This research is to provide basic information for future development of an effective way for design office furniture. The purpose of this study is to provide foundation data that enable to design various office furniture. This article investigates what are the basic elements of office furniture and how various type of office furniture elements represent in many catalogues, articles. It was to understand what parts of office furniture elements influence when design the office furniture. Based on the research, conclusion was made as following: Through the 11 brands, it is found that rectangular-closed desk and tall closest is dominant in domestic brand whereas both open and closed desks are used in overseas brand and the closet design is changed based on the desk type.

This study is tended to analyze the characteristics of the emotional office environment so that digital technologies may adapt to the rapidly progressing social structure in a flexible way, investigate the interior composition of the changing office space and the element and direction of design and then present the indoor environment appropriate to it with the desirable alternative to the emotional office. The recognition of emotionality becomes so important that it is called 'emotional society'. Emotional design, which is mostly concern about user's consensus & experiences and in the space, is appeared on office. Emotional design is understanded from a interactive point of view, human and interior-space. The important factors of this study are light, color, immateriality and fun sensitivity The purpose of this study is to examine the emotional design by analysis of multifarious spaces. Office space Is designed emotional and experienced in the future.

The requirements for the next-generation propulsion system and for a good propellant have been summarized. The characteristics and effectiveness of kerosene, hydrogen, and methane, which are the fuels that are mainly attracting attention in Korea and abroad, were compared with each other. As a result of the comparison, methane was evaluated to be more advantageous than other fuels in reliability, cost, reusability, maintenance, eco-friendliness, safety, lifespan, technical difficulties, engine cycle selection, application of common bulkhead, and non-disassembly/reassembly delivery. And in terms of performance, the specific impulse of methane is higher than that of kerosene, so the efficiency of the launch vehicle can be increased. Methane's properties incluidng eco-friendliness, low-temperature combustion, long life, and maintenability make it beneficial for reuse and for the development of multi-purpose engines.

There has been significant increase in demand of launch opportunities from the small satellite sector that represents the new space era. Providing smallsat-dedicated launch service at an affordable price is a new business model many startup companies have pursued, which requires innovative solutions for cost reduction in combination of low cost components, volume production and optimized manufacturing. We set out a preceding study at KARI to develop a suite of critical and cost-cutting technologies in preparation for a two-staged small launch vehicle development, based on the liquid rocket engine technologies developed from the Nuri program in accordance with the 3^rd master plan for national space development. In this work, we introduce the concept of a two-staged small launch vehicle that aims to be innovative and cost competitive for small satellites, and describe mission design results including staging as well as overall vehicle configuration of the launch vehicle.

This paper discusses the surveying of a power transmission line using Real Time Kinematic(RTK) GPS technology. The use of RTK provides users with an accurate position at the moment in time. Application result of a 765kV transmission line surveying proved to be more accurate and efficient than using a traditional EDM (Electro-magnetic distance measurement) method. More, decrease in numbers of trees cut down which is a major cause of public discontents was achieved. Improvements in doing a surveying of a power transmission line using GPS is expected in the future.

The purpose of this research is to provide basic data for future home office design by surveying office workers' opinions about home-based working. The study is based on a survey done with 215 office workers in Seoul. The major findings are as follows. Home-based working is viewed as affirmative among office workers. Office workers thing that 3 days a week is desirable for working at home. The first reason why they want to work at home is 'having more free time for other interests,' the second one is 'being more creative or concentrating on work.'and the third one is 'reducing the stresses from the loaded tasks and relationships between colleagues'. While the first reason why they don't work at home is 'the notion that home is one thing and work is another.' the second one is 'lack of relationships between people.' and the third one is 'unable to concentrate on work because of many house chores.

The purpose of this research is to develop the model for public libraries in Kyeonggi provincial office of education. The study discusses identities and development strategies for public libraries. The study investigates the current status of public libraries as well as cooperative systems between public and school libraries. The study suggests education - centric paradigm, differentiation between school library support and lifelong education, establishment of council by provincial office of education, and space changes for public libraries within the creative and intellectual framework. The study shares thoughts on identities of public libraries in provincial office of education, and will be utilized as the model for future development for public libraries in other provincial office of education.

Additively manufactured, small rocket engines are perhaps the focal activities of space startups that are developing low-cost launch vehicles. Rocket engine companies such as SpaceX and Rocket Lab in the United States, Ariane Group in Europe, and IHI in Japan have already adopted the additive manufacturing process in building key components of their rocket engines. In this paper on technology trends, an existing valve housing of a rocket engine is chosen as a case study to examine the feasibility of using additively manufactured parts for rocket engines.

Office workers at the architectural design office are under job stress for various reasons such as excessive working hours, friction with the site, and unpredictability of work. This can increase not only the negative image of office workers in the construction industry, but also the avoidance of young manpower in the future. This study investigated the specific purpose of each activity as a problem of job stress relief activities in the architectural design office, and the specific purpose and goal setting of each activity as a way to improve job stress relief activities.
