포화상태인 국내 공간정보산업시장을 확장하기 위해서는 해외 진출이 필수적이나, 현재의 공간정보산업 해외 진출 방식은 시장 확장에 한계를 보이고 있다. 산업 간 융합을 통한 공간정보산업 해외 진출은 인접 ODA 재원을 활용한 해외 진출을 가능하게 하고 국제 경쟁력을 보유한 산업과의 융합을 통한 선진국 진출을 가능하게 할 수 있다는 점에서 시장 확장의 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 산업 간 융합 방안을 수립하기 위해 먼저 복수의 해외 국가에 대한 상세 현황 조사를 수행하여 개발도상국 및 선진국의 수요를 분석하였다. 수요 분석 결과 산업 간 융합을 위해서 는 융합 용이성, 표준에 기반한 정보의 보안성, 열악한 인프라 극복, 다양한 수요 대응체계, 유지 보수체계의 마련이 필요하다는 것을 밝히고 이러한 수요를 충족시키기 위한 기술적/방법론적/법제도적 융합 기반을 모색하였다.

Multicultural Family Support Centers (MFSC) have provided five program areas including family, gender equality, human rights, social integration, and counseling since 2015. It is important to examine the MFSC staff's perceptions of the family programs and program needs for multicultural families to improve the effectiveness of these programs. In this study, we aim to explore the staff's perceptions of the family programs and to assess multicultural family program needs based on the family life cycle. A total of 130 MFSC staff were recruited through 128 MFSCs across Korea. Descriptive statistics were conducted for data analysis. Our findings revealed that MFSC staff have increasingly recognized that their target audiences are not only marriage immigrants and their families but also foreign workers' families and families from North Korea. In addition, the MFSC staff identified the importance of family programs instead of only programs for individual family members and multicultural families' different program needs based on their family life cycle. Contrary to the positive perception of the family programs, they described challenges of the family programs including a shortage of funds, difficulty recruiting family member combinations (e.g., couples, parent-child) for family programs, a lack of a program manual, and a heavy workload. This study provides insights into the family programs including their development and delivery.

This review was to suey the status of agricultural diseases, injuries and accidents among England, the USA, France, Japan, and Korea. For this purpose, detailed research objectives were to analyze the current national status of agricultural diseases, injuries and accidents in Korea and four foreign countries. To do so, related literature such as books, theses, articles, and web documents were collected and analyzed. The implications for industry and agricultural safety and health, diseases, occupational injuries and accidents of farmers thereby derived were as follows: 1) efforts on unifying administrative systems, 2) special support and management systems focusing on neglected subjects, 3) committees for collecting opinions and suggesting alternative policies on the behalf of various financiers, 4) aligned strategies including vision, goals, and long-term plans about national safety and health projects, 5) development of supporting systems considering the features of agriculture, 6) systematized national surveys about occupational injuries and accidents for basic statistics and national studies, 7) active prevention efforts against occupational injuries and accidents, and 8) specialized funds for the safety and health of farmers.

What's the direction of INTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN in 21 Century High Tech\ulcorner The purpose of this research is to show not only practical use of Computer Graphic(CG) as simple tool function, but offering conversation with computer and other ways of method. When we consider poor CG market, investment on the research of VR(Virtual Reality) is the most urgent. The investment on VR will solve various problems. Firstly. It will solve the problems drived from Interior design process by making spatial images like reality. Secondly, It will solve high wages and financial difficulties caused by raise cost funds. Thirdly, It prevents in a road from foreign company that will bring enormous program, caused by opening the domestic market. Also, It help interior designer check in advance the problems in constructure through showing him a supposed imagination including the system and location of equipments. But it is reality that even ordinary American can't offer VR(Virtual Reality) System. We should have noted that it is normal to spend 10 billion won for such presentation as Model House in the large corporation. We must acknowledge that it is such a waist of money nationally. Therefore, investment on CG & VR System is essential in order to save cost more effective presentation & interior design. We will see great result within a year. As we can see, there is huge area we have make develop. One of them is specific technical plan on VR System and study of flow chart. We close with simple methodological way to use VR System and will study Computer System. Which is fitting to CG that we have to solve the link of hardware and software on VR System\ulcorner We know from the cases in other countries that continuous research on this subject has great value for Interior Architectural Design and its effective use. When we try hard not only for methodological use but practical use, the purpose of CG and VR System will be a factor to contribute on this subject for better Interior design & presentation.

