  • Purpose: This study aims to propose an integrated MCDM model to support the qualified personnel selection in the distribution science. Research design, data, and methodology: The integrated approach of AHP and TOPSIS was employed to address the personnel selection problem. The AHP method was used to define the weights of the selection criteria, whereas the TOPSIS was applied to rank alternatives. The proposed model was then applied into a leading logistics company to select the best alternatives to be the sales deputy manager. Results: The results showed that Candidate 3 is the most qualified personnel for the sales deputy manager position as he is ranked first in the order of preference for recruitment. Conclusions: The proposed model provides the decision makers with more effective and time-saving methods than conventional ones. Therefore, the model can be applied to personnel selection around the world. In terms of theoretical contribution, this study proposes a personnel selection model for choosing the most appropriate candidates. In addition, the study adds to the theory of human resources management and logistics management the full set of personnel selection criteria including education, experience, skills, health, personality traits and foreign language.

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of strengthening program for improving the muscle strength and body function in rehabilitation of patients with stroke Methods : We found the 15 precedent studies at online portal site of "Korea education and Research information service" and found 5 precedent studies at "Pubmed". We analyzed and describe the total 19 studies involving national and international research. Results : The strengthening exercise was adapted to lower extremities and trunk muscle of participants and the isokinetic (concentric and eccentric) exercise was most of exercise type and then manual isometric exercise, functional activities, progressive task oriented resistance exercise, PNF pattern exercise was following. The studies reported that the strengthening program increased target muscle strength and improved balance capacity and walking function for the participants positively. Conclusion : Conclusionally the several strengthening program can be the intervention to increase the muscle strength without increasing spasticity for patients with stroke. We think that the strengthening of lower extremities an improve balance capacity and walking ability and it can use the intervention to change the quality of life in patients with stroke. More than 3weeks strength program might be effectiveness, in case of acute patients with stroke, the improving of muscle strength is available but need to study for improving balance and walking capacity more in the future.

  • The government is establishing a national governance system so that research data can be systematically preserved and reused as a national asset. Recently, as DMP submission has become mandatory in some research institutes, it is a reality that DMP preparation is becoming a necessity for researchers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a template so that the researcher can easily write the DMP that must be submitted when planning the project. To develop such a DMP template, 27 domestic and foreign DMP templates were investigated and analyzed, and as a result, a DMP template for domestic researchers was proposed. It is judged that the DMP template proposed as a result of this study can be used as an exemplary case that can be used in other research institutes and universities.

  • This study examines the trends of domestic and foreign smart industries and discusses safety and security issues. Based on the actual situation survey and interview of the smart factory, we would like to examine the perspectives on risks and threats. We will examine safety and health issues related to new harmful and risk factors that may occur in smart factories and suggest institutional development directions for future safety and health. First, a safety and health-related work environment for smart factory workers is investigated and interviews are conducted. Second, we investigate new risk factors and threats to prevent industrial accidents for workers in smart factories. The purpose of this study is to examine what are the new risk factors in the smart factory. In addition, we will try to find reasonable improvement measures by finding out the risks and threats of smart factories through case studies in advanced countries, on-site interviews and surveys.

  • Since the 2000s, the demand for private demolition works has been gradually increasing as the apartment housing market has been led by redevelopment and reconstruction. In the case of the military, the Ministry of National Defense is consolidating troops from each military unit to reorganize the unit structure in accordance with Defense Reform 2.0; the plan includes reducing the garrison used by each unit to 70% of its current level. Accordingly, the demand for demolition work in the military is also expected to increase. However, the military regulations do not reflect the relevant laws that have been revised recently. This study identifies regulations and system improvements for demolition work suitable for the military based on an analysis of accident cases that have occurred during demolition work, of domestic and foreign laws and regulations related to military demolition work, and of the problems with current military safety management at each stage of planning, design, and construction. The study subsequently proposes improvements for military demolition work, including budget execution adjustment, the establishment of training courses, on-site inspections, the development of guidelines for military demolition work, the provision of risk assessment standards, and the need for the qualification of equipment operators.
