  • Gastric cancer is one of the most common cancers in Korea and the world. Since 2004, this is the 4th gastric cancer guideline published in Korea which is the revised version of previous evidence-based approach in 2018. Current guideline is a collaborative work of the interdisciplinary working group including experts in the field of gastric surgery, gastroenterology, endoscopy, medical oncology, abdominal radiology, pathology, nuclear medicine, radiation oncology and guideline development methodology. Total of 33 key questions were updated or proposed after a collaborative review by the working group and 40 statements were developed according to the systematic review using the MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane Library and KoreaMed database. The level of evidence and the grading of recommendations were categorized according to the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluation proposition. Evidence level, benefit, harm, and clinical applicability was considered as the significant factors for recommendation. The working group reviewed recommendations and discussed for consensus. In the earlier part, general consideration discusses screening, diagnosis and staging of endoscopy, pathology, radiology, and nuclear medicine. Flowchart is depicted with statements which is supported by meta-analysis and references. Since clinical trial and systematic review was not suitable for postoperative oncologic and nutritional follow-up, working group agreed to conduct a nationwide survey investigating the clinical practice of all tertiary or general hospitals in Korea. The purpose of this survey was to provide baseline information on follow up. Herein we present a multidisciplinary-evidence based gastric cancer guideline.

3D TCAD Analysis of Hot-Carrier Degradation Mechanisms in 10 nm Node Input/Output Bulk FinFETs

  • In this paper, we investigated the hotcarrier injection (HCI) mechanism, one of the most important reliability issues, in 10 nm node Input/Output (I/O) bulk FinFET. The FinFET has much intensive HCI damage in Fin-bottom region, while the HCI damage for planar device has relatively uniform behavior. The local damage behavior in the FinFET is due to the geometrical characteristics. Also, the HCI is significantly affected by doping profile, which could change the worst HCI bias condition. This work suggested comprehensive understanding of HCI mechanisms and the guideline of doping profile in 10 nm node I/O bulk FinFET.

2022 KLCA-NCC Korea Practice Guidelines for the Management of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

  • Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the fifth most common cancer worldwide and the fourth most common cancer among men in South Korea, where the prevalence of chronic hepatitis B infection is high in middle and old age. The current practice guidelines will provide useful and sensible advice for the clinical management of patients with HCC. A total of 49 experts in the fields of hepatology, oncology, surgery, radiology, and radiation oncology from the Korean Liver Cancer Association-National Cancer Center Korea Practice Guideline Revision Committee revised the 2018 Korean guidelines and developed new recommendations that integrate the most up-to-date research findings and expert opinions. These guidelines provide useful information and direction for all clinicians, trainees, and researchers in the diagnosis and treatment of HCC.

수문관측설비 성능시험센터 구축 및 프로그램 개발을 통한 효율 향상 방안 (Improving efficiency through the hydrological observation equipment performance test center and program)

  • 막대한 인명과 재산피해를 발생시키는 홍수재해를 사전 예측하고 예방하기 위한 재해 관측설비 및 시스템의 중요성이 전 세계적으로 부각되고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 수문관측설비에 대한 장비성능, 호환성, 적용성, 신뢰성 등의 안정성 검증 및 S/W, 백신 등 신규 프로그램 적용 안정화 시험 등을 목적으로 수문관측 성능시험센터를 구축하였으며, 이를 통하여 시험항목, 시험절차서, 시험 기준값의 정립 등 성능시험 표준가이드라인을 개발하여 설비의 표준검증체계를 구축하고자 하였다. 또한 설비의 특성 분석 및 유지보수 이력관리, 성능시험 데이터에 대한 데이터베이스화, 시험 후의 성적서를 발행할 수 있도록 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 이를 통하여 수문관측설비에 대한 과학적인 관리 및 운영의 효율성을 높이고자 하였다.

  • 현재 경증치매노인은 노인장기요양보험법에 의해 치매안심센터나 지역의 주간보호센터에서 인지프로그램을 제공받을 수 있지만, 인지프로그램 운영에 대한 명확한 정의나 지침은 미비한 상황이다. 최근 VR에 대한 관심도가 높아지면서 다양한 노인복지시설에서 VR을 활용한 프로그램을 시도하고 있지만 신기술에 대한 친밀도나 활용도에 대한 분석이 많지 않은 편이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 노인주간보호센터에서 경증치매노인을 대상으로 VR 활용도를 조사하고 분석하였다. 활용도는 친밀도와 활용가능성으로 나누어 조사하였고, 친밀도화 활용도 모두 높은 편으로 분석되어, 향후 경증치매노인을 대상으로 VR 인지프로그램 개발이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

미국 학교도서관 기준의 변천 (The Historical Shift of American School Library Standards)

  • The school library standards. a guideline encouraging the reasonable library administration for school education that began with early quantity in 1920, has been changed as an information power in 1988 after 7th revision. The school library is highlighted as a gear of education process and the center of education change. The major summary is as follows: First. the name of librarian has been changed from teacher's librarian to school library media specialist that executes as a leader for participating in plan. performance and development of instruction. Second. the type of material has been changed from book to electronic media. Also, the number of book per capital has been increased from 6-8(1920) to 23-28(1988) Finally, the function of school library has been changed from space service into proactive service which is playing the role of the heart of school education process based on information skill.

