  • Fibronectin is a glycoprotein found in the extracellular matrix as well as in the serum, and has been known to exert pronouned effed on the myoblast fusion. Our previous studies have suggested that the decrease of fibronectin levels during myogenesis is due to the decreased availability of the receptor for the 28 kDa fragrnent of fibronetin. In the fusion-blocked myoblasts by EGTA, the levels of fibronetin and binding of 28 kDa fragment decreased but far less than the control level. In contrast, the levels of fibronetin and binding of 28 kDa fragment decreased to the control level in the myoblast released from the fusion block. On this account, we suggest that the decrease of fibronetin levels during myoblast fusion is closely associated with the loss or alteration of the receptor for 28 kDa fragment. Mild trypsin treatment decreased the binding of the 28 kDa fragment to the myoblasts significandy. Similarly, the presence of gangliosides in the binding media decreased the binding of the 28 kDa fragment in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, gel overlay of 125 I-28 kDa fragment on the SDS-PAGE of the myoblast homogenates revealed that the 28 kDa fragment bound to a 43 kDa protein and to gangliosides as well. These results suggest that myoblast fusion is correlated with decrease of the receptor for the 28 kDa fragment and that the receptor might be a glycoprotein that contains glyco-conjugate found in gangliosides.

  • This study looked at the World Martial Arts Mastership's 'non-face promotional media strategies and methods' after the Corona-19 fandom, and found out if they could be applied to other sports events. As a method of research, the promotional media strategy of martial arts mastership was divided into types and in-depth interviews with media agents were conducted. According to the study, hosting an online martial arts competition, building an untact convention platform, and a base education facility can be a successful contest with budget support. Martial arts branding, popularization and industrialization can be a new attempt if ideas and execution personnel are sufficient. If IT technology and Chungbuk martial arts infrastructure are combined, they will be able to pioneer a new model called 'non-face-to-face-to K-sports'.

  • Media-related regulations can be classified into two categories; regulations of individual media contents and regulations regarding the entry to and withdrawal from a certain field. In this dissertation, ownership regulations are regarded as legal and political measures so as to prevent the monopoly and oligopoly of public opinion, and to secure its diversity. Every country has its own regulation model according to its particular media environment. Korea too is obliged to actively respond to its environmental changes, at the same time vitalizing the media industry and protecting consumers' rights and interests. Strong political intentions to protect the public interest is necessary when it comes to media regulation policies, especially in the circumstances that public interest is an industrial priority. As the convergence of broadcasting and telecommunications is leading to a major shift in the media industry, the regulation of cross-media ownership is an issue involving potential conflicts among media-owners, non-governmental organizations and the authorities concerned, depending on their various viewpoints regarding the media industry. In this paper, an attempt was made to search necessity of redefining 'public interest', which is the logic behind the restriction of cross-media ownership, and to reconceptualize issues on the centralization and diversity of media. First, an examination of the actual conditions of newspaper companies was carried out in order to reinvestigate domestic cross-media ownership issues, which is represented by the cross-ownership issue of newspapers and broadcasting stations. Next, the dilemma of policies stimulated by the fusion of media was discussed based on cross-media ownership restrictions, and the need for efficient conflict control was suggested. Finally, proposals on the independency and public confidence of media-related policy-making authorities, the rationalization of regulation models, an itemized discussion on cross-media ownership regulation issues, the elaboration of measures for a balanced development among media were made. It could be found that a number of foreign countries were still facing challenges to prevent monopoly and oligopoly of the public opinion and the industry. A solution to settle disagreements about the dilemma of the media industry, including the cross-media ownership regulation issues, must be arranged on the grounds of 'mutual respect of public interest and industrial interest', In Korea, an ease on the ownership regulations adapting to the change in the media industry may be considered, however the softening of the cross-media ownership regulations must be approached with the utmost care. Paradoxically Relieving cross-media ownership regulations may be considered the foundation of a richer field of journalism, where there is no need for concern over the monopoly and oligopoly of public opinion.

  • It is essential to collect and analyze target information around the vehicle for autonomous driving of the vehicle. Based on the analysis, environmental information such as location and direction should be analyzed in real time to control the vehicle. In particular, obstruction or cutting of objects in the image must be handled to provide accurate information about the vehicle environment and to facilitate safe operation. In this paper, we propose a method to simultaneously generate 2D and 3D bounding box proposals using LiDAR Edge generated by filtering LiDAR sensor information. We classify the classes of each proposal by connecting them with Region-based Fully-Covolutional Networks (R-FCN), which is an object classifier based on Deep Learning, which uses two-dimensional images as inputs. Each 3D box is rearranged by using the class label and the subcategory information of each class to finally complete the 3D bounding box corresponding to the object. Because 3D bounding boxes are created in 3D space, object information such as space coordinates and object size can be obtained at once, and 2D bounding boxes associated with 3D boxes do not have problems such as occlusion.

  • A kan'::luxCDABE fusion strain that was both highly bioluminescent and responsive to benzoic acid was constructed by transforming E. coli strain W3110 with the plasmid pUCDK, which was constructed by digesting and removing the 7-kb KpnI fragment from the promoterless luxCDABE plasmid pUCD615. Experiments using buffered media showed that this induction was dependent on the pH of the media, which influences the degree of benzoic acid protonation, and the expression levels seen are likely due to acidification of the cytoplasm by uncoupling of benzoic acid. Consequently, the sensitivity of this strain for benzoic acid was increased by nearly 20-fold when the pH was shifted from 8.0 to 6.5. Benzoic acid derivatives and several phenolics also resulted in significantly increased bioluminescent signals. Although these compounds are known to damage membranes and induce the heat-shock response within E. coli, bacterial strains harboring mutations in the fadR and rpoH genes, which are responsible for fatty acid biosynthesis during membrane stress and induction of the heat-shock response, respectively, showed that these mutations had no effect on the responses observed.

  • In this paper, we propose a simple and effective vision-based tracking controller design for autonomous object tracking using multicopter. The multicopter based automatic tracking system usually unstable when the object moved so the tracking process can't define the object position location exactly that means when the object moves, the system can't track object suddenly along to the direction of objects movement. The system will always looking for the object from the first point or its home position. In this paper, PID control used to improve the stability of tracking system, so that the result object tracking became more stable than before, it can be seen from error of tracking. A computer vision and control strategy is applied to detect a diverse set of moving objects on Raspberry Pi based platform and Software defined PID controller design to control Yaw, Throttle, Pitch of the multicopter in real time. Finally based series of experiment results and concluded that the PID control make the tracking system become more stable in real time.

  • Indican (indoxyl-${\beta}$-D-glucoside) is a colorless natural compound and can be used as a precursor for the production of indigo. This production step only require an enzyme, ${\beta}$-glucosidase, that readily screened from microbial resource by using selective media supplemented with indican as a sole carbon source. Agrobacterium tumefaciens was well grown in this media and thus presumed to produce a related enzyme. The corresponding gene, encoding a protein with a calculated molecular mass of 51 kDa, was cloned and overexpressed as MBP fusion proteins. The purified enzyme was determined to be a dimer and showed the maximum activity for indican at pH 7.0 and $40^{\circ}C$. The kinetic parameters for indican, Km and Vmax, were determined to be 1.4 mM and 373.8 ${\mu}M/min/mg$, respectively. The conversion yield of indican into indigo using this enzyme was about 1.7-1.8 folds higher than that of previously isolated enzyme from Sinorhizobium meliloti. Additionally, this enzyme was able to hydrolyze various ${\beta}$-1,4 glycoside substrates.
