KORMARC used in library bibliographic information, had been pointed several weaknesses such as inflexibility lack of link information and compatibility. In addition, a sudden increase in digital information associated with development of internet is demanding an integration of web resources metadata as the resource of library information. This study mentioned XML/KORAMARC system or adaption of XML standard format turned out to be the most efficient way to use KORMARC formats and to expand the range of those information service such as bibliographic information, factual information, referral information and full-text.

Purpose: Despite growing interest in health information sharing, researchers remain uncertain whether hospitals' sharing of information increases patient satisfaction, one of the key measures of the quality of care. This study evaluates the effect of health information sharing on patient satisfaction and whether the effect varies with context. Methodology: Regression analysis was conducted using a sample consisting of 6,641 year-hospital observations, based on data from the annual and IT surveys of the American Hospital Association (AHA) and Census. Findings: Our results suggest that information sharing using health IT increases patient satisfaction, while the extent (breadth) of information sharing increases patient satisfaction, the level of detail (depth) of information sharing does not. Our results also show that the effects of the breadth and depth of information sharing vary with different contexts, e.g., the percentage of people over 65 and Hirschman-Herfindahl index (HHI). Practical Implications: Policymakers should pay greater attention to realizing the full benefits of hospitals' information sharing based on market characteristics.

The shortest path betweenness value of a node quantifies the amount of information passing through the node when all the pairs of nodes in the network exchange information in full capacity measured by the number of the shortest paths between the pairs assuming that the information travels in the shortest paths. It is calculated as the cumulative of the fractions of the number of shortest paths between the node pairs over how many of them actually pass through the node of interest. It's possible for a node to have zero or underrated betweenness value while sitting just next to the giant flow of information. These nodes may have a significant influence on the network when the normal flow of information is disrupted. We propose a betweenness centrality measure called collective betweenness that takes into account the surroundings of a node. We will compare our measure with other centrality metrics and show some applications of it.

정보검색시 전문(full-text)의 사용이 늘어남에 따라 다의어나 철자오류와 같은 문제점으로 인해 내부적인 정보원의 사용에 한계를 보이면서 외부적인 정보원, 즉 문헌간의 관계와 같은 링크 또는 인용정보에 대한 관심이 높아지게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 인용링크나 피인용링크, 서지결합링크, 동시인용링크 둥과 같은 인용정보와 적합성 피드백 검색을 이용하여 검색 성능을 향상시키는 방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

In this paper, a PC-based virtual measuring program for efficiency analysis of DC-DC converter is developed. Furthermore, a newly developed, highly accurate and reliable data acquisition system for DC-DC converter is presented. The virtual measuring system consists of two different types of monitoring and measuring system. Also, this paper give a full explanation for a LabVIEW realization of the measuring system for DC-DC converter.
