 통신 인프라의 하나인 성층권 비행선을 사용하여 이동 통신 시스템을 구축하였을 때, Rician 페이딩과 간섭의 영향, 그리고 간섭 제거 기법들을 고려한 outage 확률에 대해 분석하고 이를 시뮬레이션 하였다. 결과로부터, 페이딩이 없을 때의 반송파 대 간섭전력비 C/I 와 페이딩 심도K 가 outage 확률에 결정적인 영향을 미친다. 즉, 일정한 C/I에 대해 K값이 클수록, 일정 K값에 대해 C/I값이 클수록 outage 확률은 낮게 나타남을 알 수있었다.

  • The aim of this work is to show the way of manufacturing the SiC mechanical seal at the low temperature of 130$0^{\circ}C$ using clay and frit as source of secondary phase. $\alpha$-SiC and $\beta$-SiC powder which showed different distribution of particle were used as starting materials, i.e. average particle size of $\alpha$-SiC was larger than that of $\beta$-SiC. The mechanical and tribological properties of two groups of specimen, i.e. one contained mainly larger $\alpha$-SiC powder and the other mainly fine particle $\beta$-SiC, were measured. The specimen consisted of larger $\alpha$-SiC exhibited lower density flexural strength and wear resistance is comparison with these of sample containning mainly $\beta$-SiC . This difference could be originated from the dependence of capillary force on the particle size. For the larger SiC particle, the liquid phase may not fill the whole pores during sintering, due to low capillary force, whereas the liquid phase can infiltrate into the small ores surrounded small $\beta$-SiC particle. Thus, the course of high flexural strength and high wear resistance of specimen prepared using small particles can be explaced from the easy infiltration of liquid phase.

  • 본 연구에서는 3점 굽힘시험 및 DMA 시험을 통해 온도환경이 에폭시 수지의 굽힘탄성계수에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 굽힘 시험의 온도 조건은 $30^{\circ}C$, $100^{\circ}C$, $140^{\circ}C$의 세 가지 조건을 적용하였으며 시편은 종횡비 16, 32, 40배의 세 가지 종류가 고려되었다. 연구결과에 따르면 DMA를 통한 저장탄성계수와 굽힘시험을 통해 얻은 강성은 주어진 온도조건에서 서로 유사한 경향을 보였다. 또한 종횡비가 증가함에 따라 굽힘탄성계수도 증가 하였으며, 고온환경에서는 32배 이상의 종횡비가 적합하다고 판단된다.

  • In this study, the dyeing properties of supercritical fluid dyed nylon fabrics were investigated which use two types of dyes for dyeing nylon. For other dyeing conditions were referred to related literature, and dyeing was performed with different dyeing concentrations. Dyeability was confirmed through measurement of washing fastness and color coordinate, and a calibration curve of each dye was drawn up and the absorbance of the residual dye was measured to confirm the amount of residual dye and the dye exhaustion rate at the corresponding concentration. As a result of color difference measurement, the color intensity increased as the concentration increased, but the increase was insignificant at high concentration. This tendency was more obvious in C.I. Disperse Orange 155 than in C.I. Disperse Yellow 42. The dye absorption rate also decreases as the concentration increases, but at 0.85% o.w.f concentration, C.I. Disperse Yellow 42 was 97.29% and C.I. Disperse Orange 155 was 93.77%. For both dyes, the wash fastness dropped by 0.5 to 1 class from the sample that was dyed at a concentration of 0.5% o.w.f in the wash fastness test.

河川의 日別 水溫差에 대한 推計學的 特性 (Stochastic Properties of Daily Temperature in Rivers)

  • The stochastic characteristics of the daily range of water temperature variation was analyzed by employing the techniques of autocorrelation coefficient, autoreggresive model and crosscorrelation model. These time series included daily observations on maximum and minimum values of water temperature and air temperature. The measurement was made by automatic recording instrument at Gu-yee and Dook-do in Han River, and at Waegwan and Gu-mi in Nackdong River in 1981. As a result of this study, it was found that (1) The correlogram of daily water temperature ranges $\Delta AT_i$ and daily air temperature $\Delta AT_i$ at Gu-mi and Gu-yee showed the exponential curves. (2) The most high frequency values of $\Delta AT_i$ and $\Delta WT_i$ were 11$\circ$C and 0.5${\circ}C$ respectively at every measuring site. (3) The correlation coefficients between the daily mean air temperature AT$_i$ and the daily mean water temperature were fairly high as 0.966 at Dook-do and 0.949 at Gu-yee, but the correlation coefficients between $\Delta AT_i$ and $\Delta WT_i$ were very low as 0.1074 at Gu-yee and 0.0324 at Dook-Do.

  • A restriction endonuclease, PsyI, has been isolated from Pseudomonas syringae pv. pha- seolicola, and its catalytic properties have been studied. This enzyme was purified through strepto- mycin sulfate and ammonium sulfate fractionation, phosphocellulose Pll, DEAE-cellulose, hydroxy- apatite and Sephadex G-100 column chromatography. It's molecular weight was about 50,000 dalton as determined by 7.5% polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis containing 0.1% SDS. In catalytic proper- ties, PsyI shows stable at wide ranges of pH between 7.0 and 10.0, of temperature between 30$\circ$C and 37$\circ$C, and its thermal stability is between 25$\circ$C, and 45$\circ$C, at the presence Of 10 mM MgCl$_{2}$-PsyI essentially require Na salt for enzyme reaction, is rather inhibited in the high Na salt concent- ration. The presence of 2-mercaptoethanol is absolutely required for the enzyme activity. This endonuclease, PsyI was determined to be an isoschizomer of SalI from the results of the restriction mapping and DNA sequencing.

