흡기포트 분사방식의 가솔린 엔진에서 급가속시 연료 거동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fuel Transport Characteristics in a Port Fuel Injected Sl Engine during Transient Condition)

  • In this paper, the fuel transport characteristics during transient condition was studied by using a Fast Response Flame Ionization Detector(FRFID). The quantitative measurement method for the inducted fuel mass into cylinder is studied. The inducted fuel mass into the cylinder was estimated by using calculated air-fuel ratio by hydrocarbon concentration of cylinder and air flow model. In order to estimate the transportation of injected fuel from the intake port into cylinder, the wall wetting fuel model was used. The two coefficient $\alpha$,$\beta$) of the wall-wetting fuel model was determined from the measured fuel mass that was inducted into the cylinder at the first cycle after injection cut-off To reduce an air/fuel ratio fluctuation during rapid throttle opening, the appropriate fuel injection rate was obtain from the wall wetting model with empirical coefficients. Result of air/fuel ratio control, air/fuel excursion was reduced.

  • 이 논문에서는 긴장력 도입을 위한 강선의 용접절단순서가 강선의 변형률과 콘크리트 응력에 미치는 영향 을 실험과 유한요소해석을 통해 고찰하였다. 실험에서는 각각 다른 3개의 용접절단순서에 따른 강선과 횡방향 보강 철 근의 변형률 변화를 계측하였다. 해석에서는 실험과 동일한 조건에 대한 유한요소해석을 수행하였으며, 그 결과를 실험 결과와 비교·고찰하였다. 연구 결과, 강선의 변형률과 횡방향 보강근의 변형률이 긴장재의 절단순서에 따라 다른 결과 를 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 이 결과는 해석을 통하여도 검증되었다. 따라서 프리스트레스 구조물의 시공시 구 조특성에 따라 적절한 절단순서의 조절이 고려되어야 한다.

  • As the emission regulations on the automobiles have been increasingly stringent, precise control of air/fuel ration is one of the most important issues on the gasoline engines. Although many researches have been carried out to identify the fuel transport phenomena in the port fuel injection gasolines, mixture preparation in the cylinder has not been fully understood due to the complexity of fuel film behavior, In this paper, the mixture preparation during cold engine start is studied by using a Fast Response Flame ionization Detector.(FRFID) In order to estimate the transportation of injected fuel from the intake port into cylinder, the wall wetting fuel model was used. The two coefficient($\alpha$,$\beta$) of the wall-wetting fuel model was determined from the measured fuel mass that was inducted into the cylinder at the first cycle after injection cut-in. $\alpha$( ratio of directly inducted fuel mass into cylinder from injected fuel mass) and $\beta$ (ratio of indirectly inducted fuel mass into cylinder from wall wetted fuel film on the wall) was increased with increasing cooling water temperature. To reduce a air/fuel ratio fluctuation during cold engine start, the appropriate fuel injection rate was obtained from the wall wetting fuel model. Result of air/fuel ratio control, air/fuel excursion was reduced.

에어컨 배수펌프 설치 실태 및 개선방안 분석 - 창원시를 중심으로 (Analysis on Installation Conditions Survey and Improvement of Drain Pump in Air-Conditioner : Focusing on Changwon City)

  • This paper was carried out to survey fire hazard and improvement at the drain pump in air-conditioners. Based on the results of analysis, the proposal of electrical accidents prevention and a construction improvement are as follows. A power connection of the drain pump has two types, an electrical outlet type and direct connection type at control board of air-conditioner. The electrical outlet types need a bulletin sign or education as malfunction of the drain pump include an additional accidents, current leakage and overflowing with water on the floor from breaker trip by exterior cause and breaker off by mistake of worker. On the other hand, the direct connection types prevent a power interruption as exterior cause, but it has some trouble, cut of ground cable and without protection device. Usually it doesn't work by electrician when air-conditioner and the drain pump power work. Therefore an education or countermeasures are recommended for not electrician. Generally malfunction of the drain pump causes accumulated materials into the tank. Even though the accumulated materials lead to an overheating and burning as failure of detector occur an idling, periodic inspection of the air-conditioner filter and the drain pump tank prevent the trouble.

고온가공기법을 이용한 초경소재 가공기술에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cutting Method of Tungsten Carbide Material Using Hot Machining)

  • The Advantages of hot machining are the reduction of cutting forces, tool wear, and the increase of material removal rates. In this study, a hot-machining characteristics of milling by CBN tip was exprimentely analyzed, and the influence of the surface temperature and the depth of cut on the tool life were investigated. The selection of a heating method for obtaining ideal temperature of metals in machining is important. Faulty heating methods could induce unwanted structural changes in the workpiece and increase the cost. This study uses gas flame heating. It is obtained that tungsten carbide-alloyed has a recrystallisation temperature range of $800-1000^{\circ}C$ which is the high heating temperature that might induce unwanted structural changes. If it is performed at temperatures higher than $800^{\circ}C$ in machining, the possibility of unwanted structural changes and the increased wear of tool can be shown. Consequently, in hot machining of tungsten carbide-alloy, this study has chosen $400^{\circ}C-600^{\circ}C$ because the heating temperature might be appropriate in view of the cost and workpiece considerations. The results of this study experimentally shows a new machining method for tungsten carbide-alloyed that decreases the wear rate of machining tools

