산청군 생초면 일대에 분포한 심성암체의 분화에 관한 연구:마그마분화의 미량원소 모델링 (Differentiation of the Plutonic Rocks in Saengcho-myon, Sancheong-gun:Trace Element Modelling for the Magmatic Differentiation)

  • The anorthositic rocks and the many other plutons which are of different varieties and age were distributed in the northern extremity of the distributed areas of H-S anorthositic rocks. The purpose of this study was to find plutons which had comagmatic relationships, and to make clear the magmatic process of anorthositic magma. The plutons were classified, and the petrological and the geochemical characteristics of the plutons were compared and researched in this study. And, because, like anorthosite, the rocks which intrude in the deep crust accompany assimilation, an AFC model calculation was performed to make the differentiation process of the anorthositic rocks clear. The plutons in this area were classified into three groups, and the three groups were composed of the Precambrian anorthositic rocks and related rocks, the Jurassic gabbro, and the plutons of undnown age. The anorthositic magma was differentiated from the anorthositic rocks through the tonalite to the alkali-feldspar granite, and it was differentiated under K, Mg, Fe free/lack condition. It was found from the result of AFC model that the anorthositic rocks were differentiated by fractional crystallization, but they were assimilated with wall-rocks, and the assimilation was performed at the rate of r$\leq$0.1. The plutons which intruded the anorthositic rocks subsequently consisted of the gabbro, the megacrystic granite, the fine-grained granite, and the gneissose granite. But they were formed by the repeated intrusion of magma, which may, or may not, be of the same origin. According to the result of the RCF model, these plutons were differentiated by simple fractional crystallization, and they were assimilated relatively less than the anorthositic rocks.

유리차수 적분을 이용한 전동기 속도제어 (Motor Speed Control Using the Fractional Order Integral)

  • 본 연구는 유리 차수 미분의 수학적인 방법을 시스템의 응답을 제어하는 제어기에 적용하고자 한다. 따라서 제어기로 구성하기 위해서는 유리수 지수에 대한 적분기를 이산시간으로 변환하여 설계한다. IP 제어기는 오차에 대한 적분제어기를 구성하고 비례제어기는 시스템 출력만 적용하는 구조이다. 유리 차수 적분기를 IP 제어기의 적분제어기에 활용함으로 제어기를 설계한다. 먼저 PI 제어기와 IP 제어기의 성능을 비교하고, 설계된 제어기를 전동기의 속도 제어에 적용한다. 그 결과 전동기의 출력상태인 속도가 균일하며 정밀한 제어 성능을 얻을 수 있었다. 정상상태의 속도오차가 0.1 [%] 이내 이고, 오버슈트가 없는 정밀하며 균일한 속도 제어 성능을 가짐을 확인할 수 있었다.

BARRIER OPTIONS UNDER THE MFBM WITH JUMPS : APPLICATION OF THE BDF2 METHOD

  • In this paper we consider a mixed fractional Brownian motion (mfBm) with jumps. The prices of European barrier options can be evaluated by solving a partial integro-differential equation (PIDE) with variable coefficients, which is derived from the mfBm with jumps. The 2-step backward differentiation formula (BDF2 method) proposed in [6] is applied with the second-order convergence rate in the time and spatial variables. Numerical simulations are carried out to observe the convergence behaviors of the BDF2 method under the mfBm with the Kou model.

광주(光州) 북동부(北東部)에 분포(分布)하는 소위(所謂) 편상화강암(片狀花崗岩)에 관(關)한 암석학적(岩石學的) 연구(硏究) (Petrologic Study on the so-called Schistose Granites in the northeastern part of the Kwangju)

  • This studg is to clarify intrusion sequence and petrogenetic processes of the so-called schistose granites in the northeastheastern part of the Kwangju, Chonnam Province. The study area is composed of the Pre-cambrian and Unknown age metasediments, the Unknown age schistose granites and basic plutons, the Cretaceous sedimentary and volcanic rocks, and the Cretaceous Ogang-ri granite and dykes. The schistose granites of the study area is divided into three rock units based on relative intrusion age, mineralogical constituent and texture;SoonChang schistose granite, two mica granite and Sam-o-ri schistose granite. The schistose granites intruded into metasediments, are intruded by Ogang-ri granite and dikes, and overlain by the Cretaceous sedimentary and volcanic rocks. The schistose granites vary widely in composition (granite-granodiorite-tonalite) and content of porphyroblastic feldspar Caugen and rectangular shaped). The foliation of schistose granites shows similar trend to the Shinian direction. In especially, strong foliation reflects dynamic metamorphism by mortar texture and much content of well oriented biotite. These schistose granites are characterized by its gray feldspar porphyroblasts. This feldspar is considered to be formed by potassic metasomatism and assimilation of pelitic metasediments of unexposed highly metamorphosed rocks deeply buried under the level of the schistose granites emplacement. Variation of silica versus oxides of major elements shows that the schistose granites are similar to the trend of Daly's average basalt-andesite-dacite-rhyolite which shows the trend of the fractional crystallization of magma. AMF diagram shows that the schistose granite is corresponded to contaminated differentiation products such as Lower California batholith and Cascade lava. These evidence suggest that the schistose granite is a series of differentiation products formed by fractional crystallization that associated with srtongly contamination and potassic metasomatism.

