This paper selects 100 IT companies listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020, and the public announcement in Hwajung collects ESG integrated ratings and grades for each sector and empirically verifies the relationship between ESG ratings and stock returns. Huazheng ESG level data and QIANZHAN database Using corporate financial data, a total of 500 samples were selected through correlation analysis and linear regression analysis with SPSS23 to analyze the effect of ESG on Return. As a result of the analysis, first, the impact on stock returns was found to be a significant positive (+) value for ESG integrated ratings and ratings by E (environment), S (social), and G (governance) sectors, confirming that ESG ratings have a positive mold of corporate stock returns. Currently, the world's major economies have proposed sustainable development strategies and "carbon neutral" goals. Development strategies are very consistent with ESG concepts, and companies that agree and execute ESG concepts may have higher ratings than other companies in the same industry, resulting in certain evaluation premiums. In addition, capital market performance in recent years shows that companies with ESG concepts or "carbon neutrality" concepts are generally considered to have higher growth potential and stronger anti-risk capabilities in the market. For listed companies, they should focus on ESG investment, improve ESG performance, and actively disclose related information to investors. Improving ESG performance should deliver positive information to society, enhance corporate image, increase market confidence in the future development of listed companies, and positively improve corporate value to actively increase financial, financial, trading, and other aspects of negotiation.

Purpose - By filling the existing research hole and supplying a whole evaluation, this test wants to offer actionable insights for stakeholders navigating the intersection of sustainability and financial prosperity. Ultimately, this study contributes to the evolving speak on ESG, fostering a deeper comprehension of its implications for fostering sustainable economic increase. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on the numerous prior literature, the current study adopts a rigorous and systematic approach to discover the connection between Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance and its effect on a financial boom. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method is the guiding framework for systematically accumulating and analyzing earlier research studies. Result: The finding of this study indicates that using ESG-pushed innovation, practitioners can force technological advancements inside their respective industries. By combining sustainability with research and improvement tasks, corporations can be leaders in selling economic boom through current, green solutions. Conclusion - In summary, this study concludes that embracing those findings in this study allows practitioners and managers to enhance their organization's easy regular, well-known traditional regular standard overall performance and undoubtedly contribute to a broader financial boom via leveraging the transformative strength of ESG necessities.

우리나라는 고령화시대로 접어들면서 노인들의 수단적 일상생활활동(IADL)을 향상시키고자 하는 사회적 노력이 더욱 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 노인들이 특히 부담감을 느끼는 금융관리활동의 수행능력을 향상시키기 위해, 노인들이 ATM을 원활하게 사용할 수 있도록 ATM 시뮬레이션 교육 콘텐츠를 통해 노인들을 학습시키고자 한다. 이를 위해 노인들을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하여 주요 금융활동 4가지(입금, 출금, 예금조회, 통장정리)를 도출하고, 기존의 은행 ATM 인터페이스와 동일한 태블릿 PC 기반 ATM 교육용 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 노인데이케어센터 소속의 노인 20명을 대상으로 실험을 진행하였으며, 교육 전후의 만족도, 피로도 및 성과를 측정하였다. 본 연구 결과는 ATM기기 사용에 어려움을 느끼는 노인들을 위한 ATM 디자인 설계 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

공공기관의 재정 집행의 문제점 및 평가지표 개선, 공공기관 통합관리 방안에 대한 연구를 통해 국가재정의 효율성을 증대시키는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 공공기관의 재정 운영상 5가지 문제점(평가지표 체계, 재정운영 통제기구, 민간 공공사업 구분관리, 공공재정 관련 법 제도, 정부 예산지원 관리)이 존재한다. 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위해서는 국회가 참여한 Control Tower(공공재정정책위원회)의 설치와 같은 다양한 의견을 제시한다.

This paper suggests a balanced scorecard (BSC) framework for measuring and evaluating the performance of knowledge workers in professional service firms(PSFs) which are typical knowldege-based organizations. As a strategic learning system, the balanced scorecard allows business leaders to drive and modify their business strategies based on the balanced measurement of key performance indicators(KPIs), which are basically divided into four domains such as financial achievement, customer orientation, internal business process, and innovation and learning. Conducting a focused case study on performance evaluation of knowledge workers from a balanced viewpoint, we could evaluate their competency and potential in more comprehensive manner. We also employ the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) approach for derive relative weights of key performance indicators and link it to a spreadsheet model for rating the individual performance of knowledge workers in a systematic way.

