SOME NEW RESULTS ON HYPERSTABILITY OF THE GENERAL LINEAR EQUATION IN (2, β)-BANACH SPACES

  • In this paper, we first introduce the notions of (2, ${\beta}$)-Banach spaces and we will reformulate the fixed point theorem [10, Theorem 1] in this space. We also show that this theorem is a very efficient and convenient tool for proving the new hyperstability results of the general linear equation in (2, ${\beta}$)-Banach spaces. Our main results state that, under some weak natural assumptions, functions satisfying the equation approximately (in some sense) must be actually solutions to it. Our results are improvements and generalizations of the main results of Piszczek [34], Brzdęk [6, 7] and Bahyrycz et al. [2] in (2, ${\beta}$)-Banach spaces.

  • In 1976, Caristi [1] established a celebrated fixed point theorem in complete metric spaces, which is a very useful tool in the theory of nonlinear analysis. Since then, several generalizations of the theorem were given by a number of authors: for instances, generalizations for single-valued mappings were given by Downing and Kirk [4], Park [11] and Siegel [13], and the multi-valued versions of the theorem were obtained by Chang and Luo [3], and Mizoguchi and Takahashi [10].

  • In this paper, an inertial Halpern-type forward backward iterative algorithm for approximating solution of a monotone inclusion problem whose solution is also a fixed point of some nonlinear mapping is introduced and studied. Strong convergence theorem is established in a real Hilbert space. Furthermore, our theorem is applied to variational inequality problems, convex minimization problems and image restoration problems. Finally, numerical illustrations are presented to support the main theorem and its applications.

  • We establish a common n-tupled fixed point theorem for hybrid pair of mappings under new contractive condition. It is to be noted that to find n-tupled coincidence point, we do not use the condition of continuity of any mapping involved. An example supporting to our result has also been cited. We improve, extend and generalize several known results.

  • We obtain generalized versions of the Fan-Browder fixed point theorem for G-convex spaces. We define the class B of better admissible multimaps on G-convex spaces and show that any closed compact map in b fro ma locally G-convex uniform space into itself has a fixed point.

  • In this paper, the notion of S-metric spaces will be introduced. We present some fixed point theorems for two maps on complete S-metric spaces and an illustrative example is given for the single-valued case. By using the similar method as in [4], a common fixed point theorem for two single-valued mappings is obtained in S-metric spaces.

  • In this paper, we investigate the solution of the following functional inequality $$N(f(x)+f(y)+f(z),t){\geq}N(f(x+y+z),mt)$$ for some fixed real number m with $\frac{1}{3}$ < m ${\leq}$ 1 and using the fixed point method, we prove the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability for it in fuzzy Banach spaces.

  • In [4], Dhage proved a result for common fixed point of two self-maps satisfying a contractive condition in D-metric spaces. This note proves a fixed point theorem for five self-maps under weak-compatibility in D-metric space which improves and generalizes the above mentioned result.

  • In this paper we obtain a unique common fixed point theorem for four self-maps which are involved in (𝜙, 𝜓)-weak contraction of a partially ordered b-metric space. The necessary condition has been given to a space for the existence of an unique common fixed of the maps. And our work changed conditions and nonlinear contraction, and search for the unique common fixed point of the maps.
