  • A matrix $P{\in}\mathbb{C}^{n{\times}n}$ is called a generalized reflection matrix if $P^*$ = P and $P^2$ = I. An $n{\times}n$ complex matrix A is said to be a reflexive (anti-reflexive) matrix with respect to the generalized reflection matrix P if A = PAP (A = -PAP). It is well-known that the reflexive and anti-reflexive matrices with respect to the generalized reflection matrix P have many special properties and widely used in engineering and scientific computations. In this paper, we give new necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of the reflexive (anti-reflexive) solutions to the linear matrix equation AXB + CY D = E and derive representation of the general reflexive (anti-reflexive) solutions to this matrix equation. By using the obtained results, we investigate the reflexive (anti-reflexive) solutions of some special cases of this matrix equation.

  • This paper considers the linear-quadratic optimal regulator problem for nonstandard singularly perturbed systems making use of the recursive technique. We first derive a generalized Riccati differential equation by the Hamilton-Jacobi equation. In order to obtain the feedback gain, we must solve the generalized algebraic Riccati equation. Using the recursive technique, we show that the solution of the generalized algebraic Riccati equation converges with the rate of convergence of O(.epsilon.). The existence of a bounded solution of error term can be proved by the implicit function theorem. It is enough to show that the corresponding Jacobian matrix is nonsingular at .epsilon. = 0. As a result, the solution of optimal regulator problem for nonstandard singularly perturbed systems can be obtained with an accuracy of O(.epsilon.$^{k}$ ). The proposed technique represents a significant improvement since the existing method for the standard singularly perturbed systems can not be applied to the nonstandard singularly perturbed systems.

  • In this paper, we define an analogue of generalized Wiener measure and investigate its basic properties. We define (${\hat}It{o}$ type) stochastic integrals with respect to the generalized Wiener process and prove the ${\hat}It{o}$ formula. The existence and uniqueness of the solution of stochastic differential equation associated with the generalized Wiener process is proved. Finally, we generalize the linear filtering theory of Kalman-Bucy to the case of a generalized Wiener process.

  • We obtain the superstability of a generalized exponential functional equation f(x+y)=E(x,y)g(x)f(y) and investigate the stability in the sense of R. Ger [4] of this equation in the following setting: $$|\frac{f(x+y)}{(E(x,y)g(x)f(y)}-1|{\leq}{\varphi}(x,y)$$ where E(x, y) is a pseudo exponential function. From these results, we have superstabilities of exponential functional equation and Cauchy's gamma-beta functional equation.

  • The formal linearization method is an efficient method for constructing multisoliton solution of some nonlinear partial differential equations. This method can be applied to nonintegrable equations as well as to integrable ones. In this paper, we obtain multisoliton solution of generalization Burger's equation and the (3+1)-dimension Burger's equation and the Boussinesq equation by the formal linearization method.

  • In the curved geometries, from the solution of the classical Riemann problem in the plane, the asymptotic solutions of the compressible Euler equation are presented. The explicit formulae are derived for the third order approximation of the generalized Riemann problem form the conventional setting of a planar shock-interface interaction.

  • We present the solution of Klein Gordon equation with new generalized Morse-like potential using SUSYQM formalism. We obtained approximately the energy eigenvalues and the corresponding wave function in a closed form for any arbitrary l state. We computed the numerical results for some selected diatomic molecules.

  • This research article deals with the Mittag-Leffler-Hyers-Ulam stability of linear and impulsive fractional order differential equation which involves the Caputo derivative. The application of the generalized fractional Fourier transform method and fixed point theorem, evaluates the existence, uniqueness and stability of solution that are acquired for the proposed non-linear problems on Lizorkin space. Finally, examples are introduced to validate the outcomes of main result.
