과학기술위성 반작용휠의 미소진동 측정 및 분석 (STSAT RWA Micro-Vibration Test and Analysis)

  • STSAT RWA (Reaction Wheel Assembly) micro-vibration is measured using KISTLER dynamic plate that can provide the time signals of three orthogonal forces and torques simultaneously up to 400Hz. In the post-processing, measured data are evaluated with respect to the wheel spin rate in both time and frequency domains, and the static/dynamic unbalances are evaluated from the extracted first harmonic component. Also the friction torque profile at each wheel speed is estimated from the measured data. Several higher order harmonic components are observed, that comes from its rotor shape as well as the wheel bearing characteristics. One of the most peculiar characteristics of this wheel is that the dynamic properties of two radial unbalance components are much different from each other as the RWA mounting configuration on a spacecraft is different from conventional RWA mounting configuration. Rocking mode is not appeared below 400Hz for all operating speed because the wheel size is very small. The post-processed results will be used for jitter analysis of STSAT due to RWA micro-vibration.

  • 본 논문에서 응용하고자 하는 MR 유체 댐퍼는 상자성(paramagnetic) 입자를 MR 유체 내부에 분산시켜 전류에 따라 발생하는 전자석 원리를 이용하여 MR 댐퍼 내부의 유체의 항복 전달 응력의 변화 실키 수 있는 특징이 있다. 즉, 전류의 세기에 따라 MR 유체 댐퍼 내부의 마찰계수가 달라지는 현상을 이용하는 것이다. 이러한 MR 유체 댐퍼 제어에 사용하고자 하는 MCU는 마이크로칩 사의 dsPIC 칩을 이용하여 성능을 개선하고자 하며 전류제어에는 PWM을 이용하며, 외부 모니터링을 위하여 UART 통신을 이용하여 전체 시스템을 모니터링 하도록 설계하였다. 본 연구에서는 MR 유체 댐퍼와 dsPIC 칩을 사용하여 세탁기의 탈수 과정 시 발생 되는 진동 및 소음을 저감 시키도록 세탁기용 진동 및 소음방지 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

지중 원격 음파통신 시뮬레이션 연구 (A Study on the Simulation of Underground Acoustic Telemetry)

  • 머드 유동 압력파를 이용한 기존의 통신방식은 속도가 1-2 bps 수준으로서 통신에 소요되는 시간이 길어 실시간 제어가 불가능한 수준이다. 통신 속도를 10배 이상 향상시키기 위한 음파통신 방식은 상용화되기는 하였으나 가격이 비싸 이용이 제한적이고 응용 사례도 많지 않다. 본 연구는 해당 설비에 해당하는 시뮬레이터를 개발하여 실제 시험 결과와 유사하게 성능을 개발하였다. 드릴 파이프를 통한 음파 통신 모사를 위해 머드에 의한 마찰 감쇠를 모사할 수 있는 지배 방정식을 제안하고 수치해석 모델을 개발하였다. 감쇠 계수는 시추 현장에서의 음파 에너지 감쇠율과 비교하여 보정하였다. 개발된 수치해석 모델을 대상 QPSK 변조 방식의 통신 알고리즘을 적용하여 지상부에서 통신 에러율 0.04% 수준의 우수한 성능을 확인하였다. 이는 아직 노이즈가 혼입되지 않은 조건에서의 통신 성능이며 이를 적용하기 위해 현장 노이즈 데이터를 확보하여 혼입을 위한 실제 노이즈 신호를 재생하는 기술을 확립하였다.

자기 테이프용 초미립 자성 철 입자의 분산거동과 전자및 물리특성에 미치는 첨가제의 영향 (Effect of Binders and Additives on Magnetic and Physical Properties of Ultra Fine Metal Particle Tape)

  • 자기 테이프 제조용 초미립 자성 철 분말의 분산 거동을 파악하기 위하여 vinyl계 바이더, polyurethane 바인더, 윤활제등 첨가제 종류 및 양에 따른 분산 거동 및 물리특성들을 조사하였다. 분산성은 바인더의 funtional group의 종류, 자성체와 바인더의 비율등에 크게 영향을 받았으며 적정 조건의 선택으로 분산성은 종래보다 20% 증가하 였다. 이에 따라 자기 특성중 포화 자화는 종래의 경우보다 200 Gauss 증가하였으며, 전자 변환 특성중 휘도 S/N (signal to noise ratio)은 2dB 증가하였다. 적절한 윤활제의 종류및 양에 따라 tape의 마찰계수는 0.15 감소하였으며, 이에 따라 tape의 내구성중 휘도 S/N 열화특성이 4dB 이상 향상되었다.