서울시 관광안내소(Tourist Information Center) 평가요소 연구 -이태원을 중심으로- (A Study on Factors of T.I.C(tourist information center) in Seoul -Focus on Itaewon-)

  • 본 연구는 서울 내 관광안내소를 객관적인 기준을 통해 평가하기 위해서 해외의 관광안내소 평가지표를 분석하여 국내실정에 맞는 관광안내소 요소를 도출하고 각 기준에 포함되는 안내소 필수요구사항을 제시하고 있다. 관광객이 많이 모이는 지역으로 이태원을 선정하고, 안내소에 필요한 요구사항을 중점으로 평가를 시행하였다. 평가내용 중심으로 안내소 현황을 살펴본 결과, 비체계적인 서가분류에 대한 개선과 직원의 친절도를 포함한 전반적인 서비스에 대한 솔루션이 요구됨을 파악했다. 한국에 맞는 관광안내소 평가요소로서 '지도', '다국적언어', '직원친절도', '다양한 디지털/지류정보', '휴게공간', '지역 활동 조연'을 도출하였고 그 결과, 지역특색과 관광객 성향을 반영하지 못한 안내소의 요소들을 평가항목에 추가시킴으로써 사용자 만족도를 개선시킬 수 있었다. 추후 연구에서는 정보디자인 분야에 특화된 평가모델을 구축하여, 디자인과 서비스를 포함한 서울 관광안내소 평가를 위한 세부 가이드라인 제시가 필요하다.

차량 필러부품 프레스 금형설계를 위한 금형보정이력 정보 데이터베이스 구축 (Construction of information database with tool compensation histories for the tool design of a pillar part)

  • 본 논문에서는 차량용 센터필러 부품의 성형공정에서 발생하는 스프링백 문제를 해결하기 위한 일환으로 기존 부품의 금형보정이력 정보를 체계적으로 데이터베이스화하였다. 기존 부품의 경우 과도한 스프링백 발생에 의한 형상정밀도 불량을 해결하기 위하여 3차의 금형 보정을 현장기술자의 작업에 의하여 수행하였으나, 보정값이 정량화되어 있지 못한 문제가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 기존 금형 보정과정의 결과를 유한요소해석을 통하여 정량적으로 분석하고 보정이 의도대로 이루어졌는지를 평가하는 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 구축된 데이터베이스 정보를 활용하여 유사부품의 금형설계에 활용하였으며, 결과적으로 보정횟수를 감소시키고도 제품을 성공적으로 성형할 수 있었다.

모바일 고객센터 품질요인이 고객 만족과 신뢰 그리고 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Mobile Customer Center's Quality Factors on Customer Satisfaction, Trust and Loyalty)

  • The mobile customer center is one of major customer service channels to gain company's competitive advantage, to establish new correlations between customers and service value, and to respond quickly to customer needs. This study attempted to investigate the effect of mobile customer center's quality on customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. For this purpose, we divided quality factors of mobile customer center into mobile service quality and content quality, and then empirically analyzed their impact on customer satisfaction, customer trust, and loyalty. The research result showed mobile service quality and content quality having significant association with customer satisfaction and trust. Moreover, customer satisfaction and trust were closely related to customer loyalty. However, there was no significant difference in the factors affecting customer satisfaction and trust according to the levels of personal innovativeness. It is hoped that this study provides academic foundations for further research on mobile customer center and serves as a useful guideline for operating customer service channels successfully.

진동 감시용 위치 결정 센서의 위상오차에 대한 실험적 고찰과 비교 평가 (The Experimental Study and Comparison on Usage of Vibration Monitoring Sensors for Positioning of Balancing on Rotating Machinery)

  • Field balancing is required in any kind of phase information for the determination location balancing mass toward a rotor unbalance mass. Phase or phase angle is a measurement of the relationship of how one vibration signal which relates to another vibration signal and is commonly used to calculate the placement of balance weight. In this paper, A right guideline shows the photo optical speed sensor as the external KeyPhasor is a very useful when diagnosing machinery vibration problems on considering a phase lag comparing to the laser optical speed sensor. Some experimental results generate the interesting phase errors when appling to a wrong conditions. So, Usage of photo optical speed sensor which is used primarily to measure the shaft rotating speed serves as a reference for measuring vibration phase information has effect on the placement of phase angle how it was misunderstood. This paper will help a right method to search for the position of balancing weight and serves as baseline for further measurements using low cost and much easier user convenience. It is concluded that the propose baseline is likely to be applicable to apply to the practical field balancing weight.
