In this research, we suggest a Web-based hybrid recommendation mechanism using CBR (Case-Based Reasoning) and web data mining. Data mining is used as an efficient mechanism in reasoning for relationship between goods, customers' preference and future behavior. CBR systems are normally used in problems for which it is difficult to define rules. We use CBR as an AI tool to recommend the similar purchase case. A Web-log data gathered in real-world Internet shopping mall was given to illustrate the quality of the proposed mechanism. The results showed that the CBR and web data mining-based hybrid recommendation mechanism could reflect both association knowledge and purchase information about our former customers.

인터넷의 폭발적인 팽창에 따른 부작용들을 근본적으로 해소하고자 2000년대 후반부터 시작된 미래인터넷(Future Internet)에 관한 연구들이 최근까지 지속적으로 진행 중이다. 또한 새롭게 대두된 융합형(convergent) ICT 자원구성에 맞춘 지속적인 사용자 주도의 인프라 혁신 전략에 기반하여, SDN/NFV/Cloud 통합으로 형성하는 소프트웨어-정의 인프라(Software-Defined Infrastructure: SDI)를 개방형으로 구축하는 흐름이 있다. 즉 구축/운용의 중심이 하드웨어에서 소프트웨어 중심으로 최근 급속하게 전환되는 큰 변화가 ICT 인프라차원에서 본격화하고 있다. 즉 지금까지 논의되었던 여러 미래 인터넷 이슈들을 스마트한 초연결과 사용자 중심 서비스의 관점에서 바라보면서 미래형 ICT 인프라의 바람직한 구축을 서서히 가시화하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 초연결에 기반하여 값싸고 신속하게 서비스를 실증하기 위해 DevOps(Developers & Operators: 개발/운영 병행체제) 방법론으로 소프트웨어-정의 인프라로 체질을 바꿔가는 개방형 혁신을 살펴본다.

In this study we made a try to define the concept of national information resources in science and technology fields and analyzed the current status through the comprehensive examination. And more detailed current status are investigated about building database for each type of national information resources and distribution through Internet services. To the end we described the problems and suggested the considerations for the future.

'Health' trend like the latest fashion that spread to present society that elevate a lot of interests in qualitative elevation of life by rapid economic growth did to derive vocabulary called 'well-being' over all field. More and more comprehensive new type word 'LOHAS' appear to this. I wish to present basic data that need in study of healthy eco dwelling through making comparative study of existing study, literature analysis, and application type and planning elements etc of healthy dwelling. This study is preceded in following steps and contents. First, make conceptional definition for similarity words regarding healthy eco dwelling through existing study and internet search data etc, and analysis comprehensive meaning of 'Health' and 'Healthy Dwelling'. Second, I have done arrangement examination synthetically about healthy eco dwelling, wellbeing house, and ubiquitous future dwelling by paradigm of spread healthy dwelling. Third, examine application type of healthy dwelling that appear present and arrange analyzing planning elements is applied in the types.

Ubiquitous environment is expected to be result of researches and studies in ubiquitous home base on. However, because of the complexity of the ubiquitous home base on, the realization of error handling seems impossible. In this paper, we present how to detect and recover from these errors for the Ubiquitous Home utilizing a fault simulator developed for the study and through a variety of experiments, results were discussed and analyzed. Base on the said results, future works are also discussed.

Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) are now in commercial service, tearing down the traditional boundaries between the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors. These latest developments also hold important implications for research projects in related areas. Both telecommunications and broadcasting being fields with a strong service orientation, market demand should be the primary consideration when selecting research and development (R&D) projects in these areas. This study presents a process for selecting converged telecommunications-broadcasting technology development projects from a demand-oriented perspective, using criteria that are based on projected future demand characteristics. Aimed at increasing the efficiency of the R&D project selection process in telecommunications and broadcasting convergence, this study can point out new directions in R&D management in this field.

The advancement of Internet and information technology allows people to access information and knowledge resources without the limit of time and place. Recent the development of various readers and wireless communication technologies has made It possible to facilitate the widespread use of electronic books. This paper is describes the definitions, features and advantages of e-books, and examines researches of technologies standards, and digital rights managements related to e-books in Korea and other countries. It also observes a future growth in the production and utilization of e-books in libraries.

The forthcoming century will be the "era of cyber society" . In a virtual environment, a cyber character plays the role of an agent for the human being. In this paper, we introduce active researches of industries, universities, and research institutes in Korea. After Adam Soft Inc. presented a cyber singer,“Adam”, a few cyber characters have succeeded commercially through Internet, TV, CF, movies and etc. Some universities had their own characters to make fundamental researches in the fields of modeling, motion control, and VR. Research institutes have been funded recently to a cyber character related researches. This paper briefly reviews the recent research works, and future trends in Korea. in Korea.

Computers and internet have the potential to radically development. But, computer is a just tool by itself. This study is control implement in a way that exploits the capacity of network of processors to execute many tasks concurrently in architectural desigv. The collaboration design system constituted integrated CAD (computer-aided design) system at the base of standardization database environment network and world wide web (WWW). Collaboration design management system is composed of Project Management, Part Management, Process Management , and Appraisement system. They can provide frameworks for effective coordination and management of design work in accordance with the Collaboration Design Support System operating rule accommodatingly. architectural data can be collaboration design environment accessible through a web browser and located at a server. whenever their work investigated each others. Throughout process, the database acted as an individual design and it made them available in realtime. And they can have quick overview of the work. That way a continuous evaluation of best design was distinctly and highly. In the future, New architectural design methods are collaboration environment could result in productivity and quality.

This present study purposed to propose a plan of building a future oriented school library that supports teachers' teaching with various multimedia and Internet materials applicable in class immediately, helps students' self directed learning activities, and plays its role as a cultural center of the local community. As for research methods, this study examines the basic directions and characteristics of school libraries defined by the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, and investigates the current state of school libraries. In addition, we survey cases of library plans in Incheon, and suggest standards for planning and propose a plan. Ultimately, we establish a library plan for S Elementary School in Incheon and execute the plan and, in the course, derive ideas for satisfying students' demands with regard to their sentiment, stable and flexible layout and flow lines, facilities and space within the library, etc. What is more, we create indexes for library planning so that school libraries can contribute to various cultural activities and the development of local community beyond their functions as school library facilities.
