  • The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of digital conversion by presenting factors that domestic small and medium-sized manufacturers should consider when attempting digital conversion. Using SME data from 2019 to 2021, we analyze the impact of digital transformation on the financialization of enterprises and which digital technologies affect financialization, and further analyze the mediating effect of green technology innovation between digital transformation and business finance. did The results of the study support the negative impact of digital technologies on corporate finance, and cloud computing technologies have been found to significantly inhibit the level of corporate finance. In addition, it was found that green technology innovation plays a mediating role in suppressing corporate financialization by promoting green technology innovation through digital transformation. Digital transformation influences corporate decision-making through green technology innovation, suggesting that the combination of digital technology and green projects should be considered.

Research design, data and methodology: We designed and utilized a structured questionnaire to collect data from a population of 300 individuals. The questionnaire was disseminated through Google Forms and consisted of five questions for each research variable. A total of 210 respondents completed the questionnaire, yielding a response rate of 70%. The sample was diverse in terms of gender and educational level Of the 210 respondents, 113 were female (53.8%) and 97 were male (46.2%). In terms of educational background, the sample was composed as follows: 13 individuals with a Doctorate degree (6.2%), 56 with a Master's degree (26.7%), 97 with a Bachelor's degree (46.2%), 22 with a Diploma (10.5%), and 22 with a High School education (10.5%). Results: The research outcomes highlight the significant influence of inclusive policies on driving the Distribution of green economic transformation. Emphasizing the pivotal role of inclusive distribution strategies, especially within the context of mining areas, the study sheds light on their crucial contribution to fostering regional development. Conclusion: These findings hold valuable implications for policymakers, industry stakeholders, and academics promoting environmentally conscious economic transformations.

  • The necessity for harmonically growing of economy and environment has been on the rise late in the twentieth century. Green transformation is defined as efficiency enhancement of conventional guns and ammunitions. We also define green innovation as evolution of fire power systems breaking with conventional methodology. This kind of green innovation could even change a paradigm of warfare in the future. In this paper, we classify the green technology in the field of fire power into five technological groups, and the research and development trend of green technology in the field of fire power is analyzed.

  • Environmental protection has been infused into the development of numerous fields by the Chinese government. The government's implementation of green development has also shifted its focus to green transformation and governance of highpolluting companies. In the context of green and sustainable development, this study employs DEA data envelopment analysis to compare the operating efficiency of listed firms that implemented Green Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) in China in 2018. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, China's green M&A enterprises are unevenly dispersed among the country's east, middle, and western regions. Second, compared to before the implementation of Green M&A, operational efficiency has improved in most industries. Third, the difference in Green M&A across industries is generally favorable, showing that most organizations have improved their operational performance as a result of Green M&A implementation. In 2018, however, the gap in operating efficiency is more negative. Fourth, whereas the eastern and western areas' operational efficiency has improved as a result of Green M&A, the central region's has not. Based on this conclusion, this study makes recommendations for China's future sustainable development of heavily polluted firms.

  • In general, the salient features if the floating breakwater have excellent regulation of sea-water keeping the marine a1ways clean, up and dorm free movement with the incoming and outgoing tides, capable of being installed without considering the geological condition of sea-bed at any water depth, This study discusses the three dimensional wave transformation of the floating breakwater moored by catenary. Numerical method is based at the Green function method and eigenfunction expansion method. The validity of the present is confirmed by comparing it with the result of Ijima et a1.(1975) fer tensile maxed floating breakwater. According to the numerical results, drift and width of the floating breakwater affect at the wave transformation greatly, and incident wave of long period is well transmitted to the rear of the floating breakwater.

  • Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation (ATMT) was successfully applied to Monascus ruber. The optimum cocultivation time was 84 h with an efficiency of 900 to 1,000 transformants when $1{\times}10^6$ spores were used with the same volume of bacteria. The stability of transform ants was over 98% after five generations. When M. ruber was transformed with A. tumefaciens YL-63 containing the green fluorescent protein gene (egfp), the green fluorescent signal was observed throughout hyphae, confirming expression of the gene. This efficient transformation and expression system of M. ruber by ATMT will facilitate the study of this fungus at a molecular genetic level.

  • The chitosanase gene (btbchito) of Bacillus thuringiensis BMB171 was cloned and heterologously expressed in the yeast Pichia pastoris. After purification, about 300 mg of recombinant chitosanase was obtained from the 1-1 culture medium with a specific activity of 240 units/mg. Results determined by the combined use of thin layer chromatography (TLC) and matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight (MALDI-TOF) mass spectrometry (MS) showed that the chitooligosaccharides (COSs) obtained by chitosan (N-deacetylated by 70%, 80%, and 90%) hydrolysis by rBTBCHITO were comprised of oligomers, with degrees of polymerization (DP) mainly ranging from trimers to heptamers; high molecular weight chitopentaose, chitohexaose, and chitoheptaose were also produced. Hydrolysis products was also deduced using MS since the COSs (n) are complex oligosaccharides with various acetyl groups from one to two, so the non-acetyl COSs (GlcN)n and COSs with more acetyls (> 2) were not detected. The employment of this method in the production of high molecular weight COSs may be useful for various industrial and biological applications, and the activity of chitosanase has great significance in research and other applications.
