The learners using learning content through the smart devices can access to the Internet from anytime and anywhere. However, with the rapid increase of learning content on the Web, it will be time-consuming for learners to find contents they really want to and need to study. Therefore, e-learning systems should not only provide flexible content delivery, but support adaptive harmonizing fusion content. The harmonizing fusion content it is a very important in fusion e-learning service. The representative method to provide synchronization between fusion content is a provide absolute time value between of the contents. However, this method is occurs a problem transferring time delay. Also, to enter an absolute time value for the duration of the each content is several problems arise. In this paper introduces a new smart e-smart service support the harmonizing media based technology to create synchronized learning presentation.

In this paper, we propose a ToF-Stereo fusion sensor system for 3D space scanning that increases the recognition rate of 3D objects, guarantees object detection quality, and is robust to the environment. The ToF-Stereo sensor fusion system uses a method of fusing the sensing values of the ToF sensor and the Stereo RGB sensor, and even if one sensor does not operate, the other sensor can be used to continuously detect an object. Since the quality of the ToF sensor and the Stereo RGB sensor varies depending on the sensing distance, sensing resolution, light reflectivity, and illuminance, a module that can adjust the function of the sensor based on reliability estimation is placed. The ToF-Stereo sensor fusion system combines the sensing values of the ToF sensor and the Stereo RGB sensor, estimates the reliability, and adjusts the function of the sensor according to the reliability to fuse the two sensing values, thereby improving the quality of the 3D space scan.

The vitamin D receptor binding peptide, VDRBP, was overexpressed as a fused form with the ubiquitin molecule in Rosetta(DE3)pLysS, a protein production strain of Escherichia coli harboring an induction controller plasmid. The fusion protein was bound to the immobilized metal ions, and the denaturation and renaturation of the fusion protein were performed as a part of the purification procedure. After the elution of the fusion protein, the peptide hormone was released from its fusion partner by using yeast ubiquitin hydrolase (YUH), and subsequently purified by reverse phase chromatography. The purity of the resulting peptide fragment was checked by MALDI-TOF mass and NMR spectroscopy. The final yields of the target peptide were around 5 and 2 mg per liter of LB and minimal media, respectively. The recombinant expression and purification of this peptide will enable structural and functional studies using multidimensional NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography.

In recent years when the importance of public communication is more emphasized, it has to be noticed that we are now living in the public-initiated age of rhetoric resulted from rapid development of broadcast media. Therefore, the purpose of this treatise is to examine the structural characteristics in the fusion design in order to anaylize the rhetorical expressions as symbols of communication. One of those is intertextuality that expresses metaphorically by bleding and borrowing codes and another is hypertextual space where various texts twines around each other making brand-new and diverse organizations, as the combined allegory with a number of hidden expression. The fusion design may be understood as the Intention to attract gaze to visual messages and as the rhetorical expressions based on compounding aesthetic codes by producing new cultural meanings. If fusion, a phenomenon which represents the 21st century, not a passing fad of cultural mixture, is ready to take the initiative, the design has to be groped for that creates a synergy effect.

In this paper, a motor gearbox fault-detection system based on a hierarchical flow-based model is proposed. The proposed system is used for the anomaly detection of a motion sound-based actuator module. The proposed flow-based model, which is a generative model, learns by directly modeling a data distribution function. As the objective function is the maximum likelihood value of the input data, the training is stable and simple to use for anomaly detection. The operation sound of a car's side-view mirror motor is converted into a Mel-spectrogram image, consisting of a folding signal and an unfolding signal, and used as training data in this experiment. The proposed system is composed of an encoder and a decoder. The data extracted from the layer of the pretrained feature extractor are used as the decoder input data in the encoder. This information is used in the decoder by performing an interlayer cross-scale convolution operation. The experimental results indicate that the context information of various dimensions extracted from the interlayer hierarchical data improves the defect detection accuracy. This paper is notable because it uses acoustic data and a normalizing flow model to detect outliers based on the features of experimental data.

Today's media environment is becoming very complicated and the trend of media convergence is getting clearer. The convergence of media is the supreme hot issue. In this wave of convergence, there has also been a huge change between movies and electronic games. The remake boom between them showed a tremendous economic effect that can be achieved by exchanging two media of essentially different characteristics. As computer virtual reality technologies evolve, electronic games will provide a virtual world that can satisfy the demands of the visual, auditory, and tactile aspects very real to the public with the Internet. At that time, movies and other media will be thoroughly melted into the virtual world created by electronic games, and they will become an element of the virtual world as those media that exist in the truth world.

미디어 이용 패턴이 TV 에서 다양한 스마트 기기로 넓어지고 있으며, 인터넷이 가능한 환경에서 광범위한 미디어 콘텐츠 제공이 가능하다. 최근에는 실감형 콘텐츠를 위해 360도 카메라와 이를 제어하는 방식들이 소개 되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 기술들을 활용해 더 많은 콘텐츠를 생성하기 위해서 콘텐츠의 특성을 고려한 실감 시청 체험 기술 서비스의 제공이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 실감 시청 체험을 극대화할 수 있는 개인방송용 실감형 콘텐츠 제작 기술 서비스에 제안한다. 사용자와 상호작용이 가능한 실감 미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위해 카메라들의 배치, 뷰포인트 선택, 다양한 시청체험을 가능하게 할 파라미터 종류들을 정의한다. 본 연구를 통해 다양한 유형의 실감형 개인방송 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Low actuation voltage and no contact stiction are the important factors to apply MEMS RF switches to mobile devices. Conventional electrostatic MEMS RF switches require several tens of voltages for actuation. In this paper we propose PAS MEMS RF switch which adopt PZT actuators and seesaw cantilevers to meet the above requirements. The fundamental structures of PAS MEMS switch were designed, optimized, and fabricated. Through the developed processes PAS SPDT MEMS RF switches were successfully fabricated on 4" wafers and they showed good electrical properties. The driving voltage was less than 5 volts. And the insertion loss was -0.5dB and the isolation was 35dB at 5GHz. The switching speed was about 5kHz. So these MEMS RF switches can be applicable to mobile communication devices or wireless multi-media devices at lower than 6GHz.

The promoter region of the pupA gene of Pseudomonas putida WCS358 was fused with the structural genes for bioluminescence (luxCDABE) from Vibrio fischeri, and the resulting fusion plasmid harbored by the WCS358 host. The pup-lux fusion gene was then used for quantitative analysis of the iron-dependence of pupA promoter activity. Factors affecting bioluminescence produced by the pup-lux bioreporter were found to be cell activity, iron-chelator concentrations, Fe(III) concentrations, and nutrient components. Light production rates of the pup-lux bioreporter were inversely dependent upon iron molecules when $FeCl_3$ concentrations were between $10^{-2}$ and 1 ${\mu}M$ in nutrient-poor minimal media, and between 0.1 and 10 mM in nutrient-rich complex media.