  • The Light Rail Transit (LRT) System which has medium transport capacity between subway and bus(5,000-25,000 persons per hour) is the most advanced transportation system. It has many benefits, cheap construction, operational costs through driverless and flexible route planning. Also, the rubber tired AGT (K-AGT) of various LRT has a rubber wheels and side guide. The side guide type has an many advantages. but occur a vibration and friction noise through contact between guide rail and wheel. Most of point that decreased comport is vibration thorough the guide contact. In this paper, It is purpose to improve the maximum running speed of rubber tired AGT localization bogie which is currently developed from 70km/h to 80km/h. To satisfy comport index of railway vehicle that is required in performance test. we examined coefficient of bogie suspension which is designed.

  • In this paper, an analytical investigation on the track separation mechanism for tracked excavator was studied. Relative motions of track links, sprocket, idler and support rollers are very important in the driving of an excavator The interference and friction between each components lead to noise and vibration. And also this has a great influence on the life for tracked excavator. RecurDyn program was used for the three dimensional modeling of the track assembly. Investigating the interference between sprocket and track links, the mechanism of the track separation was analyzed.

선형행렬부등식을 이용한 자기 부상계의 강인성 제어 (A Robustness Control of Magnetic Levitation System Using Linear Matrix Inequality)

  • The magnetic levitation system is utilized in the magnetic bearing of high-speed rotor system because of little friction, no lubrication, no noise and so on. The magnetic levitation system needs the feedback controller for the stabilization of system, and gap sensors are generally used to measure the gap. The use of sensor easily goes into troublesome caused by sensor failure discord between the measurement point and the control point etc. This paper gives a controller design method of magnetic levitation system which satisfies the given $H_{\infty}$ control performance and the robust stability of the presence of physical parameter perturbations. To the end, we investigated the validity of the designed controller through results of simulation.

  • Tribology, in other words, interacting surfaces in relative motion, is essential in life. The relative motion on surfaces may cause some problems with heat, vibration, noise, and so on. Unwanted vibrations by friction, which may arise during the operation of machines, are costly in terms of reduction of performance and service life. All these phenomena inolve stick-slip. The telescopic boom operations involves stick-slip oscillations like slideways. Unwanted stick-slip oscillations on telescopic boom operations cannot achieve smooth sliding and many developers of that machine makes a lot of effort to remove or reduce it. So this paper presents stick-slip oscillation with pressure of the hydraulic cylinder which drives booms, and attempts a theoretical approach for the numerical analysis for its stick-slip condition.

동심원 환내의 정상.비정상 회전 유동 (Steady and Unsteady Rotating Flows between Concentric Cylinders)

  • Steady and unsteady flows between rotating cylinders are of interest on lubrication, convective heat transfer and flow-induced vibration in large rotating machinery. Steady rotating flow is generated by rotating cylinder with constant velocity while the unsteady rotating flow by oscillating cylinder with homogeneoysly oscillating velocity. An analytical method is developed based on the simple radial coordinate transformation for the steady and unsteady rotating flows in concentric annulus. The governing equations are simplified from Navier-Stokes equatins. Considering the skin friction based on the radial variation of circumferential flow velocity, the torques acting on the fixed and the rotating cylinder are evaluated in terms of added-inertia and added-damping torque coefficients. The coefficients are found to be influenced by the oscillatory Reynolds number and the radius ratio of two cylinders; however, the effect of the oscillatory Reynolds number on the coefficients is minor in case of relatively low radius ratio.

  • The magnetic levitation system has great advantages, such as little friction, no lubrication no noise and so on. The magnetic levitation system need a stabilizing controller because it is a unstable system in natural. This paper presents the robust stabilizing controller design of the magnetic levitation system. The controller which is designed in this paper by $H_{infty}$ control theory is robust servo controller which has zero offset in spite of the model uncertainties. The validity of controller was investigater through the response simulation. In the future, we will use the result of this study at the actual magnetic levitation system.
