Purpose: This study aimed to update the previously published nursing practice guideline for prevention of venous thromboembolism (VTE). Methods: The guideline was updated according to the manuals developed by National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN), and a Handbook for Clinical Practice Guideline Developer Version 10. Results: The updated nursing practice guideline for prevention of VTE was consisted of 16 domains, 46 subdomains, and 216 recommendations. The recommendations in each domain were: 4 general issues, 8 assessment of risk and bleeding factors, 5 interventions for prevention of VTE, 18 mechanical interventions, 36 pharmacological interventions, 36 VTE prevention starategies for medical patients, 25 for cancer patients, 13 for pregnancy, 8 for surgical patients, 7 for thoractic and cardiac surgery, 16 for orthopedic surgery, 10 for cranial and spinal surgery, 5 for vascular surgery, 13 for other surgery, 3 educations and information, and 2 documentation and report. For these recommendations, the level of evidence was 32.1% for level I, 51.8% for level II, and 16.1% for level III according to the infectious diseases society of America (IDSA) rating system. A total of 112 new recommendations were developed and 49 previous recommendations were deleted. Conclusion: The updated nursing practice guideline for prevention of VTE is expected to serve as an evidence-based practice guideline for prevention of VTE in South Korea. It is recommended that this guideline will disseminate to clinical nursing settings nationwide to improve the effectiveness of prevention of VTE practice.

The purpose of this study is to offer information related to recommended dietary allowances for young children and food guidelines for preschool children in Sweden. Sweden, located in Europe, is the most developed country for young child care system. Swedish nutrition policy background, Swedish recommended dietary allowances for young children, and food guidelines of early childhood education center in Sweden were used. The number of Swedish child care centers increased from 70,000 in 1970 to 700,000 in 2000. The Swedish Institute of Public Health promoted children's indoor and outdoor activity. The aim of the Swedish public health contains children's safety, good food habits, and eating food safely. Swedish Food Administration made recommended dietary allowance and food guidelines for children care centers. The aim of food guidelines was to increase energy, calcium, iron, and dietary fiber intake. Swedish RDA contains minimum and maximum intake as well as mean intake for macro and micro nutrients. The fat intake ratio of energy is increased for younger children. For preschool children, the food guideline is determined by dietary allowances for breakfast, lunch, and snack respectively. Food guideline contains meal time schedule, menu for each meal using food model, amount of food for age group, and recommended dietary allowance for each meal. It is recommended for Korean early childhood education center: 1) Korean RDA for young children should be made range of intake, minimum and maximum intake. 2) Food guideline should be make for Korean child care center. 3) Korean child care centers should offer an afternoon snack twice for children who return home late. 4) Nutrition education program for preschool teachers should be developed for children's good eating habits and health promotion.

최근 빅데이터와 클라우드 보안에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 이를 효율적으로 암호화하기 위해 경량화된 고속 암호에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그 결과, 국가보안기술연구소에서는 경량 고속 블록 암호인 LEA를 개발하였다. 경량화 암호인 LEA를 효율적으로 암 복호화를 위해 CPU가 아닌 GPU를 이용한 고속화 연구들이 최근에 소개되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고, GPU사용에 있어서의 가이드라인에 대한 연구는 여전히 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 LEA알고리즘이 대용량 처리를 위해 사용될 때, 효율적인 GPU를 활용한 LEA 최적화방안에 대해 제안한다.

Imaging plays a key role in the diagnosis and characterization of thyroid diseases, and the information provided by imaging studies is essential for management planning. A referral guideline for imaging studies may help physicians make reasonable decisions and minimize the number of unnecessary examinations. The Korean Society of Thyroid Radiology (KSThR) developed imaging guidelines for thyroid nodules and differentiated thyroid cancer using an adaptation process through a collaboration between the National Evidence-based Healthcare Collaborating Agency and the working group of KSThR, which is composed of radiologists specializing in thyroid imaging. When evidence is either insufficient or equivocal, expert opinion may supplement the available evidence for recommending imaging. Therefore, we suggest rating the appropriateness of imaging for specific clinical situations in this guideline.

The purpose of this study is to develop the order communication system for Traditional Korean Medicine(TKM) which can support prescribing decisions and provide the toxicological information. The relative vulnerability of the infrastructure of TKM has made us start the study. We carried out the benchmarking for TKM charting solution firstly, and then designed the intelligent search and supporting method for prescription decisions. We developed of the medical herbs database and the web-based order communication program which can be used in medical field actually. This system supplies a various functions to oriental medical doctors such as management for prescription history, search for herb's effects, generating prescriptions, inventory management, alerting of toxicity and taboo, guideline for taking medicine, and so on. The design and implementation process has been described in this research. We expect that this system will play an important role in electronic medical record(EMR) or electronic health record(EHR) binding diagnosis and management functions.

As various contractors have been asking BIM data in the construction industry, BIM guidelines and standards has become increasingly important these days. Above all, BIM guidelines should be established properly because it is utilized at the earliest stage of BIM data creation. However, each of the existing BIM guidelines was totally different by contractors, disciplines or phases so that it caused problems about repetitious work, inefficient management and so on. In order to overcome these problems, we suggest integrated management system for BIM guidelines. We firstly collected and analyzed existing guidelines, secondly standardized guideline phrases and lastly constructed data structure of integrated management system. This integrated management system is expected to increase work efficiency to avoid working error for designers and enable easy creation or revision of BIM guidelines for contractors.

In industry AGV's(automated guided vehicles) that can detect and follow guidelines drawn on the factory floor using magnetic or optical sensors are widely used. However, such AGV's without preview capability cannot effectively avoid collision with obstacles that may occasionally pass through the guideline. Furthermore, without preview information, they consume much energy at the right angle corners as they have to make sudden directional change. Also, the risk of dropping payloads increases in such situations. In this study, infrared preview sensors were adopted to a mobile robot for detecting not only the current position but also the forward position of the guideline and the preview control technique was applied to optimally control the mobile robot's motion using the information from the infrared preview sensors. Then the effectiveness of this approach was investigated through a series of experiments. The experimental result shows that the proposed approach is effective for safety enhancement as well as for better efficiency.

본 연구에서는 먼저, 우리나라의 특수자료 취급현황을 파악하기 위하여 그 이론적 배경이 되는 '특수자료취급지침'의 변천과정을 고찰하고, 북한자료를 보유하고 있는 전국의 특수자료 취급기관 가운데 대표적인 감독부처인 통일부와 교육과학기술부 산하 특수자료취급기관의 특수자료 보유현황과 활용실적을 조사하였다. 다음, 분석 결과와 선행연구 조사를 통해 열악한 자료 이용 환경의 문제점을 찾아내고 제도적인 발전방안을 모색하였다. 특히 특수자료의 이용과 취급과정에서 일어날 수 있는 여러 가지 문제들을 조정, 통제할 수 있는 종합적인 관리 기구로써 '북한정보자료교류협의회'의 구성과 이를 통해 전국의 '특수자료취급기관'간 유기적인 협조를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 협력모형을 제안하였다.

Models and simulations of gate tunneling current for thinoxide MOSFETs and Double-Gate SOIs are discussed. A guideline in design of leaky MOS capacitors is proposed and resonant gate tunneling current in DG SOI simulated based on quantum-mechanicalmodels. Gate tunneling current in fully-depleted, double-gate SOI MOSFETs is characterized based on quantum-mechanical principles. The simulated $I_G-V_G$ of double-gate SOI has negative differential resistance like that of the resonant tunnel diodes.
