쇠고기 이력제 정착을 위한 주부들의 쇠고기 이력제의 이용실태, 인식도 및 이용의도 분석 (Analysis on Housewives' Usage, Perception and Willingness to Use Beef Traceability for Settlement of Beef Traceability)

  • This study examined the usage, perception and willingness to use beef traceability. The data were collected from 255 housewives in Busan and Gyeongnam region through a self-administered questionnaire. Frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted by SPSS Windows V.20.0. Only twelve percent of the respondents experienced to use beef traceability. Most respondents checked it by kiosk or bar code reader in a store. On the other hand, eighty-eight percent did not use beef traceability. The reasons for not usage of it were "Do not know beef traceability very well", "Do not know how to use beef traceability", and "Information from packing or counters is reliable" in order. In the level of perception of beef traceability, safety assurance was highest, followed by information quality, usefulness, and information accessibility. The percentage of correct answers of knowledge about beef traceability was not high. The multiple regression analysis showed that employment status, knowledge about beef traceability, information quality, information accessibility, and usefulness were significant factors to affect the willingness using beef traceability.

산업기술분야 학술지 이용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Usage of Industry & Technology Joumals)

  • 본 연구는 산업기술정보원이 보유하고 있는 산업기술분야 학술지 이용에 관한 것이다. 학술지 이용 연구의 대상은 1995년부터 1999년까지 과거 5년간 복사 이용된 통계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 학술지 장서의 19%가 전체 복사 요구의 93%를 충족하였다. 그리고 본 연구를 통하여 학술지 이용 패턴도 파악되었다. 학문 주제분야별 분석 결과는 화학 및 화학공학 분야가 가장 빈도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 학술지 복사빈도 순위와 SCI 순위와의 비교 결과, 복사빈도 순위와 SCI 인용빈도 순위와는 상관성이 있었으나, 영향계수 순위와는 상관성이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 국내에서 해외 학술 전자저널 이용과 학술지 영향력 지수의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 이 연구에서는 컨소시엄 기반으로 사이트 라이선스 형식으로 유통중인 American Chemical Society, Science, Elsevier, Wiley 등 4개 출판사 전자학술지의 2006년 이용량과 ISI의 JCR 2006에 등재된 영향력지수간의 상관관계를 중심으로 분석하였다. 이용량 분석 대상은 국내에서 상대적으로 이용량이 많으면서 이들 4개 출판사의 전자저널을 모두 라이선싱하고 있는 4개 대학과 5개 연구소를 택하였으며, JCR 영향력지수 부여 여부와 출판사, 주제 및 기관유형별로 학술지 영향력지수와 전자학술지 이용의 상관관계를 분석하였다.

결혼이민자 여성소비자의 디지털정보격차지수 결정 요인: 연령별 차이 연구 (Age-related differences in the digital divide: Focusing on married female immigrants)

  • This study analyzes the determining factors of the digital divide index in married female immigrants based on panel data from the National Information Society Agency (2016). There were 287 participants, all of whom owned a smartphone. The study divided the consumer groups into three age groups: 20-29, 30-39, and 40-49 years. SPSS 19.0 was used to statistically analyze the results. The findings of the analysis were described using frequency, descriptive, cross-tab, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research are as follows. First, nationality, acquisition of Korean nationality, and duration of living in Korea were significantly different among the three groups. Second, digital competency and online service usage were also significantly different among the three groups. Third, PC usage ability, mobile usage ability, and diversity of online usage significantly influenced the digital divide index in all age groups. Fourth, residential duration in Korea significantly decreased the digital divide index for groups in their 30s and 40s. Fifth, Loneliness significantly increased the digital divide index for groups in their 20s. Sixth, depression significantly increased the digital divide index for groups in their 30s. The study will help to further understand age-related differences and the digital divide of married female immigrants.

