  • LCD (liquid crystal display) industry is needed to goods of high reliability and is interested in products without harmful material. In this experiment, we made the LED backlight unit for Automotive-navigation. And for making this backlight unit we used to eight side emitting type white LEDs with 1W high power of the lumileds company. We could know that this backlight unit releases to 6500 nit in 14W power consumption and start up voltage time is under the15ms in the ambient temperature $-20^{\circ}C$.

  • The current flat type side slip tester measures only the total side slip. Therefore, measurement techniques which can be used to determine the side slip for each alignment element were examined. Because the side slip related to the camber angle varies depending on the unit load per travel wheel while the side slip related to the toe angle does not on the unit per travel wheel, but depends only on the direction of the tire, the side slip for each alignment element can be determined separately.

  • 상온/상압의 분위기에서 코로나 분사 합성법을 이용하여 반도체 실리콘 나노 입자를 제조하였으며, 실리콘 입자의 전기적 특성을 관찰하기 위해 p-type 실리콘웨이퍼 위에 실리콘 나노 입자를 증착시켰다. 이때, 제조된 실리콘 나노 입자의 크기는 약 10 nm이었으며 기하표준편차는 1.31로 단분산성을 나타내었다. 이러한 조건에서, 실리콘 나노 입자의 양자 점 효과를 이용한 비휘발성 반도체 메모리를 제조하여 메모리효과를 분석한 결과, flat band voltage의 차이가 약 1.5 Volt 발생함을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, we propose a new storage system architecture called as U-Storage (ubiquitous storage system). U-Storage allows a user to access an on-line storage with any type of information devices that are able to connect to internet. The on-line storage is virtualized to the user's information devices as a local hard disk or a memory card by our U-Storage. With devices supporting U-Storage, users can read and write their data anytime and anywhere without downloading and uploading operation.

  • 본 연구에서는 제 1원리 계산을 기반으로 대표적인 p-type TCO 중 하나인 Cu-based delafossite ($CuMO_2$, M=Al, Ga, In, Sc, Y) 의 band structure 및 그에 따른 경향성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 13족에 속하는 M (Al, Ga, In)은 valence band maximum (VBM)에서 2개의 flat한 line이 나타났고, 3족에 속하는 M (Sc, Y)는 Z point에서도 VBM과 비슷한 값이 나타났다.

ON QUASI RICCI SYMMETRIC MANIFOLDS

  • In this paper, we study a type of Riemannian manifold, namely quasi Ricci symmetric manifold. Among others, we show that the scalar curvature of a quasi Ricci symmetric manifold is constant. In addition if the manifold is Einstein, then its Ricci tensor is zero. Also we prove that if the associated vector field of a quasi Ricci symmetric manifold is either recurrent or concurrent, then its Ricci tensor is zero.

  • While Dark Energy is one of the explanations for the accelerating expansion of the Universe, its nature remains a mystery. The standard (flat) ΛCDM model is consistent with cosmological observations: type Ia Supernova, BAO, CMB, and so on. However, the analysis of observations assuming a model, model-dependent approach, is likely to bias the results towards the assumed model. In this poster, I will introduce model-independent approach with Gaussian process and the application of Gaussian process regression to reconstruct the equation of state of dark energy.

Characteristics of Adult Women's Body Somatotype according to Drop Values (성인 여성의 드롭 치수에 따른 체형 특성 연구)

  • An analysis of adult women's somatotypes classified by drop values can provide important preliminary data in determining standard clothing sizes for mass production of ready-made clothes. This is because the values are based on measurements of girth, which is essential information in the size-setting process. Adult women's body types are classified according to drop values in a standard clothing size system adopted by Korea and several other countries. This study aims to identify somatotype characteristics of adult women aged 20 to 69 by using five types of drop values: bust-waist, hip-waist, hip-bust, abdomen-waist, and hip-abdomen. Statistical cluster analysis of collected data revealed four somatotypes among adult women. Type R, with a developed lower body, accounted for 36.6%, and its bodyline was found to be closest to the average adult woman. Type X, constituting 25.4%, had the curviest contours of all and relatively large hip measurements, with the thinnest figure. Flat abdomen and hips characterized type Y, which accounted for 18.9%. Lastly, 19.0% fell into type H, the most obese figure, in which abdomen girth exceeded hip measurements. Since type H has excess fat deposits in the abdomen, not only hip measurements but also abdomen girth should be considered when designing top longer than torso-length and bottoms.
