Melatonin hormone involved in human's circadian rhythm adjustment sensitively responds to light's specific short wavelength ratio. A shift worker's circadian rhythm disturbance and sleep disorder are caused by the existing lighting conditions, whose short wavelength ratio is fixed. The life pattern of a shift worker changes irregularly because of irregular working hours and the same lighting environment; thus, his/her concentration is reduced. For such a reason, negative effects ensue to the detriment of healthy everyday life, including a high risk of accidents or having unsound sleep after leaving work. A smartphone-based wavelength control LED lighting system that targets shift workers and that can easily measure and control lighting suitable for wake-sleep cycle, according to working hours and closing hours, is proposed in this paper. First, after the light characteristics of LED lighting that changes depending on light control ratio are measured through the color sensor installed on the smartphone and the externally-linked Mini-Spectrometer, they are stored in the database. Based on the stored optical characteristics data, the measurement module and light control module are implemented. Lighting is offered using a control ratio having the maximum rate of short wavelength in consideration of the target illuminance, classified according to work type by identifying working hours as time when waking is required for shift workers. After a shift work leaves work, the amount of lighting is varied, using a control ratio having a minimum short wavelength rate so that a shift worker can enter the sleep state naturally.

In an effort to clarify the wetted patterns of sandy loam soil under trickle irrigation conditions, the distance of wetted zone, infiltration capacity and soil wetted patterns, etc. were measured by gypsum block as soil moisture sensor located every 5 cm vertically and horizontaly in the soil bin under the such conditions as a). irrigation rates set to 2, 4, 6, 8 liters per hour b). total amount of water applied fixed to 14.62 liters per soil bin c) the hearing force of soil measured by plate penetrometer ranging from 1.04 to 1.22kg/cm$_2$ The results can be summarized as follows ; 1. The wetted distance in horizontal direction(H), the wetted distance in vertical direction(D), the horizontal infiltration capacity (iH) and the vertical infiltration capacity(in)could by explained as a function of time t. 2. The horizontal wetted distance (H) is explained by an exponetial function H= a$.$ t where b was found ranging from 021 to 026 under surface trickle irrigation, which was considered a lotlower than the classical value of 0.5 and these measurements were indifferent to the increasing irrigation rates. 3. As for the surface trickle irrigation where horizontal infiltration capacity(iH) is explained as iH = A $.$ t h, the coefficient A increases with respect to irrigation rates within the limits of 0.89~1.34. 4. In terms of surface trickle irrigation of the ratio of Dm Which is maximum vertical wetted distance to Hm, which is maximum horizontal wetted distance, found to be within range of 1.0 to 1.21. It was also noted that the value of Dm decreses when irrigation rates increases while the value of Hm changes the opposite direction. 5. The optimum location of sensors from emitter for surface trickle irrigation should he inside of hemisphere whose lateral radius is 28~30cm long and vertical radius is 10~12cm long. The distance between emitters should be within 60cm long. 6. In the study of vertical wetted distance( D) where D= a $.$ tb, the exponential coefficient b ranged from 0.61 to 0.75 in surface trickle irrigation, and from 0A9 to 0.68 for subsurface trickle irrigation. These measurements showed an increasing tendency to with respect to irrigation rates. 7. In case of vertical infiltration capacity( in), where iD= A $.$ t 1-h, the coefficient A for surface trickle irrigation found to be within range of 0.16 to 0.19 and did not show any relationships with varying degree of irrigation rates. However, the coefficient was varying from 0.09 to 0.22 and showed a tendency to increase vis-a-vis irrigation rates for subsurface trickle irrigation, in contrast. 8. In the observation of subsurface trickle irrigation, it was found that Dm/Hm ratio was within 1.52 to 1.91 and showed a decreasing tendency with respect to increasing rates of irrigation. 9. The location of sensors for subsurface trickle irrigation follows same pattern as above, with vertical distance from emitter being 10~17cm long and horizontal 22~25cm long. The location of emitter should be 50 cm. 10.The relationship between VS which is the volume of wetted soil and Q which is the total amount of water when soil is reached field capacity could be explained as VS= 2.914Q0.91and the irrigation rates showed no impacts on the above relationship.

Background: Cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL) is an agricultural byproduct containing alkylphenols that has been shown to favorably change the rumen fermentation pattern only under experimentally fixed feeding conditions. Investigation of CNSL potency in rumen modulation under a variety of feeding regimens, and evidence leading to the understanding of CNSL action are obviously necessary for further CNSL applications. The objective of this study was to evaluate the potency of CNSL for rumen modulation under different dietary conditions, and to visually demonstrate its surfactant action against selected rumen bacteria. Methods: Batch culture studies were carried out using various diets with 5 different forage to concentrate (F:C) ratios (9:1, 7:3, 5:5. 3:7 and 1:9). Strained rumen fluid was diluted with a buffer and incubated with each diet. Gas and short chain fatty acid (SCFA) profiles were characterized after 18 h incubation at $39^{\circ}C$. Monensin was also evaluated as a reference additive under the same conditions. Four species of rumen bacteria were grown in pure culture and exposed to CNSL to determine their morphological sensitivity to the surfactant action of CNSL. Results: CNSL supplementation decreased total gas production in diets with 5:5 and 3:7 F:C ratios, whereas the F:C ratio alone did not affect any gas production. Methane decrease by CNSL addition was more apparent in diets with 5:5, 3:7, and 1:9 F:C ratios. An interactive effect of CNSL and the F:C ratio was also observed for methane production. CNSL supplementation enhanced propionate production, while total SCFA production was not affected. Monensin decreased methane production but only in a diet with a 1:9 F:C ratio with increased propionate. Studies of pure cultures indicated that CNSL damaged the cell surface of hydrogen- and formate-producing bacteria, but did not change that of propionate-producing bacteria. Conclusion: CNSL can selectively inhibit rumen bacteria through its surfactant action to lead fermentation toward less methane and more propionate production. As CNSL is effective over a wider range of dietary conditions for such modulation of rumen fermentation in comparison with monensin, this new additive candidate might be applied to ruminant animals for various production purposes and at various stages.

