The school library standards. a guideline encouraging the reasonable library administration for school education that began with early quantity in 1920, has been changed as an information power in 1988 after 7th revision. The school library is highlighted as a gear of education process and the center of education change. The major summary is as follows: First. the name of librarian has been changed from teacher's librarian to school library media specialist that executes as a leader for participating in plan. performance and development of instruction. Second. the type of material has been changed from book to electronic media. Also, the number of book per capital has been increased from 6-8(1920) to 23-28(1988) Finally, the function of school library has been changed from space service into proactive service which is playing the role of the heart of school education process based on information skill.

'Sabine Pass Liquefaction Project (SPL Project)', a case study in this report, is the first construction project of a U.S. liquefaction facility for shale gas export overseas. This study analyzes the SPL Project to give understanding and a guideline to Korean EPC companies by benchmarking about effective risk-sharing strategies on EPC contracts. This study consists of three parts. The first summarizes the liquefaction process adopted on the SPL Project, named the 'ConocoPhillips Optimized Cascade Process', and compares it with other competitive liquefaction processes. The second introduces the unique features of the SPL EPC contract by comparing it with two other EPC forms of contracts: a FIDIC Silver Book for onshore plant projects and a contract of an offshore oil production (FPSO) project. The third focuses on the complexity of project financing (PF), especially lenders control and impact on the EPC contract such as covenant provisions to constrain variations and changes on the EPC Contract. From these conclusions, it is anticipated that this case study can provide a guideline for successful performance of Korean EPC contractors overseas.

Gender sensitivity is a concept needs to be substantially count since early childhood when a child starts understanding and developing their gender role. As such UNESCO published the guideline on Comprehensive Sexuality Education(CSE) guidelines. In Korea, the Ministry of Women and Family selected the book called 'Nadaum children's book' in order to support children to better develop the gender sensitivity in their early childhood. This study aims for qualitative research on 101 books for low-grade children of Nadaum Children's Books. Content analysis and theme analysis were conducted based on UNESCO's CSE guidelines. This is to analyze the frequency rate of the CSE concepts and how the value of gender sensitivity is described throughout the books. The results shows that 'family member' and 'value of tolerance' were most frequently appeared while 'puberty' and 'sex and health' were not included. In addition, the results of theme analysis showed that this book well described the activities pursuing the value of gender sensitivity as well as process of being materialized it.

Current estimation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from livestock agriculture in Korea was based on Revised 1996 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories (1996 IPCC GL) published in 1996 and emission data were published in National Inventory Report. New guideline book, 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories (2006 IPCC GL), however, was published in 2006. Hence preparation to apply new guideline for the estimation of GHG emission would be necessary. In this study, 1996 IPCC GL and 2006 IPCC GL for livestock agriculture were compared. Estimated GHG emissions based on Tier 1 methods of 1996 IPCC GL and 2006 IPCC GL between 2000 and 2008 were also compared. Estimated GHG emissions based on 2006 IPCC GL were 1.27~1.33 times higher than those based on 1996 IPCC GL. These results were mainly caused by emission factors of each IPCC GL. More researches should be conducted to decrease uncertainties of national GHG inventories.

Objectives : Depression disturbs the individual life from the loss of productivity to suicide. Furthermore the whole society is also influenced by depression in social and economic areas. Many scientific treatment methods are known to be effective in depression. But in reality more than half of patients with depression prefer self help treatment rather than medically based treatment. For the patients with mild depression and primary physicians, it is reasonable to provide the evidence based self care including self help or alternative treatment. This study is supported by the Korean Health 21 R&D Project for the Depression Center to establish the Korean treatment guideline for depression. Methods : The members of Depression Center including the authors attended the workshops where the methods of evidence based medicine such as literature search, quality evaluation of the articles, making the level of evidence were educated. The professional librarians helped the authors for get the searched articles. Among the total of 354 abstracts of systemic review and 300 abstracts of random controlled trials, 3 systemic reviews and 2 random controlled trials were the main structure of evaluation. Result : Among the 37 self care methods known to be effective for depression, 11 kinds of methods were worth of evaluation. The first step for the self care of mild depression is to use St. John's wort, exercise, bibliotherapy, and light therapy in depression during winter season. Acupuncture, negative ion therapy, massage, relaxation technique are known to be efective with evidence. Music therapy, hypnotherapy, and aromatherapy are known to be effective but until now the evidences is insufficient and further evaluations are needed. Conclusion : Among 11 listed self-care methods, several methods need more evidence especially in Korean situation. Exercise is the most recommendable evidence based self care method in Korea nowadays. St. John's wort is effective with evidence, but it is not the OTC drug in Korea, so it is not recommendable now. For the bibliotherapy, there is no book such as "Feeling Good" in Korea. Only the introductory book about depression is available. Publishing the self help book based upon cognitive behavioral approach or psychodynamic approach is needed. Light therapy is practiced in a few clinics, but not self-help style. Exposure to the sunlight is recommended in the level of commen sense. These self care methods are for the mild patient. Moderate to severe patients with depression should seek the professional treatment.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a guidebook for teachers about coping behavior education in emergency situations for elementary school students. Method: Dick and Carey's teaching model (1996) and Keller's ARCS theory (1985) was applied to develop this guidebook. Results: The contents consist of subjects, reference materials for teachers, a case study, and worksheets for students. The contents of the 5 units are as follows: 1)Identifying a dangerous situation around the school area and in school, 2)Coping tips in dangerous situations that can occur at school, 3)Prevention and coping method of sexual violence, 4)Coping method for natural disasters, and 5)First aid in emergency situations. The presented case study was a real case scenario and the worksheets contained various activities initiated by students. Conclusions: This guidebook can be an effective tool in coping education classes for emergency situations at elementary schools. The goal of the guideline book is reach as many elementary schools as possible.

