When the process of planning and production of Pororo is to be analyzed, scientific and meticulous contents planning which considered even cultural discount, and collaborative business partnership which maximized the strength of each participants are found to be the main success factors. Owing to them, Pororo has resulted in continuous profit making through various outlets, the production of series up to 4 seasons, and successful sales in foreign markets. However, OSMU strategy as the key business strategy was not intended from the stage of planning, but was resulted as the business process after good contents were created. In order to have more successful cases like Pororo, and to build a good animation industry ecosystem, efforts by the industry and effective supporting system by the governments should be met.

This study examines whether Korean rating agencies such as Korea Investors Service (KIS), National Information & Credit Evaluation (NICE), and Korea Ratings Corporation (KR), incorporate corporate governance into their corporate bond ratings in Korea. We find that the Korean rating agencies assign higher ratings to the bonds issued by Chaebol (Korean business group) affiliated firms. Our results also indicate that those rating agencies give higher ratings to the bonds with greater foreign investor share ownership. Moreover, if the rating agencies value corporate governance, higher rated firms should issue bonds at lower yield to maturity. We discover that Chaebol affiliation is counted favorably by the rating agencies. We find that investors are willing to pay lower risk premium for bonds with higher institutional ownership, but higher risk premium to bonds with greater equity ownership in the form of depository receipts. Therefore, even if the rating agencies and investors in Korea consider corporate governance (Chaebol affiliation and ownership structure) an important determinant in bond ratings and the yields to maturity, they have opposite views on institutional ownership and share ownership in the form of depository receipts.

It is a necessity to localize various elements when one tries to introduce any games developed from foreign cultures and languages. This whole process is called "localization (l10n)" which inevitably includes translation tasks. In this process, one should convert multiple unique elements into the required cultural and linguistic environments. This paper provides actual localization cases of "puns" appear in an adventure game, which is especially difficult; also it presents several typical types of translations for the puns that professional translators try. By this observation, this paper discusses some characteristics of game, as a medium, which are different from those of traditional media and proper approaches to translate "puns."

The location based service means the service using the location information and the service used based on the location information comes into the spotlight as the critical information of the future mode townsman ubiquitous-City construction. LBS settles down as the core element of ITS or the telematics as the cutting edge technology appearing according to the power generation of the mobile communication technology and recently gradually broadens a range to the public safety service including the distribution management, the asset management, a children and old and the weak protection means, the disaster preparation rescue service like the E-911 of U.S. In the national, the technical regulations about the ground wave LBS was established at November 2005 for the first time in the country. but it actually operated and problems were deduced. Therefore, in this paper, domestic and foreign LBS usage trend and technical standards case try to be analyzed for the revision of the technical regulations of the ground wave LBS serviced in the national and the national technical standards bill for the revision tries to be prepared based on this.

Based on investigating and analyzing the cases of advanced foreign universities that have already included ERP courses in their education systems, this study proposed the ways of incorporating ERP courses into Korean universities' curriculums in terms of the following three areas: 1) development of ERP courses, 2) establishment and maintenance of ERP education environment, 3) continuous evaluation and improvement of ERP education implementation. As reasonable ERP courses, "Introduction to ERP" targeted to educating overall basic concepts in ERP system and business administration, "ERP System Implementation" for fostering business process design and system implementation skills, "ERP Programming" such as ABAP for the purpose of customizing ERP system, and "Strategic Use of ERP" dealing with ERP package selection and implementation methodologies of effective utilization of ERP systems were suggested. Regarding the establishment and maintenance of ERP education environment, single server architecture model that contained both database and application was proposed with the intention of set-up cost saving and maintenance efficiency. As for the evaluation and improvement on ERP education implementation, its methodologies were introduced through analyzing the advanced cases. Finally in addition to the above three areas, critical success factors for effectively launching ERP education in the universities were suggested through reviewing the previous case studies.

Internet accessibility has been growing due to the diffusion of smartphones in today's society. Therefore, people can generate data anywhere and are confronted with the challenge that they should process a large amount of data. Since the appearance of relational database management system (RDBMS), most of the recent information systems are built by utilizing it. RDBMS uses foreign-keys to avoid data duplication. The transactions in the database use attributes, such as atomicity, consistency, isolation, durability (ACID), which ensures that data integrity and processing results are stably managed. The characteristic of RDBMS is that there is high data reliability. However, this results in performance degradation. Meanwhile, from among these information systems, some systems only require high-performance rather than high reliability. In this case, if we only consider performance, the use of NoSQL provides many advantages. It is possible to reduce the maintenance cost of the information system that continues to increase in the use of open source software based NoSQL. And has a huge advantage that is easy to use NoSQL. Therefore, in this study, we prove that the leverage of NoSQL will ensure high performance than RDBMS by applying NoSQL to database systems that implement RDBMS.

Due to increasing consume market, corporate social responsibility and activity have been required to increase also. Corporate social responsibility is defined self-regulation for public profit such as dignity of human and eco-friendly contrary to it focus on making profit first before. In this study, promoting awareness the need for eco-friendly packaging by divided corporate and consumer and introducing the concept of corporate social responsibility. In addition investigated case analysis of domestic and foreign companies's activities of eco-friendly packaging currently. Based on this, proposed the reason that companies should do eco-friendly packaging for fulfill companies do their social responsibility.

Environmental monitoring system has been adopted and supplemented as inspection measures for the quantitative and qualitative changes of environmental impact assessment (EIA). Meanwhile it has been continuously pointed out that there is insufficient connection between environmental monitoring system and EIA. Often the agreed environmental impact assessment has not been fulfilled due to the argument of the cost, timing and situations of construction sites. Thus the purpose of this study is in search of the rationalized environmental monitoring system in order to harmonize the development and environmental conservation through the improvement of unreasonable aspects of the current EIA execution process. As to comply with the purpose, this research was carried out with three different but complimentary sources: environmental laws and regulations, foreign case studies of Japan, U.S.A. and Canada, and interviews with 73 experts. Finally, improved environmental monitoring system has been introduced reflecting the present process of EIA.

Purpose: In case of facial injury, a canalicular injury is common. Many methods and materials have been used for reconstruction of lacrimal canaliculi. Silicone tube is the most widely used material, generally with pigtail probe or stainless steel probe. But it has still many problems. The authors guess that reconstruction using Mini $Monoka^{(R)}$ will reduce those problems and will be more successful. Methods: From July, 2003 to November, 2006 in 24 patients with canalicular injury, 11 cases were recon- structed with former silicone tube and 13 cases were treated with Mini $Monoka^{(R)}$. Results: The mean follow-up period was 3 months. The results of reconstruction were classified into three groups(Normal, Fair, Poor). In 13 cases with Mini $Monoka^{(R)}$ stent, 10 cases were normal, 3 were fair, and no poor cases. But in 11 cases with bicanaliculus silicone stent, 6 cases were normal, 3 were fair, and 2 were poor. Conclusion: Compared with bicanaliculus silicone stent, Mini $Monoka^{(R)}$ stent is fixed well, has no aesthetic problems, makes less foreign body sensation. And the results were successful.
