In this paper, we introduce the concept of ordinary smooth topology on a set X by considering the gradation of openness of ordinary subsets of X. And we obtain the result [Corollary 2.13] : An ordinary smooth topology is fully determined its decomposition in classical topologies. Also we introduce the notion of ordinary smooth [resp. strong and weak] continuity and study some its properties. Also we introduce the concepts of a base and a subbase in an ordinary smooth topological space and study their properties. Finally, we investigate some properties of an ordinary smooth subspace.

얼굴특징의 윤곽선 검출을 위하여 ${\lambda}$-퍼지척도를 이용하는 방법을 제안하였다. 기존의 방법에는 계곡, 명도, 경계선과 같은 특징점를 이용하여 얼굴 특징점을 찾는다. 이 방법에는 여러가지 특정점을 이용하기 때문에 주변잡음과 기타환경에 민감하다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ${\lambda}$-퍼지척도를 이용하여 이러한 단점을 해결하였다. 해당 화소에 대하여 각각의 가중치를 구성함으로서 이들에 대한 평가를 무게중심을 적용하여 종합적으로 평가 하였다. 따라서 인접정보를 유지하여 경계선의 연속성을 확보할 수 있었다. 실험을 통하여 기존의 방법에 비하여 알고리즘의 단순화로 인한 계산량의 감소를 보였으며, 항목간의 중요도에 대한 무게 중심을 검출하여 각도변화와 조명에 보다 강인한 경계선을 추출 할 수 있었다.

The notions of IVF strongly semiopen (semiclosed) mappings and IVF strongly semicontinuous mappings are introduced, and several examples are provided. Related properties are investigated. In particular, characterizations of an IVF strongly semiopen mapping and an IVF strongly semicontinuous mapping are discussed.

토지 투기는 공간상에서 발생하는 것이며, 본 연구의 목적은 공간적 시각에서 토지투기를 해석하여 토지 투기 발생 가능 지역들에 대한 효과적인 의사결정을 수행하고자 하는 데에 있다 이 때, 공간적 해석의 초점은 공간 연속성의 인식과 공간 상관성의 고려라는 2가지 측면에 두었다. 먼저, 공간 연속성을 인식하기 위해 퍼지 집합을 사용하여 모든 지역에 0-1사이의 값을 부여하였고. 공간 상관성을 고려하기 위해 국지적 상관관계 분석을 수행하였다. 또한 이 두 가지 방법을 효율적으로 통합하여 대상 지역 내에서 토지 투기에 대한 효율적인 의사결정들 하기 위한 방안으로 컴퓨터 기반의 의사결정지원 도구 중 하나인 공간 전문가지원 시스템을 도입하였다. 이 후, 사례 분석으로 서울ㆍ경기 지역의 2001년 토지 투기 발생에 대한 의사 결정을 수행하였다.

It presents the concepts of ordinary smooth interior and ordinary smooth closure of an ordinary subset and their structural properties. It also introduces the notion of ordinary smooth (open) preserving mapping and addresses some their properties. In addition, it develops the notions of ordinary smooth compactness, ordinary smooth almost compactness, and ordinary near compactness and discusses them in the general framework of ordinary smooth topological spaces.

We introduce nonnegative interval-valued set functions and nonnegative measurable interval-valued Junctions. Then the interval-valued Choquet integral determines a new nonnegative monotone interval-valued set function which is a generalized concept of monotone set function defined by Choquet integral in [17]. We also obtained absolutely continuity of them in [9]. In this paper, we investigate some characterizations of the monotone interval-valued set function defined by the interval-valued Choquet integral, and such as subadditivity, superadditivity, null-additivity, converse-null-additivity.

멀티미디어 트래픽의 전송 중에 핸드오프가 발생하면 멀티미디어 트래픽의 QoS가 지연 및 손실에 의하여 영향 받기 때문에, 정지 상태에서의 경우와 대등한 QoS를 유지하기 위해서는 효율적인 자원 예약 및 할당 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이동 멀티미디어 망에서 이동 단말기의 이동 방향 추정에 근거하여 자원을 예약하고, 멀티미디어 트래픽을 전송하는 핸드오프 방법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 퍼지 다기준 의사 결정 방법에 근거한 MT 추적을 적용한다. 이 방법에서 기존의 수신신호세기 이외에 MT와 기지국간의 거리, 이동 방향, 이전 위친 등의 다수의 부정확한 위치 결정 파리미터를 사용 함으로서 추정의 정확성을 증가시킨다. 이 위치 정보에 근거하여 이동 방향을 결정하고, 이를 이용하여 자원을 예약한다. 실시간 세션의 핸드오프 요구는, 이동 방향 정보에 근거하여 동적으로 예약되고 할당된다. 제안된 방법의 성능을 시뮬레이션에 의해 분석한다.
