The purpose of this paper is to analyze the activation methods of GIS industries through GIS industry current issue analysis in Korea to provide as following. First of an in order to analyse current GIS industries, there are three divisions as follows: existing GIS industry, new technology GIS industry, and commercial GIS industry. The existing GIS industry includes survey industry, municipality UIS and remote sensing. The new technology GIS industry has telematics industry, LiDAR industry, ubiquitous industry, LBS industry, internet, and u-city industry. The commercial GIS industry consists of civilian request GIS industry and spacial data distribution industry. The national geographic information industry contains problems and directions of the 1st, 2nd NGIS and 3rd NGIS plan direction policy. These classified GIS industries present various problems of policies and invaluable results for the future GIS industry activation directions as follows: Presence of the GIS contents technologies win be the most important core for the GIS industry activation related to IT839 policy of the government in Korea.

In this paper the contention that a case study on the e-learning contents by students' levels. The Key word of the future e-learning contents are student-centered education that considers each student's ability, aptitude, and career choice. The major way to realize this student-centered education is to implement differentiated curriculum by students' levels. Especially, in the off-line class, this method Is very difficult because if superior and inferior classes are established, those who are placed in the inferior class will be hurt, but e-learning is realized that.

This paper introduces a modulation method for digital wireless communication based on general DS-QPSK. The design and fabrication is for home networking application to a typical RF transmitter with DS-QPSK modulator. This modulator implemented using VHDL hardware programming language, the fabrication of IC chip $5{\times}5 mm^2$ was carried by 27th IDEC MPW(Multi Project Wafer) process in 0.35${\mu}m$ rule at Samsung Inc. This paper presented the important of this technology for the future application in wireless sensor. This module can be efficient usage for home network to transmit the RF wireless sensor system.

This paper explores some of the ways in which social games - games played with others through social network sites such as Facebook - are situated within the everyday. It argues that social games are more than just games; they perform a range of interactive and integrative functions across and within people's lives and therefore need to be investigated as such. Social games en-able spaces for and practices of creative expression, and identity management. They also form a mechanism through which relations can be enacted and maintained across and outside of the game environment. This argument requires the researcher to consider the panoply of ways in which people integrate social games within their lives and everyday practices. Part of a larger project, this paper explores some findings from an exploratory survey of Australian game play-ers about their management and integration of game play within the everyday with a particular focus on gender.

The international standard STEP for representation and exchange of product model data, and CORBA as a standard for distributed object computing environment are expected to play very important role in the future manufacturing environment. Platform independent network programming language Java is also becoming a standard environment for developing Internet/Intranet applications. Furthermore, the ObjectWeb environment supported by the combination of CORBA and Java technology provides very efficient and convenient way of developing network applications and user interfaces. In this research, we developed a framework for the real time sharing of STEP data and 3D conference in the ObjectWeb environment and tested our proposal by implementing prototype software which we call STEPShare.

Recently, the development of the information communication industry has made many changes in the industrial acoustic industry. Especially, it has a great influence on the change of system and equipment of acoustic system. Analog equipment is changing to digital equipment, and integrated control equipment makes it easier to operate and manage the sound system. However, the integrated control system currently on the market is only controllable for some devices. In this paper, we propose a new AoIP - based system configuration method, which enables the operation status monitoring, unmanned operation and self - diagnosis of equipment. As a result of the study, it is confirmed that the proposed system can be operated, monitored, and self - diagnosed at remote sites. It is expected that an AoIP- based sound system will be the industry standard in the future.

Previous research assessed media reporting on nuclear accidents and risks, whilst studies about the Fukushima accident focused on the impact of the Internet on coverage of the incident. However, little research has addressed news framing or comparisons of the perceptions of journalists in relation to reporting nuclear accidents. The aim of this study is to apply framing analysis to news content in The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and USA Today about the Fukushima accident. It explores the question of how journalists view reporting on complex events. Content analysis of these three newspapers shows that conflict, responsibility, and economic consequences were the most frequently used frames. According to the journalists interviewed, the biggest problem was the inability to assess information due to contrary positions held by experts. It is argued that the Fukushima accident was framed as a conflict of experts and officials' opinions, utility and government officials' responsibility, and economic consequences for the United States. Adherence to professional norms of objectivity and impartiality was signified as the best approaches to risk reporting.

Competition in supply chain has moved from between being organizations to between supply chain. To enhance competitiveness in supply chain, there is a need for organisations to establish and manage collaborative relationships among supply chain partners and share operational and strategic information timely and accurately. As a result, food supply chain partners have adopted of inter organisational information systems (IOIS) such as EDI, IEDI, RFID, internet, and extranets to facilitate exchange of information, streamline production and to effectively manage inventory processes so as to deliver value to the customer. Together with IOIS, cybermediaries also plays a key role in facilitating agriculture and food supply chain. This paper investigates the role and significance of IOIS and cybermediaries in facilitating agriculture and food supply chain. Convergent interviewing was conducted with agriculture producers, food processors and retailers. The study identified logistics, supply chain and customer services benefits perceived from implementing IOIS and utilising cybermediaries services in the food supply chain. To conclude the conceptual paper outlined managerial implications and areas for future research.

The firewall is normally an intermediate system between the secure internal networks and the less secure external networks. It is intended to keep corporate systems safe from intruders, hackers, and accidental entry into the corporate system. The primary types of firewalls are screening routers, proxy servers, and stateful inspectors. Encryption is another form of firewall protection which is being incorporated along with other firewall methods. Before choosing a firewall architecture, a company must have the right mind set about the threat. The future will see more integration of firewall technologies and the increased use of standards in the industry. It must also determine what are the possible consequences of a breach in security and then develop a system to counter the threat. Additionally, new firewall technologies will address the potential dangers associated with the use of Java applets and Active X-controls on the Internet.

In this paper, we aim to design and implement supporting IPv6 Bluetooth Access point(AP) in Linux. Bluetooth is a cable replacement technology designed for short range ad-hoc connections, which most likely change the way we handle and access information in the near future. In Personal Area Network(PAN) mobile devices need many IP address space, then we need next generation Internet Protocol(IPv6). We designed Bluetooth Access Point with Bluetooth stack and MAC bridge function in Linux. The implementation tested on Linux system based on Bluetooth Access Point with other Bluetooth devices.
