The main purpose of this study is to develop and apply a means of connecting reading movement and Newspaper In Education (NIE) activities utilizing the voluntary participation and cooperation of local school districts and autonomous government entities. This is necessary to revitalize or systematize the environmental social life of reading newspapers and NIE activity. Literary or inquiry research will be initiated in this study in order to quantify the current or actual conditions of this connection, delineating the basic objectives of this study, and determining the developmental directions for continuing this study as related to the connection of reading movement and NIE activity. Anticipated study activities or major tasks are as follows. First, develop a variety of intended programs and learning materials necessary for each. Secondly, develop and establish corresponding online data and educational programs. Thirdly, a "cooperation" system must be established and training programs implemented reinforcing these ideas. And, lastly (and to gain wider acceptance), starting a public relations campaign to show or illustrate the benefits of this study and these intended research activities. In conclusion, if a connection between reading movement and NIE activity are fully established and periodically adjusted by means of continuing discussions on the merits or concerns based on the study findings, the full potential of the reading movement connection with NIE activity will be realized and achieved to its truest meaning and/or highest order.
The urgent needs to establish hospice care systems in Korea arise from the following reasons: 0) a drastic increase in chronically ill patients with the increase of aged population: (2) rapid changes in living environment from the traditional habitation (e. g., Many Koreans living in apartment complexes, which is the most popular form of modern residence in recent years, prefer to die in the hospital.): the overall increase in patients with advanced cancer: (4) recent trends in early discharge of terminally ill patients from the limited hospital facilities to accomodate other medical insurance beneficiaries; (5) easy acceptance of euthanasia owing to the recent social atmosphere that belittles the dignity of human life; (6) medical and nursing care of AIDS patient in terminal stage; (7) and the problem associated with inhumane medical care system, overtreatment, and groundless fears against narcotics. Terminally ill patients were used to be treated in the hospital in the past. In these days, however, they are forced to have home cares with little assistance from the qualified medical personnel because of insufficient hospital facilities, which are even short for the need of emergency patients and provide priority cares to medical insurance beneficiaries with other acute problems. And yet, neither are there any administrative organizations nor systematic medical studies that deal with the level of terminally ill patient's need, their family's problems and resources of hospice care systems in Korea. Thus, most patients are not able to get appropriate medical care at the terminal stage of their lives. The objective of this study is to make comprehensive database for various hospice care organization currently in operation, link them through medical information system, and develop an easily accessible hospice care model that meets the need of most Korean people. Our survey results may be summarized as follows: Nationally there are 40 organizations that provide partial or full hospice care. However, these organizations are not linked to any formal medical service network. Furthermore, the objective of hospice care, care principles, personnel with appropriate training, educational programs, standard for care, costs, consulting service to patients' family members, the extent of medical care from professional staff members, status of hospice facility, and management of those institutions are neither clearly defined nor organized compared to the international hospice care standards. The surveys on patients of terminal stage. grouped in hospice and non-hospice care patients. reveal what they want visiting nursing care to help their pain control. psychological. social and spiritual demands. While the more than 90% of hospice care patients want to reduce their pains. the non-hospice care patients. in addition to their desire for pain control. demanded more psychological. social and spiritual helps as well. The results of this research could be utilized to 0) define the standard of hospice care. (2) provide the guidance for hospice medical care costs. (3) establish the database of hospice care systems. (4) develop softwares. (5) build communication network through Medinet. and (6) provide an organized visiting home nursing care system. These information should be a valuable resource to many medical staffs who are involved in cancer therapy. nursing care. and social welfare programs.

In the case of 'MAEMI', the Typhoon which formed in September, 2003, the largest-scale damage of tidal wave was caused by the co-occurrence of Typhoon surge and full tide. Until now Korea has been focusing on the calculating the amount of damage and its restoration to cope with these sea and harbor disasters. It is essential to establish some systematic counterplans to diminish such damages of large-scale tidal invasion on coastal lowlands considering the recent weather conditions of growing scale of typhoons. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to make the counterplans for prevention against disasters fulfilled effectively based on the data conducted by comparing and analyzing the accuracy between observation values and the results of estimating the greatest overflow area according to abnormal tidal levels centered on Masan area where there was the severest damage from tidal wave at that time. It's necessary utilize data like high-resolution satellite image and LiDAR(etc.) for correct analysis data considering geographical characteristics of dangerous area from the storm surge. And we must make a solution to minimize the damage by making data of dangerous section of flood into GIS Database using those data (as stated above) and drawing correcter damage function.

Since 1988, the librarian standards prescribed in the "Enforcement Decree of the Library Act" have not been revised at all and they have many weaknesses and limitations. This study proposed revision of librarian standard and legislation based on legal and application issues. It is desirable to revise the structure of 1988 prospectively and to establish new standards for local representative library. In the case of basic personnel, it is desirable to have three librarians in all public libraries or considering the fact that the library's non-professional work is about 30-40%, it is also necessary to consider a plan consisting of two librarians (professional + para-professional) and one non-professional. The local representative library should apply the librarian standard of the public library serving a community of 300,000 people and establish a standard to add non-librarian equivalent to one-third of librarians. In the case of additional personnel, it is desirable for public libraries to increase one librarian whenever the service target population exceeds 10,000, and the local representative library to increase one librarian whenever the service target population exceeds 100,000. And each library needs to add a other full-time staff equivalent to one-third of the librarian.