In this study, we tried to build a model which can deal with the efficient and effective operation of electric power industry, especially focused on the nuclear industry. Here, SD(system Dynamics) approach is used to visualize the underlying phenomenon of the nuclear power industry. SD is a methodology for studying and managing complex feedback systems, such as one finds in business and other social systems, The span of SD applications has grown extensively and now encompasses work in corporate planning and policy design, public management and policy, biological and medical modeling, energy and the environment. Recently, according to the report from KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation), they are considering delaying a new power plant construction. It may be based upon business fluctuation downsized from Korean economic crisis in 1997 and freezing of construction funds due to unstable foreign exchange rate. At this point, we need desperately a kind of strategic model that would contribute to cope with the current business situation, energy generation, Production, and resulting Pollution. Specifically, this model, using SD approach, starts with the detailed drawing of influence diagram, which describes those relevant key points on nuclear power generation systems in electric power industry of Korea. These include such (actors as the operation of nuclear industry and parameters related to the decision making for business policy. Based upon the above-mentioned influence diagram drawn, we developed SD simulation model to evaluate and analyze strategic management of KBPCO. Based on our analysis, we could demonstrate how simulation model can be applied to the real electric power generation in Korea.

연결재무제표는 자본시장의 국제화에 따라 기업의 해외자금을 조달과 외국인 투자기업 국제적기업에게 필요한 사항이다. 본 논문의 연결재무제표정보공시에 따른 분석결과는 첫째, 감사의견이 반영된 연결재무제표를 공시함으로써 신뢰하고 유용한 재무정보 제공이 된다. 둘째, 연결재무제표를 주 재무제표로 하고 개별재무제표를 보조 재무제표로 하는 국제적 정합성에 부합하게 된다. 국제회계기준 도입을 앞두고 국제회계기준 로드맵에 의하여 2009년부터 국내법인이 국제회계기준을 조기에 적용이 가능 할 것이다. 셋째, 연결손익계산서 대상으로 법인세를 과세하는 연결납세제도의 실용화를 촉진하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것이다(미국은 1917년, 일본은 2002년 연결납세제도 도입).

본 연구는 관광분야의 지리정보시스템 구축의 필요성이 제기되고 있어서 관광지리정보시스템의 구축 방안을 제시함에 목적이 있다. 이에 이론적 고찰 및 국내 외 관광지리정보시스템의 구축사례 분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 관광지리정보시스템 구축방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 관광자원정보 데이터베이스 및 관광지리정보 데이터베이스의 구축 및 유관 데이터베이스의 연계가 선행적으로 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 제도적 대책으로 정보통합기능 및 사업자들에 대한 지원제도가 마련되어야 한다. 셋째, 행정적 대책으로 부처간 조정협의회 설치 운영, 관광지리정보유통관리기구의 설치 및 지역관광종합정보센터가 설립 운영되어야 한다. 넷째, 투자 재원을 확충하는 재원조달 대책이 수립되어야 한다. 마지막으로는 전문인력 양성 대책으로 대학에 관광지리정보학과를 신설하여 관광지리정보시스템 전문가를 양성하여야 한다.

The category killer that has been rapidly growing mainly in advanced countries since early 1990's, is a mew distribution model which aims for obtaining market controlling power by surpassing competing businesses in a specific area of products. The domestic situation of category killers is very different from that of advanced ones abroad since it has just been introduced into the Korean market. At the moment, there are only 10 or so companies operating in the market : Geopyung's , Taeheng's , Midopa's , of Sinsegye Department store, adn of Yerim International. The purpose of this study is to examine problems of domestic companies in the present market by analysing the operation status of category killers in domestic markets as well as foreign ones, and to suggest a counter-strategy of category killers for the distribution environment of the 21st century to improve the competitiveness of Korean distribution industry. The competitiveness of category killers lies above all in products lines. Category killers are equipped with the greatest number of products lines among those of competing businesses due to maximized product selections in an limited range. Another source of competitiveness may be found in balanced strategy positioning. That is to say, category killers are in a position where they can adjust policies towards any of the three purposes while aiming at them altogether : prices of discount stores, products range of specialty stores, and customer service level of department stores. It is also necessary for efficient store operation to use information technology such as electronic data interchange (EDI), electronic pose system(EPOS) and electronic funds transfer (EFTPOS). As for the cost structure, category killers can gain an advantage over other business since operating cost of various sections can be saved. There are, however, certain risks that category killers with strong competitiveness may influence on other businesses a great deal and even facilitate their decline. Yet it seems that the growth of category killers will be more viciously restrained by continuous challenges from other businesses. The distribution industry is supposed to develop through such competition and restraint.

Based on the obtained results of the study, the most problematic issues and legal conflicts are identified, which are related to the ratio of norms of domestic and foreign legislation, taking into account the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine and the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On international agreements". Along with this, it is stated in this scientific article that there are a number of provisions and examples of positive practice on the specified topic abroad and in international legal acts today, which should be used by Ukraine both in improving legislation on the issues of banking activity and in increasing the level of criminal legal protection of relevant critical infrastructure facilities, especially those that are substantively related to prevention and counteraction of activity, with regard to the legalization (laundering) of criminally obtained funds, financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, which is quite relevant for our state, given the military conflict that is taking place on its territory in the Donbass. Again, in the same context, the need for more active cooperation between Ukraine and the FATF (international body developing a policy to combat money laundering) has been proven.
