재해 데이터베이스의 사례연구를 위한 휴먼에러 재해 검색방법에 관한 연구 (Study on searching method of human errors accidents for case study of disaster database)

  • Most human-error case of accident database is written by various description and expression because accident database is produced by two or more person. And extracted information by searching of database varies in researcher's judgment criteria and the capability. Furthermore, much time and effort are required to examine manually information related to the human error from each accident case. Accordingly, it is difficult to explore objectively the accidents relevant to the human-error from the accident data base which is accumulated enormously. In this study, to solve these problems, it was developed an searchig method which is not influenced by researcher's judgment criteria and capability. For this, human-error keywords were extracted from a Japanese-English dictionary to examine objectively the accident case related to human-error in data base. This searching method by the human-error keywords can be applicable in most accident databases, although a database will be accumulated in future. Also, using the searching technique of this research, knowledge obtained by searching result can be compared with other research's results by the same method. Although the number of accident case increasese, searching results from database have the objectivity because it is not necessary to modify the based searching method or change the human-error keywords. However, as subject of future investigation, it would be necessary that the extension and investigation on human-error keywords improve and the technique to enhance searching accuracy would be modified.

  • 화해를 입은 구조물의 안전성 확보에는 초기대응이 매우 중요기 때문에 신속한 의사결정이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 화해를 입은 구조물의 이형철근과 콘크리트 간 잔존부착강도를 평가할 수 있는 간략화된 방법을 제시하였다. 제안된 방법은 화재강도 즉, 화재 중 최고노출 온도 뿐 아니라 화재지속시간도 고려할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안된 방법의 검증 및 비교를 위하여 화해를 입은 대구지하철 역사의 현장조사 결과를 인용하였으며, 해석결과 그 효용성을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 국내에서의 위험물 사고 현황을 분석함으로써 화재안전성 및 화재의식 측면에서의 취약요인을 파악하였고, 위험물 안전관리자를 선임해야 하는 위험물제조소등의 종류 및 규모가 현재 법적으로 어떻게 규정되어 있는지 조사하였으며, 또한 한국소방안전협회에서 주관하는 위험물안전관리자 강습교육을 받는 사람들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 바탕으로 위험물 안전관리자 강습교육에 대한 보다 효율적이고 체계적인 강습교육과정을 마련코자 하였다.

  • 소방공무원은 화재 진압 등 근무 중 다양한 사고에 노출되고 있으며, 이로 인해 소방공무원 개인의 문제 분만 아니라 소방력을 약화시켜 궁극적으로 대 국민 소방서비스의 질적 저하를 가져오고 있다. 따라서 소방공무원의 안전사고 최소화를 궁극적인 목적으로 소방활동의 업무영역별 안전사고 대책개발을 위한 전단계로 최근 국내의 800여건의 안전사고를 분석하여 원인별 Matrix를 작성하였다.

  • In general, fire accidents in tunnels are sufficiently preventable, but the damage is very large. Therefore, the number of highway traffic accidents is high in spring when spring fatigue occurs and the traffic volume for maple travel increases. In particular, when analyzing the cause of death of people killed in fire accidents in tunnels, it is analyzed that most of them are suffocated by smoke. Therefore, in this study, it can be said that it is meaningful to make a social contribution to reduce the number of traffic accident deaths by establishing an efficient fire suppression system for fire accidents in tunnels.

  • When a fire breaks out in a distribution center, it causes a lot of damage. And the most casualties are caused by Fire accidents. Therefore, training for fire prevention should be mandatory at the distribution center. Also, the contents of education should be different in room temperature warehouses and low temperature warehouses. Fire education in low-temperature warehouses should be more emphasized. This is because many fires occur in low-temperature warehouses. In this study, a study was conducted to determine the important order of training hours and contents for fire prevention education according to the type of distribution center. The importance of time and content for safety education in all types of warehouses did not differ significantly. It was first decided that safety prevention training should be conducted periodically in all types of warehouses

시각정보 변화에 따른 음향통보장치 신호음의 청감반응 (Subjective Responses for the Fire Signal Sound of Acoustic Reporting Equipment Depending on Visual Information)

  • Instruction and prevention of the safety for a fire have been performed continuously by nation. However, the accident due to a fire is not decreasing and causes a serious calamity to people. It is at the initial stage of fire burning that the most effective way to reduce damage is to evacuate and fight a fire. When a fire burns, the equipments reporting to other person or organization concerned are called 'acoustic reporting equipment'. Among those equipments reporting to person, 'a fire bell' is the easiest equipment to approach. Observing the behaviors of people when a fire burning, some are in a quiet indoor, some in a room with other people, some in a square with many people and some in indoor filled with smoke etc. This study aims to find out an acoustic reporting signal appropriate for visual information. For the experiments, visual-auditory experiments were performed through reporting signals and visual informations with several situations that is able to be faced at when a fire burns.

터널 내 화재발생시 구난역 내의 설계된 환기 시스템 성능에 대한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Designed Ventilation System Performance at Rescue Station in Tunnel Fire)

  • 본 연구는 축소실험을 통하여 터널내 화재발생시 구난역 내 설계된 환기 시스템 성능을 검증 하였다. Froude 수 상사법칙을 적용하여 실제 터널 크기의 1/35로 축소된 모형터널을 사용하였다. 모형터널은 두께가 2mm인 철을 사용하여 총 길이 10m, 높이 0.19m, 폭 0.26m으로 제작되었다. Cross-passage는 사고터널과 구난 터널 사이에 연결되고 Cross-passage 중앙에는 방화문이 설치되어 있다. 실험에는 n-heptane, $4cm{\times}4cm$ 풀화재를 이용하였다. 화원의 발열량은 695.97W이고, 화원 위치는 터널 중앙과 가장 위험한 경우로써 터널 입구지점에 각각 설치하였다. 환기조건은 0.015cms이고 화원과 가장 인접한 곳에서만 배기하도록 하였다. 구난역 배기 성능을 검증하기 위해 온도와 CO농도를 측정하여 연기의 유무를 파악하였다. 본 실험의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 터널 중앙화원인 경우 환기가 없어도 구난 터널에 연기가 검출되지 않았다. 둘째, 구난역 입구 부근에 화원을 설치한 경우 환기 조건을 주지 않으면 연기가 구난 터널로 침투하지만, 설계된 배기 조건시 연기는 구난터널로 전파하지 않았다.
