가중 퍼지 페트리네트 표현에서 경험정보로 확신도를 이용하는 가중 퍼지추론 (Weighted Fuzzy Reasoning Using Certainty Factors as Heuristic Information in Weighted Fuzzy Petri Net Representations)

  • In general, other conventional researches propose the fuzzy Petri net-based fuzzy reasoning algorithms based on the exhaustive search algorithms. If it can allow the certainty factors representing in the fuzzy production rules to use as the heuristic information, then it can allow the reasoning of rule-based systems to perform fuzzy reasoning in more effective manner. This paper presents a fuzzy Petri net(FPN) model to represent the fuzzy production rules of a rule-based system. Based on the fuzzy Petri net model, a weighted fuzzy reasoning algorithm is proposed to Perform the fuzzy reasoning automatically, This algorithm is more effective and more intelligent reasoning than other reasoning methods because it can perform fuzzy reasoning using the certainty factors which are provided by domain experts as heuristic information

다단계 퍼지추론 시스템의 퍼지 페트리네트 모델링과 근사추론 (Multistage Fuzzy Production Systems Modeling and Approximate Reasoning Based on Fuzzy Petri Nets)

  • In this work, a fuzzy petri net model for modeling a general form of fuzzy production system which consists of chaining fuzzy production rules and so requires multistage reasoning process is presented. For the obtained fuzzy petri net model, the net will be transformed into some matrices, and also be systematically led to an algebraic form of a state equation. Since it is fond that the approximate reasoning process in fuzzy systems corresponds to the dynamic behavior of the fuzzy petri net, it is further shown that the multistage reasoning process can be carried out by executing the state equation.

  • In recent years, there have been a number of applications of fuzzy logic in fuzzy reasoning system. The main objective of these applications is to approximate a decision making using the fuzzy reasoning system. This paper designs a fuzzy reasoning model for the decision making of registration fee at a private school, implements it applying for linguistic variables and fuzzy rules, and evaluates the practical availability of the model. The system accepts fuzzy rules, the type of membership functions, the domain of fuzzy sets and hedge, and fuzzifies the linguistic variables to generates fuzzy sets. The fuzzy sets generated are combined to constructs a solution fuzzy set. Finally, the system defuzzifies the solution fuzzy set to calculate a scalar value which is used for decision making.

  • This work presents a net-based structure to model approximate reasoning using fuzzy production rules, the Fuzzy Petri Net model. The Fuzzy Petri Net model is formally defined as a n-uple of elements. It allows for the representation of simple and complex forms of rules such as rules with conjunction in the antecedent and qualified rules. Parallel rules and conflicting rules can be modeled as well. We also developed an analysis method based on state equations and two fuzzy reasoning algorithms. Finally, the proposed method is applied to an example.

  • Fuzzy reasoning has been applied to analysis of traffic problems on urban arterial road. As the analysis on factors of route choice has been already carried out, its result can be used for construction of the model. Route choice rate estimation by fuzzy reasoning was discussed from its structure and accuracy. The major objective of the study is to introduce some kinds of methods with fuzzy reasoning and to make their feature obvious. First, the production system model is introduced with consideration of reality to actual travel behavior. Second, overlapping areas of fuzzy language function are investigated. Finally, process of fuzzy reasoning was also considered. Five kinds of Fuzzy reasoning are compared to investigate in relation between shapes of membership function and estimation validity.

Active Suspension System for a One-wheel Car Model Using Single Input Rule Modules Fuzzy Reasoning

  • This paper presents the construction of an active suspension system of a one-wheel car model by using fuzzy reasoning. The car model is approximately described by a nonlinear two degrees freedom system subject to excitation from a road profile, and the active control force is constructed by actuating a pneumatic actuator, and the degradation of the performance due to the delay of the pneumatic actuator is improved by inserting a compensator. The fuzzy control is obtained by single input rule modules fuzzy reasoning, and the excitation from the road profile is estimated by using a disturbance observer. The experimental result shows that the proposed active suspension system much improves the performance in the vibration suppression of the car model.

  • Robot inverse kinematics solution is a complex nonlinear equation and very time-consuming task. This paper propose to use TSK fuzzy reasoning for solving robot inverse kinematics. A fuzzy model of inverse kinematics is identified by using input-output data and the model is used to solve the inverse kinematics. To show that, when used in robot inverse kinematics, fuzzy model is simple and generates a fairly accurate solution, a fuzzy model of inverse kinematics for PUMA robot is constructed.

뉴로-퍼지 추론을 적용한 포석 바둑 (Applying Neuro-fuzzy Reasoning to Go Opening Games)

  • 본 논문은 포석 바둑을 위해, 패턴 지식을 근간으로 바둑 용어 지식을 수행할 수 있는 뉴로-퍼지 추론에 대한 실험 결과를 설명하였다. 즉, 포석 시 최선의 착점을 결정하기 위한 뉴로-퍼지 추론 시스템의 구현을 논하였다. 또한 추론 시스템의 성능을 시험하기 위하여 시차 학습(TD($\lambda$) learning) 시스템과의 대결을 벌였다. 대결 결과에 의하면 단순한 뉴로-퍼지 추론 시스템조차 시차 학습 모델과 충분히 대결할 만하며, 뉴로-퍼지 추론 시스템이 실제 바둑 게임에도 적용될 수 있는 잠재력을 보였다.

  • 일반적으로 퍼지 생성규칙의 확신도와 규칙에 나타나는 퍼지 명제의 확신도는 0과 1사이의 실수로 표현한다. 만일 퍼지 생성규칙의 확신도와 퍼지 명제의 확신도를 구간값 퍼지 집합으로 표현한다면, 규칙기반시스템이 더 유연한 방법으로 퍼지 추론을 하는 것이 가능하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 퍼지 페트리네트와 이 네트에 기반을 둔 규칙 기반시스템을 위한 구간값 퍼지 집합 후진추론 알고리즘을 제안한다. 규칙 기반시스템에 있는 퍼지 생성규칙은 퍼지 페트리네트로 모형화된다. 여기에서 퍼지 생성규칙에 나타나는 퍼지 명제의 확신도와 규칙의 확신도는 구간값 퍼지 집합으로 표현한다. 여기에서 제안한 알고리즘은 목표노드에서 시작노드까지 후진추론 통로를 찾아낸 후 목표노드의 확신도를 계산한다. 구간값 퍼지 집합 후진추론 알고리즘은 규칙 기반 시스템이 더 유연하고 사람들이 하는 것과 같은 퍼지 후진추론을 가능하게 한다.

A Construction of Fuzzy Inference Network based on Neural Logic Network and its Search Strategy

  • Fuzzy logic ignores some information in the reasoning process. Neural networks are powerful tools for the pattern processing, but, not appropriate for the logical reasoning. To model human knowledge, besides pattern processing capability, the logical reasoning capability is equally important. Another new neural network called neural logic network is able to do the logical reasoning. Because the fuzzy inference is a fuzzy logical reasoning, we construct fuzzy inference network based on the neural logic network, extending the existing rule- inference. network. And the traditional propagation rule is modified. For the search strategies to find out the belief value of a conclusion in the fuzzy inference network, we conduct a simulation to evaluate the search costs for searching sequentially and searching by means of search priorities.
