노인의료전문가 집단의 연령주의 및 연령통합 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Ageism and Age-integrated Perception of Healthcare Professional Groups with experience in treating elderly patients)

  • 본 연구는 노인환자 치료경험이 있는 노인 의료전문가를 대상으로, 그들이 인식하는 연령주의를 확인하는 동시에, 이러한 장벽을 없애기 위하여 연령통합적인 차원의 노력과 경험들을 어떻게 해왔는지에 초점을 둔다. 연구대상자인 9명의 의료전문가들의 연령주의와 연령통합에 대한 보다 다양한 인식과 경험을 담아내기 위해 CQR 질적연구 방법을 활용해 분석하였다. 의료전문가들은 연령주의(Ageism)에 대한 자기고백의 이중성을 보이고 있었으며, 의료현장에서는비적정진료, 노인 소외와 보호자 의존, 양극화 된 서비스와 빈곤노인에 대한 이중차별의 방식으로 연령주의가 실재(實在)하고 있었다. 이를 완화 혹은 해결하기 위한 방안으로서의 연령통합적 의료서비스 제공에 대해 어려움을 느끼고 있었으나, 소통을 위한 장벽 허물기를 추구하거나, 노인 뿐 아니라 모두에게 보편적(universal)으로 편안한 환경을 제공하거나, 제도와 서비스 기준을 확대 및 다양화하는 방식으로 연령통합적 서비스를 위한 적용노력을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 급격히 증가하는 노인환자들의 건강한 삶과 적정한 의료서비스 보장을 위해첫째, 연령주의를 가속화 시키는 한국 의료체계 내 요소들에 대한 비판적 고찰, 빈곤노인에 대한 관리체계 개선, 의료전문가 제도 내 연령통합관련 커리큘럼 포함, 노인전문 의료서비스와인력양산 그리고 노인과 노인대상 의료영역에 대한 인식개선을 제안하였다.

  • Awareness about health is still in short supply, sufficient research and investment is falling mothayeo made, the development of image and health technology for health compared to productivity enhancement technology behind the relative reality. Survey research methods to analyze the documents and government publications and research through an Internet search. Survey Research conducted a self - survey on new knowledge and attitude toward the concessionaires to sanitation target, the attitude of the sanitary administration, attitudes to hygiene education and hygiene practice Conditions received health education carried out by catering Federation regularly. Health education is a systematic settlement system for the external reality of professional education. Health and health administrators to establish an organizational structure strengthening phase. Employers and health care workers are raising awareness. Employers have a responsibility to prevent industrial accidents. Consequently, special health education targeted construction workers changed to fit the content-driven information on the species and the proper arrangement of time "based health education" currently being conducted.

보건교사의 역량모형 개발을 위한 델파이 연구 (A Delphi Study of Developing Competency Model for Korean Health Teachers)

  • Purpose: This study was intended to identify the competency model for korean health teachers. In order to enhance job effectiveness and talent development of health teachers in schools, this study would provide policy makers and school administrators with a competency model to be used as a valid and reliable tool for selection, development, and appraisal of health teachers. Methods: This study used three-round Delphi technique, which was a series of surveys to obtain a consensus of experts in school health and health education. 31 experts were finally involved in Delphi panel, which consisted of professors, administrators, and school teachers. Results: This study found that the competency model of health teachers was composed of fourteen competencies and 75 performance indicators. The fourteen competencies were as follows: consulting and teaching competency, students understanding competency, health problem solving competency, health assessment competency, relationship building competency, information management competency, curriculum management competency, teaching activity competency, writing competency, professional expertise competency, health business management competency, self control competency, school commitment competency, and achievement orientation competency. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, policy makers and school administrators would be able to use the competency model as a tool of new health teachers selection, existing health teachers appraisal, and new and existing teachers training and education. Future research needs to classify the levels of each performance indicator as a kind of behavior indices.

A Study on the Establishment of Integrated Health Information Service Model of Public Libraries

  • Currently, it is not easy for most domestic public libraries to collect and provide reliable health information services on their own. Health information is distributed or professional, making it inconvenient for users to use. Based on the implications derived from the case study, the Library Health Information Integration Service Model was proposed as a specialized information service. The model consists of a composition shared by librarians, health and medical experts, and users, focusing on library websites that provide integrated health information integration services, and has the following features. First, it provides health and medical information on a specialized subject. Second, it provides integrated health and medical information services provided in various ways. Third, librarians and health and medical experts work together to provide information services. Fourth, users can freely use health information integration services online and offline. The model presented in this study means that libraries can play a leading role in health information integration services to increase the utilization rate of public libraries and further contribute to librarians serving as experts in health information services.

공중보건분야 치과위생사의 직무교육 인식도 (Awareness of dental hygienists about on-the-job training in public health sector)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of dental hygienists about on-the-job training in public health sector in an effort to stir up their on-the-job training(OJT) and to facilitate the planning of successful educational programs. A survey was conducted nationwide for two months in October and November 2006, and the answer sheets from 811 dental hygienists were analyzed. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. 40.7 percent of the dental hygienists investigated never underwent OJT geared toward public officials, which wasn't linked to oral health. 2. As for the experiences of professional oral health education(or OJT) as members of local public dental clinics by service term, 64.9 percent of the dental hygienists who had worked for less than 10 years never received that kind of education, and 70.5 percent of those with a 15-year or more career received that education just once(p<0.05). The dental hygienists who received that education viewed it favorably, as they found that to be conducive to their job performance. In the event of those who didn't receive that education, a lack of chance to do that was the most common reason. 3. In regard to motivation of receiving professional oral health education(or OJT), the largest rate of the dental hygienists who stood at 71.9 percent received that education voluntarily in pursuit of self-development and better job performance. The training programs provided by the oral health division of the Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs were excluded in this study. As to educational spending by the dental hygienists or their employers over the past two years, 56.9 percent paid 100 thousand to less than 500 thousand won. 46.6 percent never paid for that, and about 15.5 percent received education at their own expenses. Concerning the form of OJT, lectures were provided to 50.3 percent. 4. The dental hygienists who worked in local public health clinics hoped for more intensive and better education and training related to oral health projects.

간호대학생의 전문직 자아개념, 학업적 자기효능감 및 학과만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Professional Self-Concept, Academic Self-Efficacy and Department Satisfaction in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호학과 재학중인 327명을 대상으로 대학생의 전문직 자아개념, 학업적 자기효능감 및 학과만족도 정도를 알아보고, 학과만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 2017년 5월 29일부터 6월 12일까지 진행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's 검증, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, 다중회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 대상자의 일반적 특성 중 입학동기와 교우관계, 학교성적은 전문직 자아개념, 학업적 자기효능감, 학과만족도 모두에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 성별, 나이, 종교는 모든 변수에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 전문직 자아개념과 학업적 자기효능감, 학과만족도 간에는 순 상관관계가 있었으며, 학과만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 전문직 자아개념이었고 그 외 요인은 학업적 자기효능감, 학과선택시 적성고려 여부로 44.3%의 설명력을 보였다. 따라서, 간호대학생의 학과만족도를 높이기 위한 전문직 자아개념을 높일 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하며, 학생들의 학업적 자기효능감을 높이기 위한 추후연구가 더 이루어져야 할 것이며, 학생 선발에 있어 학과에 대한 적성을 고려한 선발이 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.
