Saemangeum reclaimed area is needed to construct much green zone to make high-quality multi-functional land such as tide embankment, lake dike, industrial complex, environmental spaces, etc. However, growth of plants is somewhat difficult because a salinity of Saemangeum soil is very high and a soil fertility, water content of soil are low. Therefore, it is essential to initial desalination of soil and continuous management for planting base. It is recommended that a group of grassland to raise the efficiency of covering should be made in the first stage and a forest by improvement of vegetation should be made in the mid and long term stage. It is recommended that the construction of vegetation base should be made with a regular thickness of soil of good quality in multi-functional area such as a shrub and wood. In case of construction of a windbreak forest, it is necessary to make a wood base of suitable depth using soil brought from another place or filling of soil. Also, it is necessary to keep a maintenance of woods in early stage. Saemangeum reclaimed land will be brand-named worldwide tourist attractions due to construction of much green zone having high quality multi-functional facilities.

The early glottic cancers are traditionally treated by radiotherapy or endoscopic surgery. The excellent effectiveness of both treatment modalities for local control, larynx preservation, and disease specific death is similar. Therefore, functional voice outcome after treatment is one of the most important factors in the choice of treatment for early glottic cancer. To assess the functional outcomes and compare the voice quality in patients with early glottic cancer treated with curative intent with radiotherapy or laser cordectomy, we performed literature review. Most studies showed that the voice quality after radiation therapy is slightly better than that after laser cordectomy. Subanalysis according to types of laser cordectomy, however, indicates that voice quality depends on type of laser cordectomy. Especially, type I or type II laser cordectomy might be superior to other types of laser cordectomy and radiation therapy. We conclude that the laser cordectomy is a good surgical alternative for properly selected early glottic cancer including professional voice users.

The development of Micro MIM as a new manufacturing process for metallic micro parts made of advanced functional materials has been the subject of considerable research over the last years. This paper addresses important quality aspects on processing of new materials by Micro-MIM. Three examples of new functional materials that can be processed are reviewed in this paper. The first example is two-component-Micro-MIM to obtain multi-functional devices. A micro positioning encoder consisting of a magnetic / non-magnetic material combination is presented. The second issue is series production of the replicate of the smallest human bone in the ear (stapes) from Titanium as an example of medical application. Quality assurance and reproducibility in terms of injection moulding parameters are addressed. In the third part, first results on the processing of the shape memory alloy NiTi by Micro-MIM are presented. Potential applications include biocompatible devices and transportation, for example automotive and aerospace. Processing routes and initial microstructures obtained are discussed.

For research data to be shared without legal, financial and technical barriers in the Open Science era, data repositories must have the functional requirements asked by DMP and CoreTrustSeal. In order to derive functional requirements for the data repository, this study analyzed the Data Management Plan (DMP) and CoreTrustSeal, the criteria for certification of research data repositories. Deposit, Ethics, License, Discovery, Identification, Reuse, Security, Preservation, Accessibility, Availability, and (Meta) Data Quality, commonly required by DMP and CoreTrustSeal, were derived as functional requirements that should be implemented first in implementing data repositories. Confidentiality, Integrity, Reliability, Archiving, Technical Infrastructure, Documented Storage Procedure, Organizational Infrastructure, (Meta) Data Evaluation, and Policy functions were further derived from CoreTrustSeal. The functional requirements of the data repository derived from this study may be required as a key function when developing the repository. It is also believed that it could be used as a key item to introduce repository functions to researchers for depositing data.

Background: The results of treatment in functional velopharyngeal insufficiency (VPI) was not good compared to physician's common practice. Objectives: Authors conducted this study to evaluate the efficacy of fat injection on posterior pharyngeal wall in the functional velopharyngeal insufficiency as the supportive treatment. Materials and Methods: The preoperative assessment includes history of patients, the perceptual analysis of patient's voice, nasopharyngoscopic finding of velopharyngeal movements, nasometer, movement findings of soft palate during phonation and swalling. Fat which was taken from umbilical area was injected in 5 patients with conducted functional velopharyngeal insufficiency. Results: All 5 patients had good results in voice quality after fat injection. Conclusions: Fat injection is a good treatment method in functional velopharyngeal insufficiency as a supportive method.

Objective: This case presents the effects of Gyejibanhasaenggang-tang, acupuncture, and moxibustion on functional dyspepsia.Method: A patient was treated with herbal medicine, acupuncture, and moxibustion. Functional dyspepsia-related quality of life (FD-QoL), the gastrointestinal symptom rating scale (GSRS), and the gastrointestinal scale (GIS) were assessed for evaluation.Results: Symptoms of functional dyspepsia improved after the 22 days of Gyejibanhasaenggang-tang treatment.Conclusion: This case suggests that the combination of Gyejibanhasaenggang-tang, acupuncture, and moxibustion could be effective in treating functional dyspepsia.

