국내에 CM 제도가 도입된 지 10년이 지났지만 실질적으로 시장이 형성된 것은 지난 5년 정도의 기간이다. 그동안 새로이 도입된 제도로서 괄목한 만한 성장과 실적을 이루어낸 것은 사실이지만 여전히 다양한 아쉬움과 미래 발전방향에 대한 의구심을 가지고 있는 것이 산학관계에 있는 다양한 전문가의 입장으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 현시점에서 지난 10년을 되돌아보고 향후 10년간 나가야 할 방향과 목표, 전략과 과제를 도출하고자 기획되었다. 해외 사례조사를 통하여 경쟁국들의 동향을 파악하였고 국내 각 분야별 전문가들의 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 통하여 현재의 각 분야별 문제점과 미래 과제들에 대한 공감대를 수렴하였다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 도출된 산학관의 발전방향과 미래과제는 향후 10년의 CM를 전망하고 한 단계 높은 수준의 발전을 추진할 기본적인 동력이 되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) introduced the Adaptation Policy Framework (APF) to support the developing countries in order to help to make adaptation policy and strategy to climate change. This study provides the summary of the APF and will help for preparing policy regarding the impact of climate change and its adaptation. APF consists of five basic and two cross-cutting steps. Five basic steps are made of (a) defining project scope and design, (b) assessing current vulnerability and adaptation, (c) assessing future climate-related risks, (d) developing an adaptation strategy, and (e) continuing the adaptation process. Cross-cutting steps consist of engaging stakeholder and enhancing adaptive capacity. The project scope and design process includes four major tasks: scope the project and define its objectives, establish the project team, review and synthesize existing information on vulnerability and adaptation, and design the APF project. The main purpose of assessing current vulnerability and adaptation is to understand the characteristics of current climate-related vulnerability in priority systems and the scope of adaptive responses. Future climate-related risks are assessed in order to characterize future climate-related risks, so that adaptation policies and measures can be designed to reduce the system's exposure to future climate hazard. In developing an adaptation strategy, all of the preceding APF-related work is synthesized into a well-considered strategy that can direct real adaptation action. Continuing the adaptation process is in order to implement and sustain the APF-strategy, polices, and measure. The purpose of involvement of stakeholders is to communicate between individuals and groups about projects. Finally, enhancing adaptive capacity provides guidance on how adaptive capacity can be assessed and enhanced.

Companies must capture value for sustainable growth. Capturing value is a critical task for companies, particularly when operating own businesses and organizations or starting new business. The business strategy of many companies focuses on capturing the maximum value from customers and other stakeholders. Even though a wide range of studies on value creation and appropriation has been conducted in the strategic management field, most of studies are still conceptual and theoretical. Thus more empirical studies are required to suggest future-oriented value strategy. This study reveals the value creation and appropriation elements in the aviation industry of Korea. The purpose of this study is to understand the trend of value creation and appropriation in the industry. In addition, the relationship between the elements and firm's performance are tested. The firm's performance is defined by that past and future point of views. The sample were collected from Korean Air and Asiana Air. The empirical test shows that the elements of value creation-appropriation have significant impact on firm's performance. Further, the element of value appropriation to customer has a positive impact both on firm's past and future performance. Our results show that investors acknowledge a value-based strategy as a sign of stock valuation. The results of this test correspond with the earlier one, showing that maximizing customers value rather than shareholder value does deliver impressive returns. The finding suggest that companies need to change their strategy to efficiently manage performance. With the test results, we propose a value-based strategy to maximize firm's future financial and stock performance.