제천(提川) 화강암체(花崗岩體)에 대(對)한 암석학적(岩石學的) 연구(硏究) (Petrological Study on the Jecheon granite mass)

  • The Jecheon granite mass has turtle-shape exposure of about $190km^2$ at vicinity of Jecheon-eup, and is elongated in the direction of NEE-SWW. It discordantly intrudes the Bakdalryong metamorphic rocks and the great limestone series(Samtaesan and Hungwolri formation) which belong to the pre-Cambrian and Ordovician, respectively. The mass is composed of five facies of different grain size; texture and charecteristic minerals. The five facies are (1) coarse grained biotite granodiorite, (2) fine grained hornblende biotite granodiorite, (3) coarse grained pink feldspar granodiorite (4) leucogranite, and (5) porphyritic biotite granite. The mutual relationship between each facies is intrusion in (1)-(2) and (2)-(3), but unknown in (3)-(4) and (4)-(5). 22 modal analyses and and 10 chemical analyses on more than a hundred of representative samples taken from the mass are listed as tables. Triangular plot of modal and normative Q-Kf-Pl of this mass show a continuous differentiation products from certain common magma by change of chemical composition and anorthite contents in plagioclase. The metamorphic facies of contact aureole in surrounding rocks adjacent to the granite body are corresponded to hornblende hornfels facies with mineral assemblages of wollastonite-diopside-calcite in calcareous rocks, and of quartz-biotite-muscovite-cordierite in argillaceous rocks. Variation of silica versus oxides of major elements shows that the mass is similar to the trend of Daly's average basalt-andesite-dacite-rhyolite which shows the trend of the fractional crystallization of magma, and is equivalent to the calc-alkali rock series by Peacock. AMF diagram shows that Jecheon granite mass is equivalent to normal diffentiation products such as skaergaard intrusion. The above evidences suggest that the Jecohon granite mass is normal differentiation products formed by fractional crystallization under relatively slow cooling condition.

Assessment of Diffusion Tensor Imaging Parameters of Hepatic Parenchyma for Differentiation of Biliary Atresia from Alagille Syndrome

  • Objective: To assess diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) parameters of the hepatic parenchyma for the differentiation of biliary atresia (BA) from Alagille syndrome (ALGS). Materials and Methods: This study included 32 infants with BA and 12 infants with ALGS groups who had undergone DTI. Fractional anisotropy (FA) and mean diffusivity (MD) of the liver were calculated twice by two separate readers and hepatic tissue was biopsied. Statistical analyses were performed to determine the mean values of the two groups. The optimum cut-off values for DTI differentiation of BA and ALGS were calculated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis. Results: The mean hepatic MD of BA (1.56 ± 0.20 and 1.63 ± 0.2 × 10-3 mm2/s) was significantly lower than that of ALGS (1.84 ± 0.04 and 1.79 ± 0.03 × 10-3 mm2/s) for both readers (r = 0.8, p = 0.001). Hepatic MD values of 1.77 and 1.79 × 10-3 mm2/s as a threshold for differentiating BA from ALGS showed accuracies of 82 and 79% and area under the curves (AUCs) of 0.90 and 0.91 for both readers, respectively. The mean hepatic FA of BA (0.34 ± 0.04 and 0.36 ± 0.04) was significantly higher (p = 0.01, 0.02) than that of ALGS (0.30 ± 0.06 and 0.31 ± 0.05) for both readers (r = 0.80, p = 0.001). FA values of 0.30 and 0.28 as a threshold for differentiating BA from ALGS showed accuracies of 75% and 82% and AUCs of 0.69 and 0.68 for both readers, respectively. Conclusion: Hepatic DTI parameters are promising quantitative imaging parameters for the detection of hepatic parenchymal changes in BA and ALGS and may be an additional noninvasive imaging tool for the differentiation of BA from ALGS.