다채널 쇼핑과 고객만족: 쇼핑경험과 고객-기업 관계특성의 역할 (Multichannel Shopping and Customer Satisfaction: The Role of Shopping Experience and Customer-Firm Relationship Characteristics)

  • 최근의 유통환경에서 다채널 고객관리(multichannel customer management)가 실무적 및 이론적으로 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 기업수준에서 소비자의 다채널 쇼핑이 기업성과를 제고하는 것과 밀접한 관련성이 있는 것으로 알려져 있으나 이론적으로 이러한 결과가 발생하는 원인에 대하여 채널 중심적으로 제한적이고 예측적인 설명만이 이루어져 왔다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 다채널 쇼핑의 기업성과 증대의 원인으로서 고객만족과의 관계에 대한 심층적인 이해를 위하여 다채널 이용-쇼핑경험-고객만족의 연결을 체계적이고 실증적으로 검토하였다. 이와 더불어 고객유형 별 차별화된 쇼핑경험 제공의 필요성을 설명하기 위하여 다채널 이용과 쇼핑경험과의 관계에서 고객-기업 관계특성의 조절적 역할을 검토하였다. 다채널 유통업체의 660명의 고객을 대상으로 설문조사와 고객 데이터베이스를 통합한 자료를 바탕으로 가설검증을 수행하였다. 다채널 이용을 구매의사결정과정에서의 정보탐색과 제품구매 단계에서의 다채널 이용으로 구분하고 쇼핑경험을 편리성과 즐거움으로 구분하여 검토한 결과 다채널 이용과 고객만족과의 관계에서 쇼핑경험은 매개변수로서의 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 즉, 기업의 다채널 고객관리 목적은 고객의 쇼핑목적으로서 편리성과 즐거움을 제공하여야 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 또한 고객-기업 관계특성으로서 관계기간과 구매빈도를 대상으로 검토한 결과 다채널 이용과 즐거움과의 관계에서 구매빈도는 조절변수로서의 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다채널 전략의 목표설정 및 차별화된 다채널 고객관리 관점에서 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze correlation of perceived cosmetics brand apps attributes and use intentions, mediating role of customer satisfaction, and relationship between customer satisfaction and continuous usage intention. Then provide basic data for development management strategy of beauty industry and enhancement of competitiveness corresponding to smart era. Methods: The questionnaires were surveyed by an online company(EMBRAIN). After data collection, frequency analysis was performed on the general attributes of questionnaire survey using SPSS 22.0, and data conclusions were derived by verifying reliability and validity of data and hypotheses. Results: First, perceived cosmetic brand app attributes have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, Second, perceived cosmetic brand app attributes have a positive effect on continuous usage intention. Third, customer satisfaction was found to have a mediating role in the effect of perceived cosmetic brand app attributes on continuous usage intention. Fourth, involvement proved to control the relationship between perceived cosmetic brand app attributes perceived interactivity and customer satisfaction. Finally, Involvement has proven to control the relationship between cosmetic brand app attributes perceived interactivity and continuous usage intention. Conclusion: Consumers buying products from cosmetics brand apps will be more likely to use cosmetics brand apps if they feel comfortable with calculation process, search, booking confirmation and payment methods.

What factors influence continuous usage intention of head-mounted display-based virtual reality content?: a cross-sectional survey

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to explore the continuous usage intention of head-mounted display-based virtual reality (HMD-based VR) content among college students. The study also sought to understand how this intention is influenced by factors related to personal cognition, social aspects, VR content, and HMD-related elements. Methods: This descriptive correlational study used a self-report questionnaire to survey 217 students from two universities in Korea who had prior experience with HMD-based VR content. Results: The mean score for continuous usage intention of HMD-based VR content was 2.59±0.57 points (range, 1-5 points). Regarding the average frequency of HMD-based VR content usage, 64.5% of participants reported using it 1 to 2 times, while 91.7% indicated a total HMD-based VR usage period of less than 6 months. Factors such as personal cognition, VR content, social aspects, and HMD-related elements had explanatory power of 35.1%, 10.7%, 4.4%, and 2.5%, respectively, for the continuous usage intention of HMD-based VR content. Additionally, engagement (β=.45, p<.001), influential others (β=.37, p<.001), environmental support (β=-.18, p=.030), and cyber sickness (β=-.21, p=.001) were identified as having a significant influence. Conclusion: When developing HMD-based VR content, strategies to improve users' personal cognition should be included. Additionally, it is necessary to develop strategies that enhance enjoyment and interest in the content, while also facilitating ongoing social support. Furthermore, coping strategies should be devised that take into account cyber sickness, a potential side effect of these devices.

