The x-ray powtler pattern of single phase $Bi_2S_2CaCu_2O_{8+x}$ has been identified and fullyindexed using a pseudotetragonal subcell with a= 5.408, c = 30.83 $\AA$ and an incommensurate supercellwith reciprocal lattice vector, X$q^*$, given by $q^*=0.211b^*-c^*$. The x -ray powder pattern of the Pb-free110K superconductor phase "$Bi_2S_2CaCu_2O_{10+x}$" has many lines which belong t.o an incommensuratesupercell. Using elect.ron d~ffraction pImt.ographs as a indexing guide, an indexing scheme for the powderpattern has been obtained. The unit cell has a geometrically orthorhombic subcell a=5.411, b= 5.420, c=37.29(2) $\AA$. Supercell reflections have indices that are derived from the subcell k, 1 indices by addition uf$\pm q^*$, where $\pm q^*=0.211b^*-0.78c^*$The incommensurate con~ponent In the b dwection, $\delta$, is the same for both phases but on going from2212 to 2223 phase, the superlattic component in the c direction changes from commensurate($\varepsilon$=1) toincommensurate($\varepsilon$=0.78).X>$\varepsilon$=0.78).
This study was to examine the knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy, and capability of skill for Dept. of Dental Hygiene students in performing basic skill of cardiopulmonary resuscitation as the following AHA's CPR 2005 Guide-Lines. And we hope to know the influence of those affect on the correctness of chest thrusts, the correctness of artificial respiration, and the correctness of skill performing. As a SPSS 14.0 program's analyzing results, we came to the following conclusions : 1. In the basic CPR's knowledge, the scores of knowledge rose from 5.93 before education to 12.46 after education. In attitude, the scores of attitude rose from 2.52 to 3.71 after education. In self-efficacy's scores, rose from 3.22 to 3.26 too, and all components have statistically significant differences(P < .05). 2. In performing CPR, the correctness of chest thrusts is 68.90%, artificial respiration is 19.00%. 3. Total average score of the capability of skill is 4.51. 4. Only self-efficacy affected the correctness of chest thrusts after education(P < .05). 5. Attitude after education affected both the correctness of artificial respiration and skill performing(P < .05).
Gene edited crops can be classified as SDN-1, SDN-2 and SDN-3 group depending on their mutation's range and the usage of donor DNA. The SDN-1 and SDN-2 crops, in particular, could be developed as 100% transgene-free, which do not contain any DNA fragment of the vector or guide RNA used for gene editing such as CRISPR Cas9 system. Therefore, there are no scientific methods available for the detection of these crops and differentiation with the one produced by conventional cross breeding techniques. Additionally, it would be impossible to properly implement the existing GMO regulation law, in particular, the national legislation for "GMO labelling". In this regard, Australia has announced that SDN-1 crops will not be subjected to the existing GMO regulation. Furthermore, Argentina and Brazil have established a new policy that GE crops with no transgene (100% transgene-free crops) should be exempted from the scope of the GMO. In addition, Japan has also announced that "an organism that has no remnants of inserted nucleic acid processed extracellularly is not subjected to the Cartagena Act". It means that SDN-2 crops can also be exempted from the scope of GMO. In this trend, in South Korea, I suggested that gene edited crops with no remnants of inserted foreign DNA fragments should be excluded from the existing GMO regulation. Thus, I expect that diverse elite crop lines should be developed by using advanced gene editing technologies
Discrimination studies between microearthquakes and underground explosions are carried out in the pure-continental path of north-south within the Korean Peninsula. The characteristic waveforms for explosions and microearthquakes are investigated in the light of observation and synthetic seismograms. The characteristic waveform generation is minnly a function of source mechanism and ray-path and former influences more strongly than the latter.A double-couple source mechanism for microeatthquakes and a single-couple(force) mechanism for explosions are presented in this study. It is found for very shallow events to have outstanding of $L_g$ waves in the transverse components that pass through the upper crust with period of 1 - 6 seconds and fundamental modes of Rayleigh waves, $R_g$ in the vertical component with period 8-12 seconds. Furthermore it is pointed out that the first arrival amplitudes of SH waves for explosions are always srnall regardless of azimuth of stations since there is non-existence of nodal lines for the explosion mechanism. Theoretical seismograms for explosions show the first motions of compression with short wavelengths as well as mostly fundamental modes of Rayleight waves, $R_g$ waves and $L_g$ waves, whereas those of micro-earthquakes give either compression or dilatation according to the ack azimuth epicenter to stations and poor or non $R_g$ waves and complicated $L_g$ waves, depending on the focal depth.

