각판상전극의 접지저항에 관한 연구 (Research on Grounding Resistance for the Grounding Plate Electrodes)

  • There are many electricity, electronics, and communication equipment which need to Grounding in the building. When electric current flows into a certain Grounding system in the same building, the potential of other Grounding system rises. This potential interference repuire surface potential of electrods by electrode shape. In this paper basic formula is deduced on the basis of both electrodes surface potential of Grounding electrode as a source of the potential interference and Grounding electrode which receive the potential interference. The degree of potential interference as multiple Grounding electrode is verified the simulated results by means of the simple model in advance.

  • 본 논문에는 22.9 kV-Y 배전계통의 1선 지락고장이 인체의 안전 및 저압설비의 보호에 대한 실험적 결과를 기술하였다. 새로이 제정된 KS C IEC 60364 규격군에 따른 고압 충전도체가 대지에 접촉되는 지락고장에 의한 위험전압과 저압기기의 스트레스전압을 평가하기 위해서 22.9[kV] 중성점 다중접지계통에 대한 실증실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과로부터 KS C IEC 60364 규격군을 기존의 국내배전계통에 적용할 때 부합되지 않는 중대한 문제점을 도출하였으며, 22.9 kV-Y 다중접지와 수용가설비접지를 공용하는 공통접지계통에서 발생하는 지락고장에 의한 일시적 과전압에 대한 효과적인 보호대책을 제시하였다. 결국 22.9 kV-Y계통과 저압설비를 공통접지로 하는 경우 인체와 저압설비의 안전을 위한 효과적인 보호대책의 구현에는 등전위본딩이 중요한 필수적 요건임이 밝혀졌다.

  • The substation grounding design,"IEEE Guide for Safety in AC Substation Grounding (ANSI / IEEE Std 80)"has been widely used. Substation grounding design and substation grounding resistance of grounding network site to predict the voltage at the risk of a very important task, which is a ground fault current due to the influx of the ground network and due to rise in the Earth's potential can be applied to human dangerous Voltage within safe tolerances be configured to be the ground because the network. IEEE Std. 80 for the substation construction safety equipment on the ground securing the ground electrode and the mesh around the boundary potential distribution in terms of risk analysis by the touch voltage and the reference was to clean up the definition and the basic steps of the voltage of the voltage limits the risk of peripheral grounding electrode Suppression by the simulator through a new secure from dangerous voltage design techniques were presented.

  • For the surge currents like lightning or ground fault currents containing high frequency components which cause the electromagnetic interferences for the electronic devices and communication equipment, the grounding impedances give the significantly composite characteristics which are dependent on the frequency of surge currents. In this paper, the analytical model and method for determining the optimal length of the newly developed coaxial type carbon ground electrode which has a little fluctuation in grounding impedance with frequency. The length of minimizing the fluctuation of grounding impedance by changing frequency from 100[Hz] to 1[MHz] was determined, and the validity of this proposed method was confirmed by comparing with the simulated and measured data.

  • Since the opening of the Seoul Metro in 1974, the electric railway passengers have been increased rapidly and as the advanced equipments(OC,PSD) were introduced, additional power facilities were built in a limited area for the comfortable transportation environment. Present grounding system were built according to old Electric equipment standards and all the electric signal, communication and electronic equipments were built only for the purposes of protecting building structure, people and electronic equipments. Grounding system which was additionally built in the limited area caused problems with the building structure and it caused secondary damages when earth fault happens. One of the problems is grounding system of the building structure; grounding system does not work properly since grounding equipments are not separated from each other. So, existing grounding system needs to be improved and unified grounding system in the building should be established. The purposed of this study is to analyze all the grounding systems that had been built in different year and to establish unified grounding system of Seoul Metro.

  • 낙뢰는 구름이 가진 높은 전압이 대지로 방출되는 현상이다. 낙뢰 보호 접지는 낙뢰로부터 건물, 배전선로와 전기설비를 보호하는 중요한 역할을 한다. 기기 접지는 제한된 중성점 전위상승을 위한 목적으로 한다. 기기 접지는 제한된 중성점 전위상승을 위한 목적으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 낙뢰가 배전선로에 급습했을 때 중성점 전위와 피뢰기의 제한 전압을 분석하여 피뢰기 접지저항의 영향을 심도 있게 조사하였다. 사례연구는 EDSA 프로그램으로 수치와 그래프로 시뮬레이션하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of radiation safety supervision in animal clinics using quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) of diagnostic X-ray units. The surveys for QA/QC, equipment condition, and safety supervision were carried out in 18 animal clinics randomly. The QA/QC included reproducibility of dose exposure, kVp, mAs, collimator accuracy test, collimator luminance test, X-ray view box luminance test, grounding system equipment test and external leakage current test. As a result, 44.44% of reproducibility of dose exposure was proper, 81. 25% of kVp test was good, and 100% of mAs test was appropriate. Also, 66.66% of collimator accuracy test was proper, 61.11% of collimator luminance test was good, 53.13% of X-ray view box luminance test was suitable. In addition, only 5.55% of grounding system equipment and ground resistance was proper, 63.64% of external leakage current test was appropriate in grounding system equipment test.

  • Grounding fault and short of the DC power supply systems are detected and protected by high-speed circuit breaker, linked breaking device, ground relay and fault selective device, all of which are installed and operated in substaions. however, there have been many cases in which the protective devices did not detect grounding of of the over head catenary systems on concrete support for an extended period of time. Such cases often cause severe damages to the supports with high grounding resistances. If grounding accidents occur repetitively, the earth current and the rise of earth potential can damage not only passenger and staff but also electric facilities and equipment, necessitating high cost and endeavor to restore. The following study points out various problems that can be occurred occur as a result of high impedance grounding accident, and proposes a new system which can protect and intercept them.

  • Recently, there are many equipment of electricity, electronics, and communication which need to grounding in the building. This potential interference was affected by the surface potential, it is deeply related whit the electrode shape. In this paper, basic formula is deduced on the basis of both electrodes surface potential of grounding electrode in a source of the potential interference and groundidng electrode which receive the potential interference. Therefore the degree of potential interference as multiple groundidng electrode can be verified the simulated results by means of the simple model in advance. This is for investigating the grounding resistance of grounding electrodes, the experiment was performed with model-scale of the grounding system and the scaled model grounding system was to this experiment using a water tank of a stainless steel-hemisphere shape. since mesh electrodes have been widely in the general building, we're tried to analyze that this water tank model and it's simulation as well.

수직 접지전극 주변에서 전위간섭의 분석 (An Analysis of Potential Interference in the Vicinity of the Vertical Ground Rod)

  • A grounding system is generally composed of several vertical, horizontal electrodes or grids. Excessive ground potential rises due to adjacent grounding electrodes can cause failures or misoperation of electronic devices and control systems. It is therefore necessary for computer-related and information-oriented equipment to be placed at a sufficient distance from the areas influenced by grounding electrodes. In this paper, in order to propose a method for evaluating the ground potential rise and interference in the vicinity of vertical grounding electrodes, the experimental and theoretical results on the potential interference between vertical grounding electrodes and its frequency dependence were described. The ground potential rise is sharply decreased with increasing the distance between grounding electrodes. In case that the separation of vertical grounding electrodes is less than 1.5[m], the potential interference coefficient was greater than 0.1 and linearly increased with the frequency of the test current within the frequency of 1[MHz].