The display device is an important video information communication system device to connect between human and device. it transfers the information as characters, shapes, images and pattern to enable recognizing by eyes. Theres absolutely needs some key functions and role to quickly display informations. It can analyse a information through a PPI Scope of a cathode-ray tube(CRT) displays information which can perform a role. this research proposed a radar device to display informations as received signal. The radar display researches can apply to fixed function graphics pipeline algorithms of the large capacity type through a vertical blanking interval and buffer swap of display unit. Also, it can be possible to apply to performed algorithms to FPGA logic without high-performance graphics processing unit GPU through synchronization which can implement a display system. In this paper, we improved the affordability and reliability through proposed research. 이So, we have studied the radar display unit which can change a flat display from radar display of CRT radar display.

This study involves an analytical approach to determine transit dispatching schedules (headways) Determining a time schedule is an important process in transit system planning. In general, the transit headway should be shorter during the peak hour than at non-peak hours for demand-responsive service. It allows passengers to minimize their waiting time under inelastic, fixed demand conditions. The transit headway should be longer as operating costs increase, and shorter as demand and waiting time increase. Optimal headway depends on the amount of ridership. and each individual vehicle dispatching time depends on the distribution of the ridership. This study provides a theoretical foundation for the dispatching scheme consistent with common sense. Previous research suggested a dispatching scheme with even headway. However, according to this research, that is valid for a specific case when the demand pattern is uniform. This study is a general analysis expanding that previous research. This study suggests an easy method to set a time table without a complex and difficult calculation. Further. if the time axis is changed to the space axis instead, this study could be expanded to address the spacing problems of some facilities such as roads. stations, routes and others.

The synchronous stream cipher has the problem of synchronization loss by cycle slip. Synchronization loss make the state which sender and receiver can't communicate and it may make the receiving system disordered. To lessen the risk, we usually use a continuous resynchronization which achieve resynchronization at fixed timesteps by inserting synchronization pattern and session key. While we can get effectively resynchronizationby continuous resynchronization, there are some problems. In this paper, we proposed an adaptive resynchronization algorithm for cipher system using LAPB protocol. It is able to solve the problem of the continunous resynchronization.The proposed adaptive algorithm make resynchronization only in the case that the resynchronization is occurred by analyzing the address field of LAPB. It measure the receiving rate of the address field in the decesion duration. If the receiving rate is smaller than threshold value, it make resynchronization or not. By using adaptively resynchronization, it solves the problems of continunous resynchronization. When the proposed adaptive algorithm is applied to the synchronous stream cipher system which is used in X.25 packet network, it reduced the time for resynchronization by ten times. It means that 11.3% of total data for transmit is compressed.

The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting the intent of re-employment of inactive registered nurses. This study presents a secondary analysis of data collected in 'Nurse Turnover On-line Survey' by Korean Nurses Association and Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs in 2014. The analysis shows that 70.9% of inactive RNs has an intent to return to practice, and most of them preferred 'flexible working options' (47.8%) or 'fixed day shifts' (43.3%) as a work pattern. Main reasons for resigning from their last job have been found to be 'high work intensity' (18.8%) and 'difficulties of night shifts' (16.7%). Inactive married RNs who have working histories in a general hospital or a long-term care hospital or have preferences for traditional shift works showed a stronger intent to return to practice than their reference group. Our study shows that, for inactive RNs to return to practice, it is recommendable to adopt various non-traditional working patterns, to make a staffing distribution considering the labor intensity and to develop education programs designed to increase RNs' professional satisfaction.
The automated prediction system for seasonal tropical cyclone (TC) activity is established at the National Typhoon Center of the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) to provide effective operation and control of the system for user who lacks knowledge of the system. For automation of the system, two procedures which include subjective decisions by user are performed in advance, and their output data are provided as input data. To provide the capability to understand the operational processes for operational user, the input and output data are summarized with each process, and the directory structure is reconstructed following KMA's standard. We introduce a user interface using namelist input parameters to effectively control operational conditions which is fixed or should be manually set in the previous version of the prediction system. To operationally use early prediction which become available through the automation, its performances are evaluated according to initial condition dates. As a result, high correlations between the observed and predicted TC counts are kept for all track clusters even though advancing the initial condition date from May to January.

This paper describes a design for RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag antenna using license plate attached the vehicle bumper in 900 MHz band. The proposed tag antenna size which is located on upper center position of a vehicle license plate is 162.5${\times}$40${\times}$1 mm$^3$. A resonant frequency of design antenna and the bandwidth which has return loss of -10 dB below are 900 MHz and about 720 MHz(640${\sim}$1,360 MHz), respectively. The commercial chip impedance considered on design was 16- j131 ${\Omega}$ and the complex conjugate impedance of chip was used as input impedance of tag antenna. The measured return loss and radiation pattern were agreed well with the calculated results. The measured readable range of the proposed tag antenna designed on only the vehicle license plate was 11.5 m. Moreover, its range of the fabricated tag antenna that the license plate and the vehicle bumper were fixed by volt and nut was observed 10.4 m. These measured readable range showed about 5 m above far distance more than the average readable range of commercial tag antenna.