전기차, 에너지저장시스템의 수요급증으로 에너지 저장장치에 대한 관심이 세계적으로 증가해 왔다. 에너지 저장장치의 핵심원료인 리튬과 바나듐 등과 같은 에너지저장광물 자원을 안정적으로 공급하기 위하여 새로운 기술적 대안이 필요하다. 이미 리튬과 바나듐을 직접 확보할 수 있는 기술에 대한 여러 국가들의 연구개발 활동이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 따라 효과적인 연구개발 전략을 수립하기 위해서 특허 및 논문 분석을 통해 각 국의 기술동향을 분석하고 향후 기술발전방향을 설정하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 1970년부터 2019년 10월까지 출원 공개 또는 출원 등록된 한국, 미국, 유럽, 일본의 특허자료와 2000년 1월부터 2019년 10월까지의 논문을 대상 검색된 자료를 통해 신기술 개발동향 및 국내외 연구개발 현황을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 현재 에너지저장광물과 관련된 기술의 성장단계는 태동기 단계에 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 기술시장 선도와 기술 경쟁력 강화를 위해 새로운 기술의 개발과 개발된 기술에 대한 실증을 병행하여 빠르게 기술을 고도화 하는 전략이 필요하다고 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 국내의 IT와 주력산업이 결합된 IT융복합 산업에서의 유망분야 설문분석을 통하여 IT융복합 인력양성사업 미래전략을 제시하였다. IT융복합 인력양성사업의 미래전략을 IT융복합 유망분야 측면, 인력양성 모델 운영측면, 인프라 및 제도 지원측면에서 다각적으로 분석하였으며, 이를 토대로 각 분야별 핵심전략을 제시하였다. 결과적으로 제시한 IT융복합 인력양성사업 미래전략은 위의 세 가지 측면이 효율적으로 유기적인 역할을 담당하여 효과적으로 추진되었을 때 성과가 가시적일 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였고, 종합적인 분석을 통한 유망 분야의 선정, 국가-산업체-대학의 효율적인 연계방안수립의 필요성, 국가주도의 체계적인 지원과 정부정책 수립의 필요성이 매우 중요하다는 결론을 도출하였다.

Eighteen new polymorphic microsatellite markers were developed for the Korean mi-iuy croaker ($Miichthys$ $miiuy$, Perciformes, Sciaenidae), and allelic variability was compared between a wild population in Mokpo, Korea, and a hatchery population in Tongyeong, Korea. All loci were amplified readily and demonstrated allelic variability, with the number of alleles ranging from 5 to 37 in the wild population, and from 4 to 12 in the farmed population. The average observed and expected heterozygosities were estimated, respectively, to be 0.74 and 0.78 in the hatchery population samples, and 0.79 and 0.86 in the wild samples. These results indicate lower genetic variability in the hatchery population compared with the wild population, and significant genetic differentiation between the wild population and the hatchery samples ($F_{ST}$=0.058, P<0.001). These microsatellite loci may be valuable for future population genetic studies, monitoring changes in the genetic variation within stocks in a commercial breeding program, conservation genetics, and molecular assisted selective breeding of the mi-iuy croaker in the future.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 패션산업의 시장, 소비자, 정보기술 환경의 변화를 분석하고, 환경 변화에 대응하기 위한 패션기업의 현안을 제시하고 이에 대한 향후 연구방향에 대해 제언 하였다. 인터넷 패션산업의 환경변화는 인터넷 사용자수와 전자상거래 규모가 급성장하고 있고, 여성인터넷 사용자와 의류 매출이 증가 되고 있으며, 무선 인터넷의 사용자 수가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 환경변화에 대응하기 위한 현안으로 패션 산업은 인터넷을 통해 차별화된 제품과 서비스의 제공이 가능한 CRM 과 e-브랜딩 전략을, 또한 무선인터넷 사용자수의 증가에 따라 모바일 환경에 대한 비즈니스의 계획과 검토가 필요함을 시사 하였다. 환경 변화 분석을 통해 도출된 패션기업의 현안은 m-비즈니스 CRM 및 e-브랜딩 전략으로서 이에 대한 향후 필요한 연구방향에 대해 제언하였다. 본 연구에서 검토된 인터넷 산업의 환경변화를 이해하고 제안된 향후 연구 과제를 통해 인터넷 패션마케팅 연구에 대한 활성화를 바라며, 이를 통해 패션 기업들이 시대적인 환경변화에 적극 대응할 수 있는 전략 수립의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

전 세계적으로 한 국가의 가치사슬이 서로 협력 하에 이루어지고 이에 따라 특히 R&D 분야에서의 국제기술협력은 하나의 기업혁신 전략으로 정착되어가고 있다. 여기에 반해 우리나라의 국제기술협력 연구에 관한 노력은 매우 미흡하다고 할 수 있다. 유럽은 산업기술진보가 가까운 장래에 고용을 창출한다면 과학기술연구는 먼 장래의 고용을 창출한다는 관점에서, 현재의 과학기술연구 추세가 미래 유럽의 고용창출에 부정적 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인식 아래 2020 발전전략을 발표하고 이 발전전략에 토대를 두고 EU회원국들은 기술협력 정책을 모색하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 EU의 2020전략에 토대를 두고 우리 정부가 EU권과의 국제기술협력 분야에서의 정책적 방안을 찾는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 논문 연구의 결과로는 현재 우리정부가 추진하고 있는 EU FP정책에서 EU 2020발전전략에 토대를 두고 EU 8차 정책과 연관지어서 정책적 합의점을 도출하는 것으로 파악 되었다.
