  • Insulation diagnosis techniques of power equipments for the stable power supply and prevention from accidents are of high importance. Diagnosis techniques is able to prevent from large accidents before they happen by finding signs of the accidents. From this point of view, this paper simulated discharge progress and partial discharge using needle-plan electrode system in air, studied the distribution of frequency spectrum of the radiated electromagnetic waves using biconical antenna and spectrum analyzer. From results of this study, the new method was introduced for measurement and analyzation of the radiated electromagnetic waves in accordance with discharge progress in air, Besides, according to the consideration of the mutual relation between frequency spectrum of the radiated electromagnetic waves and discharge progress, it was confirmed that detecting partial discharge and estimating discharge progress were possible.

주파수 응답 함수를 이용한 철도차량 실내소음 기여도 분석 및 분포도 측정 (Analysis of Noise Contribution using Frequency Response Function and Measurements of Noise Distribution for Railway Interior Noise)

  • Speed-up and mass reduction of railway vehicle usually causes increased of the interior noise. One of the best ways to control the interior noise is to identify the noise level radiated from each of parts in the cabin. In this paper, we describe the method to estimate the interior noise nad evaluate the noise contribution to each of parts. This method is based that the sound pressure can be calculated by using the frequency response function and acceleration. According to analysis of the noise contribution, we validated that the noise radiated from the floor is the higher in the cabin. We also measured the noise distribution for the side and floor by using the microphone array in order to analyze the effect of the noise flowing into the cabin from the outdoors. Finally, we presented the plan of the interior noise reduction based on the noise levels radiated from each of parts.

  • 본 논문에서는 Ku-대역에서 고정위성업무를 위한 주파수 신규 분배를 검토하는 WRC-15 의제에 대한 배경 및 연구 동향을 분석하고, 향후 국내 대응 방안을 고찰하였다. 위성 주파수는 전파규칙이 규정한 국제등록 절차에 따라 확보되는 자원이며, 주파수 자원은 한정된 천연자원으로 인식되어 각 국가들의 자원 선점을 위한 경쟁이 점점 심화되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 WRC-15에서는 고정위성업무용으로 주파수 추가 분배를 검토하게 되는데, 기존 업무의 적절한 보호 및 향후 고정위성업무의 이용 계획을 고려하여 적절히 대응할 필요가 있다.

  • Marine Propulsion shafting system coupled with medium diesel engine forms multi-degree torsional vibration system which consist of many inertia masses such as crank, flywheel, propeller and sometimes gear system is adopted additionally for the purpose of improving propeller's propulsion efficiency or connecting with PTO/PTI. The periodic excitation torques generated by combustion pressure in cylinder and reciprocating masses induce various kinds of vibrations in this shafting system. If the frequency of this excitation torques is equal to the natural frequency of the shafting, the amplitude of the torsional vibration increases steeply and the damage of crankshaft or gears may be occurred by that. This frequency is called critical speed. When making a plan for shafting system, it is important for this frequency to be expected exactly and not to be in commonly used speed. For this reason, this paper introduces the experimental equipment for torsional vibration of marine propulsion shafting system and describes the theoretic and the experimental methods to look for natural frequencies.

전문 건설업 재해분석과 위험도 산정방안 (Formulation for Producing Risk Level of Each Construction Work)

  • Risk level for each construction work can be very important factors to establish advanced preventionmeasures. But it is important how to produce it. There are three different methods to set it up for consturuction situation. They are as follows; 1) occurrence frequency = the number of accident workers of each work kind / yearly accident workers 2) occurrence frequency = the number of accident workers of each work kind / yearly workers 3) occurrence frequency = the number of accident workers of each work kind / the total workers All these three concepts(=averaged concept)are analyzed. Additionally frequency based on discrete curve, and severity based on continuous curve are also combined for producing risk level with more scientific approach. This risk level can be very useful to make prevention plan or take measures at construction sites. This is study result can change existing risk level concept to new concept of it, namely rail way work and in-water work showed be high risk level and RC work be low risk level, different from the situation which we have thought commonly, so far.