상주(尙州) 남서부(南西部)에 분포(分布)하는 화성암류(火成岩類)에 대(對)한 암석지화학적(岩石地化學的) 연구(硏究) (Petrogeochemical Study on the Igneous Rocks of Southwestern Part of the Sangju Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the nature of the differentiation and petrogenesis of igneous rocks in comparison with experimental results based on petrological and geochemical criteria. Study area is composed of the Precambrian granitic gneiss complex, Triassic meladiorite and biotite granodiorite, Jurassic biotite granite, and Cretaceous quartz porphyry. According to the data of EPMA, the clinopyroxene and orthopyroxene of meladiorite come under salite and hypersthene, respectively. Such results suggests that meladiorite is incipient differentiated products of basic magma under slow cooling condition. The petrochemical data of variation diagram of major element oxides vs. silica and of trace element oxide vs. silica, AMF triangle diagram and trace elements suggests that igneous rocks of study area are plutonic rocks belong to calc alkali rock series of the source of comagma intruded-emplaced in the order of meladiorite, biotite granodiorite and biotite granite by fractional crystallization of magma.

반응표면분석 법을 이용한 인삼우유 중 사포닌 추출조건의 최적화 (Optimization of Saponin Extraction Conditions in Ginseng Milk using Response Surface Methodology)

  • To develop the methodology of the quantitative analysis of saponin in ginseng milk, conditions of the saponin extraction were optimized using the fractional factorial design with 3 variables and 3 levels by a RSM computer program. The extraction of saponin increased with an increase in extraction temperature up to $90^{\circ}C$ and then decreased significantly at $100^{\circ}C$. Extraction time affected the saponin yield in a similar trend. On the other hand, decreasing cooling temperature increased the amount of the saponin extracted. Recovery yield of the saponin from ginseng milk varied from 70.0% to 92.9%. The optimum extraction temperature, time and cooling temperature determined by partial differentiation of the model equation were $86^{\circ}C$, 2.83 hrs and $4^{\circ}C$, respectively. 사포닌 생산을 위한 인삼 root 액체배양조건의 최적화 (Optimization of Submerged (Ginseng Root Culture Conditions for the Production of Saponin)

  • 식물조직배양기술을 이용하석 인삼의 주요약리성분인 사포닌을 생산하고자, 식물생장조절물질로 유도된 인삼 root를 사용하여 사포닌 생산을 위한 최적액체배양조건을 RSM으로 조사하였다. 최적액체배양조건을 배지의 pH, sucrose 농도,nitrogen 농도, phosphate 농도의 3 level-4 factor의 fractional factorial design에 의하여 조사한 결과, 인삼 root의 사포닌 함량은 최저 0.174%에서 최고 0.303울까지 나타났다. 다중회귀분석으로 구한 model식을 가지고 등고분석과 3차원분석을 수행한 후 독립변수의 최저 또는 최고수준에서 종속변수가 최대치를 나타내지 않는 phosphate농도 변수에 대하여 model식을 편미분한 결과 인삼 roe떠 사포닌 함량이 최고치를 나타내는 액체배양조건은 pH 5.5, sucrose 5%, nitrogen 50 mg/L, phosphate 93 mg/L 예측되었다. 이렇게 결정된 조건값들을 model식에 대입하여 얻은 예상치는0.308%였다.

  • 식물조직배양기술을 이용하여 인삼 root를 생산하고자, 식물생장조절물질로 유도된 인삼 root를 사용하여 최적액체배양조건을 RSM을 이용하여 조사하였다. 최적액체배양조건을 배지의 pH, sucrose 농도, nitrogen 농도, phosphate 농도의 3 level-4factor의 fractional factorial design에 의하여 조사한 결과, 인삼 root의 생장율은 최저 1.00g에서 최고 2.33g까지 나타났다. 다중회기분석으로 구한 model식을 가지고 등고분석과 3차원분석을 수행한 후 독립변수의 최저 또는 최고수준에서 조속변수가 최대치를 나타내지 않는 배지의 pH와 sucrose농도의 변수에 대하여 model식을 편미분한 결과 인삼 root의 최적액체배양조건은 pH5.6, sucrose 3.8%, nitrogen 50mg/L, phosphate 80.7mg/L로 예측되었다. 이렇게 결정된최적조건값들을 model식에 대입하여 얻은 예상치는 2.36g 이었다.