In this study, we analyzed and quantified the contents of magnolol (1), honokiol (2), and obovatol (3) in the leaves of Magnolia species by HPLC. HPLC methods were developed and validated by ICH guide lines comparing the linearity, intraday precision, inter-day precision. The optimal conditions were as follows; wavelength: 288 nm, column: Zorbax Eclipse XDBC18 $(2.1\times150\;mm,\;5{\mu}m)$, mobile phase: Acetonitril - 0.1 % $H_3PO_4$ (45:55, v/v) buffer, flow rate: 0.5 ml/min. The contents of magnolol, honokiol and obovatol were 1.08%, 2.37%, and 0.57% in the leaves of M. officinalis, 0.50%, 0.03%, and 1.54% in the leaves of M. biloba, 0.37%, 0.03%, and 0.76% in the leaves of M. obovata. The contents of effective ingredients in the leaves of M. officinalis and M biloba were higher than that of M. obovata. Especially, the content of obovatol in the leaves of M. biloba was remarkably high. This result showed that the shapes of leaves have a certain relationship with the content of obovatol.
The undesirable effects of elevated external temperatures at placement on the properties of the fresh and hardened concrete are discussed briefly, and the possible use of the mineral admixtures to mitigate them and the association with water-reducing and retarding admixtures in terms of the mix design which are critical for minimizing slump loss and entrained air loss are examined in this study. To investigate the effects of such the mineral and chemical admixtures on the fresh and hardened properties of concrete exposed to high temperature, a series of concrete mixtures subjected to the high temperature were carried out and then fresh and hardened properties of the mixtures were analyzed and evaluated. Based on the results, new guide lines concerning the appropriate admixtures for hot weather are suggested.

The aerial photographic mission is a difficult work because aircraft must be flown along the specified flight lines, not marked on the ground. This study has been carried out for the development of aerial photographic guidance system, which enables us to make aerial photographic task easier. Such a flight guidance system is able to display a variety of map informations in a quick and efficient way in order to guide pilot. For this purpose, we first developed the nationwide aerial navigation map database that provides the topographic map information used for topographic interpretation and aeronautical chart information used for the flight security. Next, we developed the aerial photographic guidance system which uses the aerial navigation map as base map. It is concluded that the developed system can display the various map informations quickly and do any other photographing guidance tasks well in fast moving airplane.
Since the first dietitian was produced in Korean about 15 years ago the Korena Dietetic Association has grown up to have its 8,500 members as of March, 1979. This study was undertaken to survey the status of hospital dietitians and their bob analysis. current practices were learned and the problems identified mainly in such aspects as : 1. Do the hospitals have enough dietitians? 2.What is the administrative position of the dietetics in the hospital? 3. What is the salary level of the dietitians? 4. How professional are the dietitian's daily tasks? How appropriately are the jobs distributed among the dietary employees? and 5. Do the hospital dietetics have their own diet manuals to go by? The findings are : 1. The severly lacking number of dietitians are employed by the hospitals where one dietitian is responsible for the feeding and nutrition education of 171 in-patients on the average. 2. The administrative position of hospital dietetics appears to be low showing administrative position of hospital dietetics appears to be low showing only 45.7% of the sample hospitals recognize their dietetics as the independent department or section. 3. The starting salary of the 4-year college graduate dietitians is 151,450 won which is 89.23-87.26% of the average starting salary for the 4-year college graduates I 1979. The starting salary for the 4-year college graduates in 1979. the starting salary of the 2-year college graduate dietitians is 148,000 won which is 113.9% of the average standard salary for the 2-year college graduates in 1979. 4. The hospital dietitians spend most of their time doing clerical jobs rather than the jobs utilizing higher priority professional skills they ought to perform. the most obvious cause of the problem can be found in the lack of man power for the general clerical jobs in the dietetics which can be proven from the small number of dietary clerks hired by the sample hospitals not even one person (0.45) per hospital on the average. 5. 68.6% of the sample dietetics have some form of compiled diet manuals or guidelines. 11.4% of the samples have diet guide lines ready for the important diets only. 14.3% of the samples do not have any form of diet guideline prepared. 5.7% of the samples use reference diet manuals from other hospitals when need.

To improve the current waveform of diode rectifiers, we propose a new operating principle for the voltage -doubler diode rectifiers. In the conventional voltage-doubler rectifier circuit, relatively large capacitors are used to boost the output voltage, while the proposed circuit uses smaller ones and a small reactor not to boost the output voltage but improve the input current waveform. A high input power factor of 97[%] and an efficiency of 98[%] are also obtained. The harmonic guide lines of proposed rectifier is no interfered with inverter switching, resulting in a simple, reliable and low-cost ac-to dc converters in comparison with the boost-type current-improving circuits. It compared conventional pulse-widthmodulated(PWM)inverter with half pulse-widthmodulated (HPWM) inverter. Proposed HPWM inverter eliminated dead-time by lowering switchingloss and holding over-shooting.

By using topology and shape optimization, a theoretically optimum FRP deck was proposed. Firstly, a topologically optimal shape, truss-like structure without hinges, was found. A truss-shape frame is the most ideal structure when subjected to a concentrated force at the center of simply supported beam. An armature was found at the point joining horizontal chord and diagonal chord, which was used as a new design variable. Secondly, optimum value of each variable was decided through shape optimization using genetic algorithm. To compare it with existing commercial FRP decks, shape optimization was performed by fixing the height of FRP decks. To verify the performance of the FRP deck proposed in this study, a finite element analysis was performed. As a result, it satisfies serviceability and safety guide lines of FRP decks.