Requirements traceability is regarded as one of the important quality attributes in software requirements engineering field. If requirements traceability is guaranteed then we can trace the requirements' life throughout all the phases, from the customers' needs in the early stage of the project to requirements specification, deployment, and maintenance phase. This includes not only tracking the development artifacts that accompany the requirements, but also tracking backwards from the development artifacts to the initial customer requirements associated with them. In this paper, especially, we dealt with the traceability between functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Among many Information Retrieval (IR) techniques, we decided to utilize Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) in our research. Ultimately, we conducted an experiment on constructing traceability by using two techniques and analyzed the experiment results. And then we provided a comparative study between two IR techniques in constructing traceability between functional requirements and non-functional requirements.

This study was carried out to make functional laver added with sericulture powder which have a effect of prevention adult diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertention, and obesity. In our lab. a lot of study have been performed about functional effect of sericulture(mulberry leaf, silkpeptide and silkworm) for examples decrease of serum cholesterol, triacylglyceride and control of serum glucose in rat. sericulture powder was prepared by pulverizing freeze-dried. Functional laver samples were prepared, and the sensory evaluation quality, physical characteristics and mineral contents of those were compared. In case of overal quality of sensory evaluation, silkpeptide powder laver was lower than other samples. The content of moisture of functional laver added with sericulture powder samples(control, sample 1, 2, 3) were 0.30, 0.98, 0.24 and 0.28%, respectively. The content of crude protein of functional laver added with sericulture powder samples were 40.50, 44.10, 56.75, and 62.50%, respectively. The content of crude fat of functional laver added with sericulture powder samples were 4.00, 4.10, 4.00 and 4.40%, respectively. The content of ash of functional Laver added with sericulture powder samples were 7.07, 7.53, 7.60 and 7.27%, respectively. The content of calcium of functional laver added with sericulture powder samples were 219, 253, 224 and 229mg/100g, respectively. The content of potassium of functional laver added with sericulture powder samples were 1879, 1919, 1890 and 1907mg/l00g, respectively. The content of iron of functional laver added with sericulture powder samples were 18.03, 18.23, 18.46 and 18.53mg/100g, respectively. The content of zinc of functional laver added with sericulture powder samples were 1.86, 4.47, 4.57 and 5.64mg/100g, respectively. The content of manganese of functional laver added with sericulture powder samples were 4.50, 8.50, 7.00 and 6.00 mg/100g, respectively. It was concluded that this functional laver added with sericulture powder is low calorie, high protein and high mineral health food which have a preventive effect of adult disease.

Purpose: This descriptive study was to investigate the quality of life in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) from June 1 to October 13, 2007. Method: The survey was conducted in 6 different university hospitals which located in Seoul and Jeollanam-do province using the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-BMT Scale (FACT-BMT) version 4. We collected a total of 155 questionnaires and analyzed 149 among them. Results: The average score of quality of life was 2.53 out of 5. Physical well being score was highest among sub-domains, followed by emotional well-being, additional concerns, social/family well-being, and functional well-being. Study subjects worried that their conditions would get worse. However study subjects didn't regret having been received HSCT. Age, duration from HSCT, age at diagnosis, income, readmission, HSCT type, educational background, marital status, and the level of activities of daily living were related to quality of life. Conclusions: The findings of this study indicates that the HSCT survivor's quality of life issue is still important and have to be investigated repeatedly in the future. That is necessary for generalizing QOL outcomes for clinical use. We also suggest to develop interventions to improve QOL.

The purpose of this study is about the influence of the Service quality on the customer loyalty depending on the customer value(social and psychological value, functional value) because of the dynamic business environment is react quickly and flexibly, many of today's companies are required to consult an expert. According to the circumstances, Service Firms(Hotel) should be provide a differentiated service for each customer. And this paper attempt to theoretical organize and take advantage of practical in Service industry. The questionaries of 154 from the companies which have received Service in 3 years in the metropolis and small and medium-sized cities were used to test hierarchical regression model with mediating effects of customer value between Service quality and Customer loyalty by SPSS(PASW) 18.0 version. From these analyses, the following results were obtained: First, social-psychological value have partially mediated effect on the tangibility, responsibility, assurance and customer loyalty. Second, functional value have partially mediated effects on the between tangibles, reliability and customer loyalty. The result suggests that 'tangibility', 'reliability', 'responsibility', 'assurance', 'empathy' are the most important factors to affect customer loyalty, and there are partially mediated effects of customer intention between Service quality and Customer loyalty. In conclusion, to improve the specific and actual meaning and value about the Hotel service quality and to give the suggestions on the Hotel's marketing communication by understanding the customer action.
