The Korean e-Navigation system is a Korean approach to correspond with implementation of IMO e-Navigation. It provides five services, among them SV20 service, a ship remote monitoring system that collects and processes sensor information related to fire, navigation, and seakeeping performance safety. The system also detects abnormal conditions such as fires, capsizing, sinking, navigation equipment failure during navigation, and calculates the safety index and determines the emergency level. According to emergency level, it provides appropriate emergency response guidance for the onboard operator. The fire safety module is composed of three sub-modules; each module is the safety index sub-module, the emergency level determination sub-module and emergency response guidance sub-module. In this study, operational concept of the fire safety module in SV20 service is explained, and fire safety assessment factors are estimated, to calculate the fire safety index. Fire assessment factors included 'Fire detector position factor,' 'Smoke diffusion rate factor,' and 'Fire-fighting facilities factor.'

우리는 LED등기구의 Printed circuit board (PCB)에서 화재의 원인으로 특정할 수 있는 금속 마이그레이션(Metallic migration) 현상을 발견하고, 본 연구를 진행하였다. 금속 마이그레이션 현상 가속화 실험인 물방울 시험을 소량의 물과 저전압(3 V)로 진행하고 절연되어있는 양극에서 직접적으로 금속 마이그레이션의 성장과 회로의 단락을 확인하였다. 그리고 전자주사현미경(SEM)을 통해 형태를 관찰하고 에너지 분산형 분광기(EDS)를 이용하여 성분을 분석한 결과, 절연된 부분에서 전극을 이루고 있는 구리의 성분을 검출하였다.

현대사회의 다양화, 첨단화로 인하여 범죄의 내용도 전문화되면서 특별사법경찰제도의 역할은 중요하고 다양해지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 수사업무를 수행하는 소방특별사법경찰은 대부분 화재조사 업무와 병행으로 인한 업무 과중, 인력 부족, 수사 전문성을 결여시키는 등의 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 소방사범 단속 수사사례를 통해 얻은 경험을 바탕으로 실제적인 문제점에 대한 개선방안으로 전보 제한 제도 개정, 정원 증원, 교육훈련 제도 개선, 전담부서 신설 등을 제시하고자 한다.

국내 전국대학 실험실을 비롯한 위험물 관련 사고사례를 조사하였으며, 중앙소방학교를 비롯한 서울, 경기, 부산, 광주, 경북, 충청소방학교의 위험물에 대한 교과운영이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 조사하고, 각 대학 소방관련학과에서 운영하고 있는 위험물질론 교과 운영이 어떻게 진행되고 있는지에 대해서도 조사하였다. 또한 중앙 119 구조대를 비롯한 각 지방소방학교에서 교육을 받고 있는 현직 소방공무원을 대상으로 위험물관련 교육에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 설문결과를 분석하여 현행 위험물 교육의 문제점을 찾고 새로운 실험중심의 위험물 교과운영방안으로 효율적인 학습방안을 제시함으로서 위험물관련 사고사례를 사전에 예방할 수 있는 교육 안에 대해 제시코자 하였다.

현대해상화재보험은 내부고객 특히 접점 종업원들의 중요성을 인식하고 내부고객을 만족시킴으로써 외부고객 만족도를 높이고자 하는 노력을 지속적으로 기울여왔다. 그러한 노력의 결과로 대부분의 경쟁사들이 매출 감소를 경험하고 있는 어려운 시장 환경 속에서도 지속적인 성장을 거둠으로써 고객만족 경영의 모범을 보여주고 있다. 본 사례에서는 현대해상화재보험이 실행한 내부마케팅 전략들을 자세히 살펴봄으로써 종업원들을 대상으로 한 내부 고객만족이 어떻게 외부고객 만족과 연결되는지 확인하고, 시사점과 향후 과제를 제시하였다.

In this paper, we analyzed the vehicle fire accidents due to damage of vehicle's electrical components, which is applied to a vehicle. In recent development of electrical components technology, approximately 40% of vehicle manufacturing parts have applied electronic circuit technology. Phenomenon such deterioration of insulating performance or electric breakdown on the vehicle's electrical components and printed circuit boards(PCBs) resulted from moisture, contamination and aging due to repetitive operations, lead to the vehicle fire. Therefore, the application of electrical components with adequate electric capacity for vehicle and usage of molding techniques using a non-combustible materials to shut off the oxygen should be applied in order to prevent vehicle fire due to damage of the electrical components and PCBs.

In this paper, study of vehicle fire cases caused by connector and power wiring of anti-lock brake system(ABS) module damage is presented. The purpose of ABS module is to improve braking and steering ability under sudden stop of the vehicle by repeatedly activating and releasing the brake with electric signal via electric control unit. The electric control unit for ABS may experience incomplete contact between power line and signal line or electrical breakdown on the printed circuit board by undergoing repetitive signal change which would consequently result in electrical heat and spark, eventually leading to automotive fire. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to provide fundamental data by analyzing connector and power wiring of ABS module damage conducive to the precise investigation on the cause of vehicle fire.

일본은 관설소방이 발전되어 있으면서도 민간인으로 구성된 의용소방대가 발달된 대표적인 국가이다. 일본은 지진이나 태풍 등 대규모 재해가 발생할 때 관설소방만으로 대응에 한계가 있으므로 현재도 의용소방대를 활성화시키기 위해서 여러 가지 정책들을 추진하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 일본 의용소방대의 정책을 분석하여 우리나라 의용소방대 활성화를 위해서 도입할 만한 정책에 대해 제안하고 있다.