  • Due to the customer needs of reducing cost and delivery date shorting, prompt change in the production plan became more important. In the multi period system (For instance, production line.) where target processing time exists, production, idle and delay risks occur repeatedly for multiple periods. In such situations, delay of one process may influence the delivery date of an entire process. In this paper, we discuss the minimum expected cost of the case mentioned above, where the risk depends on the previous situation and occurs repeatedly for multiple periods. This paper considers the optimal switching frequency to minimize the total expected cost of the production process. In this paper, first, the optimal switching frequency model is proposed. Next, the mathematic formulation of the total expectation is presented. Finally, the policy of optimal switching frequency is investigated by numerical experiments.

코로나19에 따른 초등학교 급식 메뉴 제공 빈도의 변화 (Changes in Serving Frequency of Elementary School Meal due to COVID-19 Pandemic in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine changes in serving frequency of elementary school meal before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Number of menus provided in June and July of 2019 and 2020 were compared for 300 elementary schools in Korea. As a result, the serving frequency of la carte and dessert was increased after COVID-19. In addition, frequencies of main dishes such as pork cutlet, chicken, sweet and sour pork, hamburger steak, and so on using processed food were increased after COVID-19. Because of the longer serving time due to staggered serving, cook's working time for serving meals became longer. Therefore, it was judged that the number of servings of processed food was increased rather than the menu with a large amount of preprocessing work. Moreover, among desserts, fruits showed increased serving frequency. Serving frequencies for juice and dairy products were also increased. However, increased servings of juice and dairy products could increase sugar intake. Thus, a careful plan for menu composition is needed to provide balanced nutrients to students under emergency situations such as an infectious disease.

빅데이터 분석 기법을 활용한 도서관발전종합계획 동향 분석 연구 (Analysis Study on Trends of Library Development Plan by Using Big Data Analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 도서관발전종합계획에 대한 언론보도를 빅데이터 분석 기법을 활용하여 시기별 동향과 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 주요 포털 사이트를 통해 2009년부터 2017년까지 관련 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 텍스트 마이닝 과정을 통해 정제된 단어를 도출하였고 이를 바탕으로 빈도분석 및 중심성 분석, 구조적 등위성 분석 등을 수행하였다. 분석 결과 제1 2차 도서관발전종합계획이 시행되는 동안 도서관 정책의 흐름이 외연적 성장에서 도서관 운영의 내실화 고도화의 흐름으로 변화하고 있었으며, 도서관 시설 확충과 같은 특정 정책에 국한되어 언론보도가 이루어짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 도서관발전종합계획으로 대변되는 도서관 정책을 어떤 관점에서 인식하고 이해하고 있는지 확인하는데 유용한 자료로 사용될 수 있으며, 향후 도서관발전종합계획의 비전을 모색하는데 활용되기를 바란다.

화학공장의 사고피해 최소화 대책수립을 위한 영향범위 평가 (Estimation of Effect Zone for the Establishment of Damage-Minimizing Plan of Chemical Plants)

  • 화학공장에서 현실적인 사고피해 최소화 대책수립 방법을 제시하기 위하여 API-581 절차를 이용하여 누출 시 나리오를 설정하고, 정량적 원인분석이 가능한 한국형 위험기반검사(KS-RBI) 프로그램을 사용하여 사고 영향범위를 산출하였다. 그리고 위험성 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 화학공장의 사고피해를 최소화하기 위해서는 4가지 누출공의 크기(소, 중, 대 및 파열)와 검출 및 차단 시스템의 등급에 따른 누출시간을 사용하고, 고장빈도에 의한 가중평균과 최악의 누출의 경우를 동시에 고려한 피해면적을 산출하여 비상조치계획을 수립하는 것이 바람직하였다.