지상시험용 모델 스크램제트 엔진의 설계 (Model Scramjet Engine Design for Ground Test)

  • 미래형 추진기관으로 주목받고 있는 스크램제트 엔진의 지상시험을 위해 시험모델을 설계하였다. 설계 마하수는 7.6, 고도는 30km로 두었으며 4개의 충격파를 흡입구에 배치하였다. 엔진의 흡입구는 Levenberg-Marquardt 최적화 기법, Korkegi 관계식을 이용하여 설계하였으며 연소기는 연료-공기 혼합 증진을 통하여 고연소효율 및 연소기 길이 단축을 구현할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 성능검증을 위한 전산해석에서 흡입구는 받음각 ${\pm}4^{\circ}$에서도 적절한 충격파배치를 보였으며 연소기는 공동을 설치하였을 때 연소효율이 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

A study on pressurizer cutting scenario for radiation dose reduction for workers using VISIPLAN

  • The operations in the design lifecycle of a nuclear power plant targeted to be decommissioned lead to neutron activation. Operations in the decommissioning process include cutting, decontamination, disposal, and processing. Among these, cutting is done close to the target material, and thus workers are exposed to radiation. As there are only a few studies on pressurizers, there arises the need for further research to assess the radiation exposure dose. This study obtained the specifications of the AP1000 pressurizer of Westinghouse and the distribution of radionuclide inventory of a pressurizer in a pressurised water reactor for evaluation based on literature studies. A cutting scenario was created to develop an optimal method so that the cut pieces fill a radioactive solid waste drum with dimensions 0.571 m × 0.834 m. The estimated exposure dose, estimated using the tool VISIPLAN SW, in terms of the decontamination factor (DF) ranged from DF-0 to DF-100, indicating that DF-90 and DF-100 meet the ICRP recommendation on exposure dose 0.0057 mSv/h. At the end of the study, although flame cutting was considered the most efficient method in terms of cutting speed, laser cutting was the most reasonable one in terms of the financial aspects and secondary waste.

보일러동 철골구조물 발파해체 시공사례 (A Case Study on Explosive Demolition of Boiler Building of Steel Frame Structure)

  • 최근 오래된 산업단지의 해체수요가 증가하고 있으며, 해체된 산업부지를 원래 자연환경으로 복원하는 공사를 진행하고 있다. 본 시공사례는 오래된 산업단지 내의 대형 철골구조물을 해체하기 위해 발파해체공법 중 전도공법을 적용하였다. 철골구조물을 절단하기 위해 금속 제트가 발생하는 장약용기를 사용하였다. 발파구간 중 철골구조물의 두께가 두꺼운 부분은 가스와 산소 불꽃 또는 아크열에 의해 깊은 홈을 파는 방법인 가우징을 적용하여 두께를 조절하였다. 발파해체 결과, 철골구조물은 예측된 방향으로 정확히 전도하였으며, 주변 시설물에 피해 없이 발파해체를 완료하였다.

과전류 차단과 보호협조 성능이 향상된 한류형 COS 퓨즈링크 개발 (Development of Current Limiting COS Fuse Link with Improved Overcurrent and Protection Coordination performance)

  • 컷아웃스위치(COS: Cut Out Switch 이하 COS)는 전력계통에서 수용가로 전력을 송배전하기 위해 사용되는 변압기의 입력단에 설치되어 사고전류로부터 변압기를 보호하기 위해 설치되는 보호장치이다. COS는 크게 퓨즈링크와 COS몸체 및 접속부로 구성되어 사고전류시 퓨즈링크의 엘리먼트가 용단되어 사고전류를 차단하는 역할을 한다. COS 퓨즈링크가 용단되어 발생하는 강력한 아크가 화염과 소음을 유발시켜 주변지역 거주자에게 불쾌감 및 공포감을 주며, 아크화염으로 인하여 주변기기의 2차 피해를 유발시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 COS 동작 시 발생되는 아크와 소음 및 보호협조의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 폭발형이 아닌 한류형 COS 퓨즈를 개발하였다. 또한 과전류 차단 기능이 없는 한류형 퓨즈의 단점을 개선하기 위해 퓨즈 엘리멘트, 스트라이커와 COS 퓨즈금구 개발을 통하여 과전류 차단성능의 신뢰성을 향상시켰다. COS의 동작 특성 향상은 퓨즈 엘리멘트의 최적 형상 도출, 스트라이커의 원활한 동작을 위한 동작선의 재질과 두께 및 저항 산정, 그리고 스트라이커와 연계된 하부금구류의 구조 개선을 통하여 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 COS 퓨즈링크는 공인기관의 시험을 통하여 차단성능과 보호협조 성능을 검증하였다. 시험은 본 연구의 한류형 COS와 기존의 폭발형 비한류형 COS의 비교 시험으로 수행하였다.