병원이용빈도와 진료수익성 분석을 통한 외래환자 시장세분화 (Segmenting Outpatients by the Analysis of Usage and Revenue Indicators)

  • The research objective is segmenting outpatients for CRM(Customer Relationship Management) in medical service. Using modified RFM(Recently, Frequency, Monetary) method based on frequency and profitability in the hospital, the data were analyzed with the data mining technique. The result can be summarized as follows : The outpatients were semented into the four groups: 1) the loyal patient group, who have kept visiting until recently and give high profitability; 2) potential loyal patient group, who give lower profitability but high frequency of use, 3) potential withdrawer patient group, who have lower frequency of use but give high profitability and; 4) withdrawer patient group, who give low frequency of use and have not visited recently.

자동차 정기검사 주기에 관한 고찰 (A Consideration on the Inspection Frequency of the Periodic Technical Vehicle Inspection)

  • The periodic technical vehicle inspection is to prevent the accident through the finding and fixing the defects of the vehicle. The periodic technical vehicle inspection in Korea was studied for assessing the adequacy of the inspection frequency. The inspection frequencies of many countries including EU, USA and Japan were compared. The average mileages by the vehicle usage and type were represented. The warranty period and recommended replacement period of parts of the domestic auto makers was studied. Currently, the inspection frequency for the periodic technical vehicle inspection in Korea is appropriate. The pass-fail rate and the cost-benefit analysis for the periodic technical inspection in Korea will be needed in the decision making process for the inspection frequency.

치과기공 CAD/CAM 사용에 대한 실태변화 (Changes in the Usage of Dental Technology CAD/CAM)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the usage of CAD/CAM, which is one of dental technologist duties, in an effort to look for any possible changes in the usage of CAD/CAM. It's specifically meant to compare the results of this study with those of Lee Jong-do, Park Kwang-Sig(2011)'s study in March, 2011, to determine if there were any changes over the past four years. The selected variables that were investigated were the ownership of CAD/CAM, awareness of it, the route of acquiring the first information on it, the merits and demerits of its usage, usage experience and educational experience about it. Methods: An online survey was conducted on the dental technologists who worked in urban communities including metropolitan cities to find out the usage of CAD/CAM in 2015 from July 15 to 31, 2015, after existing questionnaire items were modified. The collected data were analyzed by IBM SPSS statistics 22.0, and statistical data on frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation for each item were obtained. To figure out the characteristics of the subjects and the relationship between their occupational characteristics and the usage of CAD/CAM, crosstabs, independent-samples t-test and one-way ANOVA were utilized. As for the usage of CAD/CAM in 2011, the results of Lee Jong-do, Park Kwang-Sig(2011)'s study were selected, and then a comparative analysis was made. The level of significance was all set at .05. Total 250 questionnaires were distributed to them, and 190(76.0%) were returned. After excluding 23 whose answers were uncertain or seemed to lack reliability, total 167(66.8%) were used in final analysis. Results: As a result of analyzing the usage of CAD/CAM that was one of dental technologist duties, there was a great increase in the ownership of CAD/CAM in their workplaces from 2.4 percent in 2011 to 71.7 percent in 2015, and there was an improvement in awareness about it and the necessity of its usage as well. In 2011, the Internet and mass media were the most common route that they got to know about it. They had a strong tendency to acquire related knowledge through education in 2015, and there were some changes in the products that they used or preferred. In both years, the great merit of CAD/CAM was the simplified manufacturing process of restoration, and it had another great advantages in 2015 such as the improved quality of restoration or improved environments for dental technology. Concerning disadvantages, high price was a big problem in 2011. In 2015, not only price but the burden of material costs, frequent breakdown, poor demand among dental clinics and a lack of CAD/CAM professionals were pointed out a lot. In the future, this researcher intends to make research to seek ways of improving CAD/CAM professionals. Conclusion: There was more awareness of CAD/CAM in 2015 than in 2011 when the changes in awareness of it were analyzed, and the finding suggest the necessity of sustained education and concern.
