In this paper, I used microprocessor and sensor and designed to improve the efficiency of the photovoltaic system the photovoltaic position tracker device, and compared the normal photovoltaic system of fixed form with the photovoltaic system of solar position tracked form. Moreover, compared the catalogue of solar cell module and the simulation through a mathematics modelling with the solar cell's characteristic interpreting and, composed an power conversion system with boost converter and voltage source inverter. Used the constant voltage control method for maximum power point tracking in boost converter control and, used the SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) control method in inverter control.

Form the application of long rail system the non-ballast steel plate bridges, fatigue strength increase and rail noise reduction can be expected. This is mainly form the reduction of the rail impact at the rail joint locations which already made to behave together from welds. In the high speed rail, application of long rail system is essential because without long rail system, the required serviceability level can not be achieved. But even with this long rail systems, the thermal expansion from the girder can not be absorbed in the normal bearing systems, and these expansion cause between girder and rail. Also unexpected rail buckling and fracture through rail thermal tension may happen. It was found through numerical analysis and field measurement that these problems can be avoided by semi-fixed bearing system. In this study, the benefits of non-ballast plate bridge through long rail system, especially at the point of girder stability, girder stiffness increase and bearing maintenance will be reviewed.

In this study, expert system for the selection of the optimal cutting speed and feed rate was developed using NEXPERT system shell. The NC system has been usually used inefficiently because the input command, which contains cutting speed, feed-rate and the depth of cut, is fixed value which depends on principally operator's experience and machining handbooks providing a guideline for applicable ranges. On the other hand, the optimal cutting conditions vary with time, and depend on tool and machine characteristics, work materials, and cost factor and so on. In this study, if cutting factors, such as, cutting method, material type, cutting depth, and tool nose radius are specified, our expert system gets the information about the standard cutting speed form the cutting speed database, and provides optimum feed rate for these cutting conditions. This cutting speed database can be updated by inputting valid cutting speed which is obtained form the practices.

This study concerns Jeugo-ris' collar patterns according to the pictures of the actual measurement of the bequests in Yi dynasty. In early Yi dynasty not only outside collar but also inside collar was the Mog-pan collar. In middle Yi dynasty many Jeugo-ris' bequests has been discovered. The form of the collar was various In before and after the 1590's, the Mog-pan collar and Kal-collar, Dang-ko callar was coexisted. But after the 1700's Jeugo-ris' collar pattern was fixed to the Dang-ko collar. In early and middle Yi dynasty the width of the collar was three or four times as wide as it on these days. In late Yi dynasty the inside collar length was longer than the outside collar length and the width of the collar was gradually narrow. The same thing as the form of the collar on these days had been appeared from the 1900's.

Because of the simplicity in analysis and design of steel structure, the connections of members are assumed either as perfectly hinged or rigidly fixed. However, a more economical design would result if the effect of restraint in connections were included in analyzing frame structure. From this point of view, stiffness matrices for member with bracketed connections are presented in the form of the stiffness matrices for member with variable moment of inertia, modified by a correction matrix, whose elements are functions of fixity factors of the connections. To obtain fixity factors, the displacements and stress distribution of bracketed connections are investigated by using of the degital computer program, which have been developed to make computing time shorten and the round off errors smaller. The relationship of moments and slip angle in bracketed connections are presented in the form of curves, which can be used in establishing a stiffness matrices for member with bracketed connections.

By cascading RHTL (Right-Handed Transmission Line) and LHTL (Left-Handed Transmission Line), we fabricated a BPF (Band Pass Filter) in which the phase propagation at the pass band center frequency is fixed as we want. We utilized a positive phase propagation of a RHTL which is a form of LPF (Low Pass Filter) and negative phase propagation of LHTL which is a form of HPF (High Pass Filter). Therefore, if RHTL and LHTL are cascaded, a BPF can be constructed and the phase propagation inside the passband is decided by the number of RHTLs and LHTLs. In this paper, we provide a detailed theory related to it and proved the theory with an actual experiment. In the experiment, we fabricated two BPFs with similar passband. One with $90^{\circ}$ phase shift and the other with $-90^{\circ}$ phase shift at the center of passband. The result of simulation and actual experiment agrees well. This proves the suggested theory is correct and feasible.

2002년 Zheng은 대각행렬을 이용한 공개키 암호시스템을 소개하였다. 그러나 이 시스템은 근본적으로 안전성에 문제가 있었다. 이러한 문제점을 보완한 새로운 공개키 암호시스템을 소개하려고 한다. 이 시스템은 합성수 상의 합동다항식의 해를 구하는 것과 조르단 형식의 행렬을 이용한다.

This paper designs and implements of Item pool-Based Program using Visual Basic, a sort of self- study system. This paper is implemented the system which makes and remakes the test items using item-pool data with different method from an ordinary fixed form of evaluation. This system helps teachers to make a various test type of items by searching data through the item-pool and accounting it to the test items. This system will also improve the learner's understanding of the problems and desire for self-solving a problem.

The equations of a polar fluid of hydromagnetic fluctuating through a porous medium axe cast into matrix form using the state space and Laplace transform techniques the resulting formulation is applied to a variety of problems. The solution to a problem of an electrically conducting polar fluid in the presence of a transverse magnetic field and to a problem for the flow between two parallel fixed plates is obtained. The inversion of the Laplace transforms is carried out using a numerical approach. Numerical results for the velocity, angular velocity distribution and the induced magnetic field are given and illustrated graphically for each problems.