In this paper, an individual blade control (IBC) methodology is applied to find the best input scenario for vibratory hub loads reduction of XH-59A co-axial rotorcraft in high speed flight. A comprehensive aeromechanics analysis code CAMRAD II is employed to analyze the aircraft. A parametric study is conducted for optimum IBC inputs leading to the maximum vibration reduction. Numerical results demonstrate that up to 50% reduction in the hub vibration index is obtained for an IBC input at 3/rev frequency with the amplitude and phase angle of 0.5 deg. and 300 deg., respectively. The upper rotor exhibits as much as 6% more vibration reduction as compared to that of the lower rotor due to a clean inflow characteristic of the rotor. It is found that further vibration reduction gain is reached for IBC inputs with advancing-side only control. The hub vibration becomes reduced by up to 17% in reference to that with full rotor disk control. It is noted that the additional gain is obtained with significantly less power input with the advancing-side only control.

From 2019, software education has become a required subject for all elementary school students. However, many teachers are still unfamiliar with how the classes should be instructed. So this paper presented the meaning, detailed competencies and achievement standard in order to help in the collection, analysis and representation of data among the computational thinking that are key to software education. And it also suggested the applicability of the classes. The full course of the paper is summarized as follows. First, existing studies have summarized the meaning, detail and achievement standard of data related competencies. Based on this, a preliminary investigation was instructed. Pilot study carried out both FGI and closed questions at the same time. This was done in response to the survey's questionnaire reflecting the opinions of experts. Second, the results of the questionnaire generated as a result of the above were verified for validity, stability, and reliability among the PhD, PhD courses, software education teachers, and software education workers. Third, I developed and applied the five lessons as a class objective as 'Choosing collection method-Select the collection method according to the problem situation.', 'Searching for meaning of data-Understand what the analyzed data mean..', 'Using various expression methods-Use a variety of expression tools.' using the backward design model to integrate education, class, and assessment. As a result, the detailed competencies of data collection, analysis, and representation and achievement standard were presented. This may help in setting specific and specific criteria for what direction classes are recommended when planning data-related classes in elementary schools.
Through this study, we intend to study user satisfaction in order to verify whether there is a need for full-scale research, development and commercialization of document viewers in a VR environment. VR content consists of realistic 3D graphics and 360-degree video, and provides a synesthesia experience and immersion. We developed and tested a VR document viewer prototype that can utilize this concept as a document viewing system. It can act as a viewer that provides an interactive viewing environment according to the user's body interaction and the direction of the field of view, and it can be said that the feature of VR document viewer is that it can draw the user's high level of immersion and concentration when using the viewer. The developed prototype was tested in a test group consisting of 100 VR experiences and device owners for about 1 hour and 3 days a day, and then a questionnaire survey in the form of a fixed selection question was conducted. This study is a prototype study of a document viewer suitable for a virtual reality environment, and can lead to a sense of immersion when reading a document, and suggest a new document viewer direction that is effective for visual fatigue and visual perception of the document.

Vegetation affects water level change and flow resistance in rivers and impacts waterway ecosystems as a whole. Therefore, it is important to have accurate information about the species, shape, and size of any river vegetation. However, it is not easy to collect full vegetation data on-site, so recent studies have attempted to obtain large amounts of vegetation data using terrestrial laser scanning (TLS). Also, due to the complex shape of vegetation, it is not easy to obtain accurate information about the canopy area, and there are limitations due to a complex range of variables. Therefore, the physical structure of vegetation was analyzed in this study by reconfiguring high-resolution point cloud data collected through 3-dimensional terrestrial laser scanning (3D TLS) in a voxel. Each physical structure was analyzed under three different conditions: a simple vegetation formation without leaves, a complete formation with leaves, and a patch-scale vegetation formation. In the raw data, the outlier and unnecessary data were filtered and removed by Statistical Outlier Removal (SOR), resulting in 17%, 26%, and 25% of data being removed, respectively. Also, vegetation volume by voxel size was reconfigured from post-processed point clouds and compared with vegetation volume; the analysis showed that the margin of error was 8%, 25%, and 63% for each condition, respectively. The larger the size of the target sample, the larger the error. The vegetation surface looked visually similar when resizing the voxel; however, the volume of the entire vegetation was susceptible to error.

Many Linear attacks have introduced after M. Matsui suggested Linear Cryptanalysis in 1993. The one of them is the method suggested by B. Kaliski and M. Robshaw. It was a new method using multiple linear approximations to attack for block ciphers. It requires less known plaintexts than that of Linear Cryptanalysis(LC) by Matsui, but it has a problem. In this paper, we will introduce the new method using multiple linear approximation that can solve the problem. Using the new method, the requirements of the known plaintexts is 5(1.25) times as small as the requirements in LC on 8(16) round DES with a success rate of 95%(86%) respectively. We can also adopt A Chosen Plaintext Linear Attack suggested by L. R. Knudsen and J. E. Mathiassen and then our attack requires about $2^{40.6}$ chosen plaintexts to recover 15 key bits with 86% success rate. We believe that the results in this paper contain the fastest attack on the DES full round reported so far in the open literature.

FinTech has been discussed as an important business area towards technology-driven financial innovation. The term fintech is a combination of finance and technology, which means ICT technology currently associated with all finance areas. The popularity of the fintech industry has significantly increased over time, with full investment and support for numerous startups. Therefore, both academia and practice tried to analyze the trend of the fintech area. Despite the fact, however, previous research has limitations in terms of collecting relevant databases for fintech and identifying proper application areas. In response, this study proposed a new method for analyzing the trend of Fintech fields by expanding Fintech's terminology and using network analysis and topic modeling. A new Fintech terminology list was created and a total of 18,341 patents were collected from USPTO for 10 years. The co-classification analysis and network analysis was conducted to identify the technological trends of patent classification. In addition, topic modeling was conducted to identify the trends of fintech in order to analyze the contents of fintech. This study is expected to help both managers and investors who want to be involved in technology-driven financial services seize new FinTech technology opportunities.
