그린리모델링 기숙사의 물리적환경 변화와 거주자평가 (Physical Environment Change and Occupancy Evaluation on Green-Remodeled University Dormitory)

  • This study focuses on the university dormitory remodeled toward energy efficiency. The study has its purpose on deriving the aspects to be concerned for later green remodeling and enhancing the effects of green remodeling, by analyzing the changes of physical environment, changes of energy consumption amount, and needs of the residents. For this purpose, the study went through the review of project report from government office for green remodeling, field investigation of remodeling elements, and the occupancy evaluation by Focus Group Interview. FGI means interviewing small group of the residents who lived in the subjected dormitories both before and after the remodeling. As results, the elements of green remodeling in targeted dormitories were inner wall insulation, top-floor ceiling insulation, replacement of windows, installment of automatic entrance door and making transfer space connected the entrance door. As the parts of equipment system, EHP high-efficiency cooler, highly efficient radiator, upgraded LED lightings with covers, and automatic control system (only one building) were installed. Energy consumption was declined, and the satisfaction of residents was increased after the green remodeling. However, the aspects which were not improved or unsatisfying also have been detected. Therefore, the study states the suggestions each for the administrators, designers and planners, and residents to concern for enhancing the effects of green remodeling or construction of new dormitories.

공동주택의 환경친화적 리모델링 계획 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Green Remodeling Methods of Apartment Houses)

  • This study aims to propose Green Remodelling methods of apartment houses in Korea. Through the literature review and case studies various 'Green' Remodelling elements including environmental friendly technologies were identified and classified. Design strategies and remodeling techniques which could increase energy efficiency, reduce water and resource use, improve air qualify, improve landscape management, and improve maintenance were also investigated. Then, 'Green remodelling' methods of apartment houses are proposed as the des19n methodology of remodeling for sustainable development. The green Remodeling design methods and elements proposed by this study are proved to be simple, easy and flexible ways to enhance the environmental sustainability of the existing building.

온톨로지 기반 최적 리모델링 대안선정 방법 (Ontology based Green Remodeling Alternative Selection Method)

  • 경제적인 측면이나 친환경적인 측면의 사유로 인해, 노후 건축물을 대상으로 그린리모델링 사업이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 한편, 그린리모델링 사업을 추진하는 과정에서, 기존에는 설계자 및 엔지니어의 주관적 경험 및 지식에 기반하여 그린리모델링 계획이 개발되어 왔고, 이로 인해 경제성 등의 측면에서 효율적인 의사결정이 부족했다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노후 건축물의 속성을 분석하고 이에 따른 적정 리모델링 계획을 제안할 수 있는 온톨로지 기반 그린리모델링 의사결정 지원 모델을 구축하였다. 개발된 모델에서는 건축물의 기본 속성을 입력하면 온톨로지를 통한 웹검색을 기반으로 패시브 액티브 요소로 구성된 적정 리모델링 계획을 제공할 수 있다. 연구를 통해 개발된 결과물을 활용하면, 리모델링 사례의 증가에 따른 웹기반의 메타 데이터 검색을 통해 보다 객관적인 적정 리모델링 대안에 대한 의사결정 지원이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • 우리나라 정부에서는 저탄소 녹색성장 추진에 따라 기존 건축물의 그린리모델링 사업을 시행하고 있다. 하지만 그린리모델링 관련 현행 법규 및 제도에서는 그린리모델링의 범위와 그 내용을 명확하게 규정하고 있지 않다. 또한, 민간 참여를 위한 사업시행 유도책이 미비하여 민간의 그린리모델링 사업시행이 원활하지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 실질적인 적용성을 고려한 그린 리모델링 사업시행 유도를 위한 조세혜택 부여 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 제시한 대안을 2014년 그린리모델링 시범사업 사례에 적용하여 그 효과를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 이는 추후 그린리모델링 활성화를 위한 조세 감면혜택 제도 개선 연구의 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 예측된다.