Objectives : Contradictions for Oncology acupuncture were searched and reviewed to establish fundamentals for the appropriate contraindication guideline. Methods : In order to search contraindications for oncology acupuncture, domestic journals, books and online database of Pubmed were searched using the terms, cancer, tumor, acupuncture, safety, contraindications and guideline were below. Results : We found 7 papers and 1 book by the above methods. We reviewed and suggested the contraindications. Contraindications for oncology acupuncture are neutropenia (absolute neutrophil count : ANC less than $500/mm^3$), thrombocytopenia (platelets less than $50,000/mm^3$), anticoagulant use, spinal instability, tumour nodule, lymphedema, prosthesis, intracranial deficits, confused patients, significant arrhythmia, patient refusal to treatment, severe neurotic patients and intracardiac defribillator. Contraindications for using semi-permanent needles are neutropenia (ANC less than $500/mm^3$), splenectomy, valvular heart disease, B, C hepatitis and keloids. Conclusions : Acupuncture for cancer patients pose significant risks but these guidelines are proposed in the hopes of providing certain boundaries in practicing oncology acupuncture. A more systematic and rigorous research is needed to establish a more reliable oncology acupuncture guidelines.

This is an exploratory study that examines the publication and use of sex education books for youth and considers their values and applicability to sex education for youth in the future. In-depth interviews were conducted with book editors, sex education experts, and public librarians-those who play important roles in children and young adults' reading of sex education books-and analyzed. According to the research participants, parents and caregivers often rely on sex education books when they find it hard to deliver sex education to their children on their own. Sex education books are also often used by sex education experts in their classes. The research participants said many sex education books that were published in South Korea only focus on 'the body education,' which deals with body changes during puberty. Gender inequality is another subject that needs to be changed. The research participants agreed that a sex education book should not just be a simple medium that delivers fragments of knowledge on sexuality but a broader learning playground where children and young adults can learn independent perspectives on sexuality based on comprehensive views on life. This study suggests a guideline for sexuality education books, which will be useful for library collection development.

Uirimchalyo (醫林撮要) was published in advance of the Donguibogam (東醫寶鑑) in the middle of the Joseon Dynasty. This book was a pioneering form of the Donguibogam. This paper examines the acupuncture and moxibustion methods used within Uirimchalyo. Because this book was produced for the general public as well as professional Korean medicine doctors, it did not present complex symptom classification and complicated acupuncture prescriptions. Instead, it summarized acupoints in a simple way and could be used as a standardized treatment guideline. In addition, in the acu-moxa methods of the Uirimchalyo, moxibustion was used more than acupuncture. This implies that the author's intention was to treat the disease gently, and furthermore, that the book inherits the acu-moxa method of Hyangyakjipseongbang (鄕藥集成方). There are many suggestions of experienced prescriptions, which can be seen as focusing on experience-based medicine. In addition, the characteristic of not using many acupuncture points served as the cause of the emergence of Saam acupuncture techniques.

Objectives This research was proposed to present Clinical Practice Guideline(CPG) for Taeeumin Disease of Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM): Esophagus Cold-based Exterior Cold (Wiwansuhan-pyohan) disease. This CPG was developed by the national-wide experts committee consisting of SCM professors. Methods First, collection and organization of literature related to SCM such as Donguisusebowon, Text book of SCM, Clinical Guidebook of SCM and Fundamental research to standardize diagnosis of Sasang Constitutional Medicine was performed. Secondly, journals related to clinical trial or Human complementary medicine of SCM were searched. Finally, 7 articles were selected and included in CPG for Esophagus Cold-based Exterior Cold (Wiwansuhan-pyohan) disease. Results & Conclusions The CPG of Esophagus Cold-based Exterior Cold (Wiwansuhan-pyohan) disease in Taeeumin Disease include classification, definition and standard symptoms of each pattern. Esophagus Cold-based Exterior Cold (Wiwansuhan-pyohan) disease consists of two aspects : Esophagus-Cold (Wiwanhan) and Esophagus-Cold Lung-Dry (Wiwanhan-paejo) symptomatology. Esophagus-Cold (Wiwanhan) symptomatology is classified into mild and moderate pattern by severity. Mild pattern of Esophagus-Cold (Wiwanhan) symptomatology is classified into Supraspinal Exterior (Baechu-pyo) initial and Wheezing-Dyspnea (Hyocheon) pattern. Moderate pattern of Esophagus-Cold (Wiwanhan) symptomatology is classified into Cold-reversal (Hanguel) and Cold-reversal (Hanguel) advanced pattern. And Esophagus-Cold Lung-Dry (Wiwanhan-paejo) symptomatology is classified into severe and critical pattern by severity. Severe pattern of Esophagus-Cold Lung-Dry (Wiwanhan-paejo) is classified into Dry-Cold (Johan) pattern and Dry-Cold (Johan) advanced pattern. Critical pattern of Esophagus-Cold Lung-Dry (Wiwanhan-paejo) symptomatology consists of Dry-Cold (Johan) intense pattern (Eumhyeol-mogal handa pattern).