Ethyl Silicate를 고순도 $\beta$-SiC미분말 합성에 관한 연구(I) 반응조건과 $\beta$-SiC의 생성율 및 특성 (A Study on Synthesis of High Purity $\beta$-SiC Fine Particle from Ethylsilicate(I) -Reaction Conditon, Yeild and Properties of $\beta$-SiC-)

  • In order to obtain the high purity $\beta$-SiC powder that possesses the excellent sinterability and is close to the spherical shape, the carbon black was mixed into the composition of Si(OC2H5)4-H2O-NH3-C2H5OH which the monodispersed spherical fine particles is formed the hydrolysis of Ethylsilicate and the mixture was carbonized under an argon atmosphere. Particle shpae, size and the yield of $\beta$-SiC powder were investigated according to the molar ratio of carbon/alkoxide and variations of reaction temperature and reaction time. The results of this study are as follow ; 1) The yield of $\beta$-SiC gained from the reaction for one hour at 150$0^{\circ}C$ almost got near 100% and the particle size of $\beta$-SiC from the reaction for 15 hrs at 150$0^{\circ}C$ was 0.2${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ on the average and close to the spherical shape agglomerate state. 2) When the molar ratio carbon/alkoxide is over 3.1 and the reaction occurs at 145$0^{\circ}C$ for 5hrs, the carbon content has not an effect on the kind of crystal of product.

  • The C(t)-integral describes amplitude of stress and strain rate field near a tip of stationary crack under transient creep condition. Thus the C(t)-integral is a key parameter for the high-temperature crack assessment. Estimation formulae for C(t)-integral of the cracked component operating under mechanical load alone have been provided for decades. However, high temperature structures usually work under combined mechanical and thermal load. And no investigation has provided quantitative estimates for the C(t)-integral under combined mechanical and thermal load. In this study, 3-dimensional finite element analyses were conducted to calculate the C(t)-integral of elastic-creep material under combined mechanical and thermal load. As a result, redistribution time for the crack under combined mechanical and thermal load is re-defined through FE analyses to quantify the C(t)-integral. Estimates of C(t)-integral using this proposed redistribution time agree well with FE analyses results.

  • 200MHz 응향광변조기 (AOM: Acousto-Optic Modulator)는 제 2고조파(SHG: Second Harmonic Generation)녹색 레이저와 함께 DVDR(Digital Video Disk Recorder)에 적용되어 고밀도 광기록용으로 사용되었다. 이러한 고밀도 광기록 장치로써 사용되기 위해서는 고출력 레이저의 사용이 필수적이며, 레이저 빔이 통과하는 각 광학 소자들의 코팅막은 고출력 레이저 빔에 대해 높은 레이저 damage threshold를 가져야 한다. AOM의 음향공학재료로 사용되는 $TeO_{2}$단결정에 코팅막의 종류 및 증착조건을 변화시키며 E-beam 증착법으로 A/R코팅 시편을 준비하였다. 0.55W의 입력 power를 갖는Ar레이저를 사용하여 코팅의 광손상 정도를 확인하였다. $AI_{2}O_{3}$막에 비해 $ZrO_{2}$$SiO_{2}$막을 사용한 경우 레이저 damage threshold는 크게 향상되었다. 또한 AOM모듈을 제작 후 구동회로와 연결하여 약 20mW의 SHG power를 입력시키며 출력 power long term안정성을 측정하였다.

디지털 뇌파 전송 프로토콜 개발 및 검증 (Development and Verification of Digital EEG Signal Transmission Protocol)

  • 본 논문에서는 뇌파 전송 프로토콜 설계하고 이를 검증할 테스트 플랫폼 제작 결과를 소개한다. 건식 전극에서 검출된 뇌파는 인접한 ADC(analog-to-digital converter)를 거쳐 디지털 신호로 변환되고, 각 센서 노드에서 디지털 신호로 변환된 뇌파는 $I^2C$(inter-integrated circuit) 프로토콜을 통해서 DSP(digital signal processor) 플랫폼으로 전송된다. DSP 플랫폼에서는 뇌파 전처리 알고리즘 수행 및 뇌 특성 벡터 추출 등의 기능을 수행한다. 본 연구에서는 각 채널당 10비트 또는 12비트 ADC를 사용하여 최대 16채널의 데이터를 전송하기 위하여 $I^2C$ 프로토콜을 적용하였다. 실험결과 4바이트 데이터 버스트전송을 수행하면 통신오버헤드가 2.16배로 측정이 되어 10 비트 또는 12 비트 1 ksps ADC를 16채널로 사용시 총 데이터전송율이 각각 345.6 kbps, 414.72 kbps 로 확인되었다. 따라서 400 kbps 고속전송모드 $I^2C$를 사용할 경우 ADC 비트에 따라서 슬레이브와 마스터의 채널비가 각각 16:1, $(8:1){\times}2$ 로 되어야 한다.