LEAP 모형을 이용한 건축물의 온실가스 감축 시나리오 분석 - 서울세관건물 그린리모델링 시범사업을 중심으로 - (Analysis of GHG Reduction Scenarios on Building using the LEAP Model - Seoul Main Customs Building Demonstration Project -)

  • This study is intended to set a greenhouse gas emission scenario based on green remodeling pilot project (Annex building of Seoul Customs Office) using LEAP model, a long-term energy plan analysis model, to calculate the energy saving and greenhouse gas emission till year 2035 as well as to analyze the effect of electric power saving cost. Total 4 scenarios were made, Baseline scenario, assuming the past trend is to be maintained in the future, green remodeling scenario, reflecting actual green remodeling project of Seoul Customs Office, behavior improvement and renewable energy supply, and Total scenario. According to the analysis result, the energy demand in 2035 of Baseline scenario was 6.1% decreased from base year 2013, that of green remodeling scenario was 17.5%, that of behavior improvement and renewable energy supply scenario was 21.1% and that of total scenario was 27.3%. The greenhouse emission of base year 2013 was $878.2tCO_2eq$, and it was expected $826.3tCO_2eq$, approx. 5.9% reduced, in 2035 by Baseline scenario. the cumulative greenhouse gas emission saving of the analyzing period were $-26.5tCO_2eq$ by green remodeling scenario, $2.8k\;tCO_2eq$ by behavior improvement and renewable energy supply scenario, and $2.0k\;tCO_2eq$ by total scenario. In addition the effect of electricity saving cost through energy saving has been estimated, and it was approx. 634 million won by green remodeling scenario and appro. 726 million won by behavior improvement and renewable energy supply scenario. So it is analyzed that of behavior improvement and renewable energy supply scenario would be approx. 12.7% higher than that of green remodeling scenario.

공동주택의 그린 리모델링을 위한 외피시스템 환경영향 DB 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establish Environmental Impact of Database of the Envelope System for Green Remodeling of Apartment Housing)

  • Purpose: In order to improve the energy performance of existing buildings, so actively promoted green remodeling business. Also, improvement of the performance of envelope system of apartment housing is an absolute. The purpose of implementation of the data base and application plan of the envelope system for green remodeling of apartment housing. Method: For this study, It proposed a classification system of green remodeling envelope system constructed actual to select the applicable representative method and input material of apartment housing for green remodeling. In this study, divided into construction waste processing stage and production phase of the material for the boundary of the system, and implementation the classification system of the envelope system for applicable green remodeling. For this, established 6 environmental impact categories database. Result: As a result of various suggestions were available for case study research, alternative combinations of existing combinations than six kinds of environmental impact insulation system with superior input materials combining 96 kinds, window system, 12 kinds for determining the applicability of the established database. Depending on the account for a large proportion if compared to the detailed analysis of the environmental impact resulting from the production phase and disposal phase was analyzed that the operating management of the necessary input materials. Is considered that the economic performance and integrated energy performance required by the applicable public housing green remodeling evaluation techniques considered for future improvements insulation sheath.

생애주기를 고려한 오피스 건물의 리모델링과 그린리모델링의 경제성 평가 연구 : 서울시 강남업무지구의 임대오피스 사례 (An Economic Evaluation Study of Office Remodeling and Green-remodeling Projects : A Simulation Approach to a Rental Office in GBD, Seoul)

  • Due to a waste of energy in korea, about 525,000 which are 75 percent of total buildings are at least 15 years old buildings that need remodeling. There are two current remodeling systems. One is a remodeling system to reduce a waste of resources from the reconstruction. The other is a green-remodeling system aimed to energy savings and reducing environmental costs. This study is to analyze quantitatively these current systems with respect to the cost-benefit caused by the life cycle and suggests the political and institutional implications through the interpretation of the results. For a quantitative analysis, we analyzed reducing maintenance costs and rent benefits with simulation by using opportunity costs, construction costs, plan costs and supervision costs as expense variables and using the reduced floor area ratio, institutional incentives, energy, water resources and certified emission reduction(CER) as benefit variables. As a result of the empirical study, the green-modeling was more beneficial in the field of environment such as the energy savings, however, the final benefits of remodeling which has no green building certification costs but more floor area ratio incentives were more economical. The green-remodeling system focused on reducing environmental costs and energy savings needs a equatable institutional incentive system.

