For the effective responsiveness toward Management Evaluation System of Public Institutions and continuous development as a public corporation, internal performance management is essential. In this study, the effect of employees' perceptions on the effectiveness and acceptability of the internal performance evaluation system on organizational commitment was tested, and we attempted to find implications for efficient performance management. For this purpose, we obtained valid responses from 208 members of A corporation and the hypotheses were verified through multiple regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, 'performance evaluation effectiveness' and 'performance evaluation acceptability' for internal performance evaluation had positive effects on 'organizational commitment'; however, the effect of 'differential performance compensation' on 'organizational commitment' was not significant. Also, among the control variables, 'age' and 'job group' were found to have a negative (-) effect on 'organizational commitment'. To derive more generalized conclusion, other researches using bigger samples are needed.

Recently, the acceleration of the development of quantum computers has raised the issue of the safety of factorization and discrete logarithm based digital signature schemes used in existing Internet environments. To solve the issue, several digital signature schemes are presented that are safe in post-quantum computing environments, including standardization work by the National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST). In this paper, we design and present a multi-signature scheme based on the TACHYON announced by Behnia et al. in 2018 CCS conference, and prove the security. Multi-signature schemes are key techniques that can distribute the dependence of cryptocurrency-wallet on private keys in the cryptocurrency field, which has recently received much attention as an digital signature application, and many researchers and developers have recently been interested. The multi-signature scheme presented in this paper enables public key aggregation in a plain public key model, which does not require additional zero-knowledge proof, and can construct an effective scheme with only an aggregated public key.

Purpose: This study aims to uncover the mechanism of how initial fees are determined in the restaurant franchise business. Since the initial fees can be considered as a price of utilizing business models and operational knowledge of a certain franchise brand, it is critical to understand the fee decision-making process based on the strategic pricing theories. Therefore, this study investigates the influence of operational value on the determination of initial franchise fees grounded on a value-based pricing strategy. The Operational value is specifically categorized into profitability, growth, and stability of the franchise system. Research design, data, and methodology: The data used were collected through franchise disclosure documents and brand equity index provided by Korea Management Association Consulting. Data from 44 franchise restaurants during 2018 to 2021 are included in the sample. The panel dataset was analyzed by using generalized least squares estimation with R-Studio. Results: Profitability and stability positively influence initial franchise fees. However, growth did not influence initial franchise fees. Conclusions: The results of the study demonstrate that the operational value plays a critical role in determining the franchise fees. Specifically, franchisees recognize how much revenue a franchise system generates for them (i.e., profitability) and how stable the entire system is for operating business (i.e., stability) when they make purchasing decisions for franchise. The findings extend the pricing literature by applying pricing theories in the franchise fee context. Also, the study contributes to franchising and restaurant management literature by providing knowledge of how franchise fees are determined.

This paper concerns the development of a knowledge-based tunnel design system within the framework of artificial neural networks (ANNs). The system is aimed at expediting a routine tunnel design works such as determination of support patterns and stability analysis of selected support patterns. A number of sub-modules for determination of support patterns and stability assessment were developed and implemented to the system. It is shown that the ANNs trained with the results of 2D and 3D numerical analyses can be generalized with a reasonable accuracy, and that the ANN based tunnel design concept is a robust tool for tunnel design optimization. The details of the system architecture and the ANNs development are discussed in this paper.

Kimchi is a traditional Korean food prepared by fermenting vegetables, such as Chinese cabbage and radishes, which are seasoned with various ingredients, including red pepper powder, garlic, ginger, green onion, fermented seafood (Jeotgal), and salt. The various unique microorganisms and bioactive components in kimchi show antioxidant activity and have been associated with an enhanced immune response, as well as anti-cancer and anti-diabetic effects. Red pepper inhibits decay due to microorganisms and prevents food from spoiling. The vast amount of biological information generated by academic and industrial research groups is reflected in a rapidly growing body of scientific literature and expanding data resources. However, the genome, biological pathway, and related disease data are insufficient to explain the health benefits of kimchi because of the varied and heterogeneous data types. Therefore, we have constructed an appropriate semantic data model based on an integrated food knowledge database and analyzed the functional and biological processes associated with kimchi in silico. This complex semantic network of several entities and connections was generalized to answer complex questions, and we demonstrated how specific disease pathways are related to kimchi consumption.

This thesis is to propose the method of evaluating the validity in stages on the design of a checklist based on the estimate theory of the validity on the design of a checklist and the method of evaluating the validity accordy to the purpose for usiug checklist and establish the standards of estimating the validity in stages on the checklist owing to the estimate theory with the journal, Journal of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles. We are emboding the statistical consulting server using the proposed estimate method of the validity and the followings we the questions to solve in future. First, there are many kinds of the statistical methods used in the fields of learing and applied technalogy. So we must establish the statistical standars required in each field and study and develope the special statistical checklists. Second, it is neded to systemize the estimate methods and standard on the validity by building the statistical consult DB, evaluate the researchers according to the degrees of statistical knowledge the validity of study design iud propose the delicate and generalized statistical methods appropriate to the ability of researchers.

Nuclear fuel rods are exposed to axial flow in a reactor, and flow-induced-vibration due to the flow usually causes damage in the fuel rods. Thus a prior knowledge about dynamic behavior of a fuel rod exposed to the flow condition should be provided. This paper shows that dynamic characteristics of a nuclear fuel rod depend on axial flow velocity. Assuming small lateral displacement, the effects of uniform axial flow are investigated. The analytic results show that axial flow generally reduces fuel rod stiffness and raises its damping in normal condition. Also, the critical axial velocities which make the fuel rod behavior unstable were found. That is, solving generalized eigenvalue equation of the fuel rod dynamic system, the eigenvalues with positive real part are detected. Based on the simulation results, on the other hand, it turns out that the ordinary axial flow in nuclear reactors does not affect to stability of a nuclear fuel rod even in the conservative condition.

This paper proposed a control method to improve the efficiency of monitoring method by applying the nural network for an alarm processing method(APM)in an elevator facility of apartment complex. This APM is based on the cumulative generalized delta rule of backpropagation in neural network.It was used to infer the minimum alarms among multi-fired alarms, and then the inferred alarm can be dis¬played maintenance information of facility by using a pre-defined troubleshoot knowledge base. For validating the proposed monitoring method of this thesis, simulation results are compared with the operation of existing monitoring system and the way of alarm processing. The simulation method used to the three case of virtual scenario. As comparison results, a proposed method in this paper could be proved the applied possibility of an neural network and the performance in fields of facilities maintenance.

In this paper, we propose a new practical motion model that can exploit the general properties of camera motion in constructing a panorama. accounting for panning. tilting, and evert the change in focal length of the camera. We also present an efficient algorithm to handle moving objects or noose in the scene based on outliers rejection. Spatial and temporal statistical properties of motion field are exploited to detect the outliers. The proposed algorithm removes moving objects or noise from the panoramic Image so that mode clear and complete view of the background Image can be obtained. This method does not require assumptions or a priors knowledge of the scene. The entire process is fully automatic as this method does not require any manual correction in the process of constructing a Panorama. The proposed algorithm is tested on the broadcasting images of soccer games. Oun simulation result shows that this method is superior to conventional image mosaicing algorithms.

The purpose of this study was to find how hybrid fashion and make-up responses to multiculturalism condition and how expression of hybrid.
