An efficient interacting multiple mode(IMM) approach for tracking a maneuvering target with kinematic constraints is described based on the square root information filter(SRIF). The SRIF is employed instead of the conventional Kalman filter since it exhibits more efficient features in handling the kinematic constraints and improved numerical characteristics. The kinematic constraints are considered in the filtering process as pseudomeasurements where the degree of uncertainty is represented by the magnitude of the pseudomeasurement noise variance. The Monte Carlo simulations for the constant speed, maneuvering target are provided to demonstrate the improved tracking performance of the proposed algorithm.

Recently, as elderly people suffering from chronic diseases have increased and disasters such as traffic accidents have increased, urgent rescue workers and doctors need to respond effectively to such emergencies. For elderly people, the difficulty in communicating their condition especially the health condition during disaster is one of the problems in which delay on immediate handling by rescue team can cause death. Providing a solution for this problem is one of the main issues in our research. In this paper, we use the QR code to communicate the minimum personal information and medical history needed for emergency medical treatment to emergency medical personnel, and to transmit the medical history and treatment data to the doctors of the hospital through QR code and fingerprint recognition, respectively. Especially, by using both QR code of smart phone and fingerprint of individual, we can protects personal information and strengthens privacy and security of medical information by allowing only authorized physicians to check medical records of the old patient.

It has become the information medium that mediate between individuals of marketing with the new information media that use of the Internet in accordance with the progress of the IT industry- real estate marketing, real estate leasing, real estate auctions, etc. The real estate registration services should be disclosed to outside that include a schedule details the public book-register and problems caused by it should be reasonably resolved by handling a large amount of real estate registration work quickly, accurately handling to utilize Information Technology(IT) through the information system construction as the feature to process the information of register entries. Computerization of real estate registration will raise the efficiency of the registration as well as people can see the information related to real estate on the basis of published content without limitation the time and place and will pursue the ideal and reliability of the registration -web accessibility improving of the Internet Registry and permanent storage of preserving documents by electronic means. It is very large that impact on the real estate transaction if the accuracy of legal registration choosing formalism in the processing of real estate registration business through the Internet than written application is highly probable to occur incorrect registration. Also, It is necessary to manage it effectively -if you do not quickly and exactly respond to it, there is problems such as delays or poor registration service because real estate business activated and real estate registration services also increased sharply. In this paper, we will identify the problems of the real estate registration work and suggest improvements about it.

This paper describes the design of a high-level synthesis system. SODAS-VP. which automatically generates hardwares executing operation sequences in pipelined fashion.Target architecture and clocking schemes to drive pipelined datapath are determined, and the handling of pipeline hazards which degrade the performance of pipeline is considered. Partitioning of an operation into load, operation, and store stages, each of which is executed in partitiones control step, is performend. Pipelinecl hardware is generated by handling pipeline hazards with internal forwarding or delay insertion techniques in partitioning process and resolving resource conflicts among the partitioned control steps with similarity measure as a priority function in module allocation process. Experimental results show that SODAS-VP generates hardwares that execute faster than those generated by HAL and ALPS systems. SODAS-VP brings improvement in execution speed by 17.1% and 7.4% comparing with HAL and ALPS systems for a MCNC benchmark program, 5th order elliptical wave filter,respectively.

In this study, a survey was conducted among students who received ARPA/radar simulation training in order to verify the effect of training. An effective training method based on the analysis results was also proposed. Furthermore, this study analyzed full mission simulation conducted over one semester, and found that training effect increased as time passed. The survey showed improvement in skills related to radar/ARPA utilization, ARPA decoding, ship handling, and overall skill. Students responded practical skills improved more than theoretical knowledge, and also analysis showed that ship handling skills had a larger effect than radar decoding skills on improving overall skill, therefore proposed that theoretical education regarding the functions of radar and ARPA should be reinforced in ARPA/radar simulation training.

RFID (Radio Frequence Identification) is emerging technology and it is used for many fields. The research about RFID has been focused on hardware such as increasing hitting ratio. But recently the research about how and where RFID can apply is going on. Especially people are doing research about connecting RFID with existing information system. In this paper, when BPM manage RFID based manufacturing operation process, we show components which is needed and how we can obtain the components. And we apply this to straw manufacturing process on experiment. The claim-handling process and order-handling process which need improvement in straw manufacturing are chosen and we improve those processes. For executing the improved process, we define components which are database, data acquisition workflow and real-time event processing system and then we make prototype system.

This paper considers a web-based order processing system under SCM environment. Following the framework of B2B electronic commerce, we focus on activities closely related to order handling within the supply chain. We also try to integrate the order processing system with the overall information system of the company. The methodology is applied to the case of H company and a prototype system is designed. This study analyzes the current product estimate and order handling process in the point of view of both the purchasing and the selling companies. It intends improvement by changing the existing closed way of request and offering estimate through fax or VAN into an open way using internet. For this, a company should be registered on the order site of internet. Then it can request estimate, take estimate, and handle order through internet adopting the concept of electrical commercial transaction.

After ten years from the introduction of CRM systems, many companies reevaluate CRM from the perspective of customers. This paper classifies CRM activities at the contact points with customers and investigates the effect of CRM activities on perceived benefits and the effect of perceived benefits on behavioral intention in the Korean cosmetic industry. The result showed that contact management and complaint handling affected social benefits and that customers perceived confidence benefits from contact management, complaint handling, and churn management. Special treatment benefits were affected by all CRM activities including compensation management. Finally, all kinds of benefits had effects on behavioral intention such as recommendation intention and repurchase intention.

this paper describes the design and implementation of a RISC processor for embedded control systems. This RISC processor integrates a register file, a pipelined execution unit, a FPU interface, a memory interface, and an instruction prefetcher. Its characteristics include both single cycle executions of most instructions in a 2 phase 20 MHz frequency and the worst case interrupt latency of 7 cycles with the vectored interrupt handling that makes it possible to be applicable to the real time processing system. For efficient handling of multi-cycle instructions, data stationary hardwired control scheme equippedwith cycle counter was used. This chip integrates about 139K transistors and occupies 9.1mm$\times$9.1mm in a 1.0um DLM CMOS technology. The power dissipation is 0.8 Watts from a 5V supply at 20 MHz operation.

Chloric acid is a toxic chemical and the risk of facility handling chloric acid was assessed from the list of accident scenario to provide countermeasure to keep the vicinity safe. Accident scenarios were listed by using MSDS and process safety information. The scenarios having effect to the off-site were selected and assessed further according to guideline provided by Korea government. Worst case and alternative scenarios including other interested scenarios were evaluated using ALOHA. Each evaluated scenario was assessed further considering countermeasures. The results showed that the facility handling chloric acid is safe enough and needed no further protections at the moment.