Development of Impact Table and optimum combination dedication module for green-remodeling advance business value assessment

  • Purpose: In case of existing building, A lot of attempts are being made like changing thermal system or using high efficiency products to decrease energy load and increase energy efficiency. However, (1) Absence of systemed database of green-remodeling technology and products. (2) Absence of comparative analysis system and qualitative/quantitative evaluation method of energy performance and energy reduction cost. (3) Existing remodeling was very hard to access for non-experts. So, in this paper, the authors developed data base for green-remodeling(Impact Table A, Impact Table B) and optimum combination dedication tool for user convenience. Accordingly, purpose of this paper validate usefulness of Impact Table and optimum alternative dedication tool. Method: For validate the usefulness of Impact Table and optimum combination dedication tool, the authors selected five test model office buildings. Next, through research investigation, the authors diagnosed the present state of buildings. In base of diagnosis results, select technologies for remodeling by qualitative comparison (Impact Table A). Next, evaluate quantitative price and performance technologies that selected in Impact Table A (Impact Table B). Lastly, through final evaluation of Impact Taba A and Impact Table B, determine the direction of the green-remodeling. Result: Impact Table and optimum combination dedication tool can use relative indicator for green-remodeling, especially through ROI by detail field.

태양전지를 활용한 노후 건축물 그린 리모델링 디자인 사례분석 연구 (Old building green remodeling design cases study analysis using solar cell)

  • 본 연구는 파리기후변화협약 이후 전 세계적으로 각광받고 있는 태양전지를 활용한 노후 건축물 그린 리모델링 디자인의 국내외 사례 분석을 바탕으로 향후 진행할 태양전지를 활용한 그린 리모델링 디자인 제안의 긍정적인 측면과 시사점을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구의 방법으로는 문헌연구를 바탕으로 이론적 고찰을 진행하였고, 이후 국내외 태양전지를 활용한 그린 리모델링 디자인의 사례를 조사·분석하였다. 그 결과 플렉서블한 특징을 통한 시공의 용이성, 박막전지의 투명도와 색상의 조절을 통한 심미적 효과, 자유로운 사이즈 제작으로 재료 낭비가 적은 경제적 효과, 외관의 직접 부착을 통한 건물과의 조화로운 측면을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 점을 토대로 박막 태양전지를 그린 리모델링 디자인에 활용하여 올 수 있는 기대효과와 유효성을 제시하고, 향후 진행할 태양전지를 활용한 노후 건축물 그린 리모델링 디자인 제안에 대한 방향성과 참고 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

그린리모델링 활성화를 위한 비전문가용 에너지 소비량 산정 프로그램 개발연구 (A Study on the Development of Energy Simulation Program for Non-specialist to Enhance Green Remodeling)

  • To receive financial support for the Green Remodeling, applicants must submit an energy simulation report. However, many of the applicants are not green remodeling specialist and energy simulation services are too expensive for them. For this reason, this study was to develop an energy simulation program to enhance green remodeling for the non-specialist such as housewives. Firstly, to enhance understanding and accessibility improvement energy simulation, simulation process was designed four steps and reducing input data. Specifically, input data was reduced by categorizing the following for the area, plan type, hot water load, electricity load, statistical inference. And then, to accurately verify the calculation result, the heat and hot water demand were derived and compared with ECO2 and Energy # program. Lastly, the calculation shows that there is a difference of 4% for the heat load and 15% to 33% for the hot water load respectively.
