Among the changes of the management environments surrounding enterprises, one of the most important reasons that affect the organization management in the future would be the rapid development in the field of information technology(IT). And every company takes the speed to be important to maintain the competitive superiority of its own especially. To meet this kind of circumstances, the expectations to reorganize the business processes using the IT become higher. The IT is worth when the companies manifest their own potential powers by taking advantage of the it and when they evolve and apply the novel ways to the business as well. Even though they, therefore, introduce the information system to realize their strategic superiorities, it is difficult to achieve their initial aims. Moreover, in the phase of IT introduction, it is necessary to include the property of alignment between the IT and the conventional management fields containing the management strategy and the organization planning. In the case the company revolution by IT is carried out, the two facts we should note to maintain the alignment between the management strategy and the target of organization are as follows. First. it is required to share the common and underlying recognition on the IT between the chief executive officers(CEOs) and the system part. Second. it is important to exchange information with other companies by utilizing the IT.

The purpose of this study is to examine the ways in international married couples perceive the lives of their spouses as well as their own, and the ways in which they perceive their relationships with their children. In addition, the study attempts to explore the implicit meanings at work in the lives of international married families. The participants in this study were eight international married couples from rural areas and the data were gathered by means of semi-structured interviews. According to the findings, international married couples perceived their relationships with their children in terms of individual-specific maternal roles versus the Korean culturally-specific paternal roles. Secondly, in terms of their spouse' life, husbands relied more on their wives and had high expectations of them. On the other hand, wives had the tendency to pay more attention and place more hope on their children rather than their husbands. Lastly, regarding their own lives, the findings revealed that wives tended to maintain the hope and desire for a better life, whereas the husbands were unable to adapted to their reality and tended to look back on the past. In addition, the limitations of this study and suggestions for future studies were also discussed.

Purpose: This study was conducted to understand the degree of Internet addiction, Internet expectation and self-efficacy and we also wanted to elucidate the factors influencing this addiction among the high school students in Korea. Method: A total of 348 high school students in the Gyeoung-gi, Daegu and Gyeoung-buk area were surveyed in this study. Data collection was conducted through the use of questionnaires. Results: Internet addiction among high school students in Korea was relatively low. In the overall ratio distribution, however, the students who were classified as either addicted or at risk of addiction accounted were a high percentage of the subjects, 31%. A positive or negative relationship was found between internet addiction and the research variables. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor of Internet addiction was Internet expectations. Conclusion: Using the above results, it would be necessary to develop an Internet addiction prevention program for adolescents. There should be a qualitative study in the future for an in-depth understanding of internet addiction of adolescents.

In this paper, we propose an algorithm to identify Wobble PRI and Sinusoidal PRI among Radar pulses. We applied not only the DTOA(Difference Time Of Arrival) concept of radar pulse signals incoming to antennas but also a rising and falling cub characteristic of those PRIs. After making a program by such algorithm, we input each 40 data to Wobble PRI's and Sinusoidal PRI's identification programs and in result, those programs fully processed the data the according to expectations. In the future, those programs can be applied to the ESM, ELINT system.

This paper attempts to demonstrate the critical role of expectation horizons in economic agents building their expectations for the future. It starts with the analysis of what constraints the economics-based assumption related to information efficiency could impose in the stochastic process, and then suggests a new concept, random revision of expectation, to refer to the case when the adjustment process of expected variables employs newly generated information only. According to the inflation dynamics formula drawn under this condition, the demand pressure measured by output gap is found to cause different impacts on inflation according to different expectation horizons. The empirical analysis of this model using the data on Korea reveals that a short expectation horizon causes coefficient estimates to become small and statistically less significant.

Main objective is to examine visitors the image, awareness of Saemangeum to examine its image, awareness, expected projects, and areas of improvement. This can establish measures for publicity and nation-wide participation. Main results are as following. First, visitors are broadly distributed to all age groups. Majority of visiting is travel and rate of returning visit is high as well. Second, the Saemangeum project is positively recognized and it is expected to be a prime development of the west coast in the future. Third, TV has significantly contributed to the visit to Saemangeum but the internet has larger effects in younger generations. Furthermore, rest and experience facilities, accommodations, and food items are major areas of improvement. Fourth, visitors have high expectations for tours, leisure, and ecosystems. Therefore, efforts should be made to become the Mecca of greed-development and cultural tourism. Fifth, many people replied that Saemangeum is an assistance to the national development but water quality management should be continued. In addition, the public participation should be made centrically cultural and economical participations.

This report is the summary of case studies about four quarry rehabilitation and restoration works in France and Austria. In Europe, the rehabilitation program should be prepared before quarrying, and this program should be meet with the expectations of stakeholders (owners, neighbors and NGOs), and the requirements of ecological restoration and environmental protection of the government. This program integrates the concept of sustainable development as well as the often exceptional potential for enhancing ecological diversity offered by quarries. Subsequently, the long-term rehabilitation effort is coordinated as closely as possible with quarrying operations, and finally the site is shut down, all measures are taken to ensure the long-term future of the rehabilitated site. The coordinated restoration project applicable to sections where quarrying operations are still in progress confines the working area to keep the visual impact of the quarry to a minimum. The re-established sites offer such great ecological diversity that they were classified as special plant and wildlife ecological zones. Wide range of rehabilitation alternatives offer opportunities to combine environmental preservation goals with social benefits. The actions include agriculture/forestry, recreational/educational developments and other uses.

Although the study of post-adoption has increased in recent years, few studies have focused on the moderating effect of uncertainty avoidance on the relationship between post-expectation and behavior. The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of uncertainty avoidance in the mobile Internet domains. This study proposed a post-adoption model based on prior continuance model. This theoretical model was verified empirically by conducting web surveys and multi-group analysis. Based on the survey data, we classified users into those with high uncertainty avoidance and those with low uncertainty avoidance. The results indicate that post expectations have significant impacts on satisfaction and continuance intention. The results also show that the impacts of intrinsic motivational factors of mobile Internet services on satisfaction and continuance intention are stronger for users with high uncertainty avoidance. On the other hand, the impacts of extrinsic motivational factors on satisfaction and continuance intention are stronger for users with low uncertainty avoidance, with a few exceptions. This paper ends with theoretical and managerial implications of the study results, as well as limitations and future research directions.

This study is for the understanding of the role of fortunetelling and the "Scripture of Fortunetelling(占察經)" through the relationship between the manners and customs of Koreans and the Buddhist Scripture dealing with the fortunetelling. It is meaningful to understand how it is related with Buddhism. As a result, I perceived that Koreans have lived with fortunetelling and that the role of fortunetelling in from private person to the country. I saw there were four big roles; to clean the uncertainty of the future to fulfill the expectations, to confirm the justice of what he or she did, to cure, and to choice. Looking into "Memorabilia of the Three Kingdoms(三國遺事)", I see that the Scripture of Fortunetelling and the ceremony of fortunetelling was popular and those great monks such as Wongwang, Wonhyo, Jinpyo and Jihye presided these ceremonies. The structure of the "Scripture of Fortunetelling(占察經)" has the hierarchy of Fortunetelling, Penance, Practice, Awakening, and Salvation of the world. So fortunetelling motivated every stage of practice. The role of fortunetelling in "Scripture of Fortunetelling(占察經)" is to intermediate. For this purpose it divided the attitude for the fortunetelling into two categories; for the urgent real life and just for enjoying. But they seriously dealt with both results. They used the fortunetelling in order to accomplish the ultimate purpose of Buddhism. So the fortunetelling is a mean of propagation of Buddhism and a intermediary of awakening and salvation.