본 연구는 장애인직업재활시설의 조직적 특성을 고려한 조직역량 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 장애인직업재활시설의 경영성과를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 장애인직업재활시설과 유사한 성격을 가진 사회적 기업의 자원기반관점과 기업역량논의를 바탕으로 조직역량 요인을 추출하였으며 기업경영성과를 평가하는 데 있어서 가장 적합한 모델로 평가되는 Malcolm Baldrige(1987) 모델을 토대로 연구모형을 제시한 후 조사를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인직업재활시설 조직역량은 영리적 성과와 비영리적 성과에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 영리적 성과는 마케팅 역량, 행정적 역량, 재무적 역량 순으로, 비영리적 성과는 조직문화적 역량, 재무적 역량, 시설장 역량, 인적자원적 역량 순으로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인직업재활시설의 조직역량은 영리적 성과와 비영리적 성과를 포함한 포괄적인 경영성과에 영향을 미치며 마케팅 역량, 조직문화적 역량, 재무적 역량, 인적자원적 역량 순으로 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

In order to enhance competitiveness in the industry, financial companies are building a high level of customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by further strengthening not only the technical quality of the platform business but also the customer-oriented service quality. Theoretically, it is time for a theoretical review of whether the expansion of service quality using platform business in the financial industry is directly linked to the performance of financial companies, such as satisfaction and repurchase intention of existing customers. Based on the rapid growth of mobile and the main activities of financial platform companies above, This study attempted to test a significant impact on customer satisfaction and reuse intention on information services and system services, which are service quality of mobile financial platforms. Even if a number of financial companies compete with each other, they could survive by dividing the market, In the digital environment, customers have free access, so the winner can monopolize the market. It is an environment in which customers can move to platform companies that provide better services. The contents presented through the results in this study will be able to be used strategically in terms of the implementation and operation of the financial platform. In addition, it served as an opportunity to find independent variables that affect customer satisfaction and reuse intention, which are financial platform service quality, and suggested the possibility of continuous development of the platform in the future. In summary, the service quality of financial platforms can further expand users by emphasizing user visibility in terms of information services and utilizing user-centered financial platforms that increase customer satisfaction and reliability by strengthening the responsiveness and ease of system services. This study is of important value and is believed to have laid an important foundation for future research.

본 연구의 목적은 2014년도 부산광역시로 이전한 한국주택금융공사의 사례를 분석하여 정부의 공공기관 이전의 목적을 달성하였는지 정책방면의 효율성을 분석하는 것이다. 분석을 위해 2009년부터 2019년까지의 한국주택금융공사의 결산경영공시와 공공기관 실적평가보고서를 바탕으로 효율성을 한국주택금융공사의 이전 전·후를 DEA 분석, 경영실적평가보고서상의 업무효율, 재무비율을 이용하여 비모수적 검증방법을 이용하여 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, DEA 분석의 경우 지방 이전 전·후 효율성의 차이는 두드러지게 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 실적평가보고서와 재무비율을 사용한 효율성 분석에서는 지방 이전 후 효율성이 하락한 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 종합하면 한국주택금융공사의 경우 지방 이전 이후 효율성이 감소하였는데, 이는 사업성과의 부진과 재무비율과 관련된 비효율성을 원인으로 둘 수 있다. 하지만 본 연구는 한국주택금융공사를 대상으로 분석하였기 때문에 한계점을 가진다. 이를 보완하기 위해 국내 모든 기금관리형 공공기관을 대상으로 연구범위의 다각화가 필요하다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 연구는 기금관리형 준정부기관을 대상으로 이전 전·후를 분석한 최초의 연구이며, 추후 논의될 공공기관 이전 정책에 유의한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

This paper analyses how technological capabilities and entrepreneurship of technology-based start-ups affect their performance. In this paper, a multiple regression analysis was conducted on 248 technology-based start-ups. The effects of indicators of technological capacity like R&D intensity, R&D organization, technology competitiveness, patents, and certification were analyzed. Factors affecting sales were R&D intensity and technological competitiveness. Technology competitiveness and patents were the significant factors influencing product competitiveness. The factor that positively influenced organizational performance, customer performance, and achievement of start-up goals was technological competitiveness. The results of such an analysis should be designed to discover and foster long-term innovation potential, rather than relying on short-term financial performance.

본 연구는 소비자 유형에 따른 CRM 마케팅 우선순위에 대한 인식과 만족도의 차이를 알아보고, 기업 종업원의 CRM 마케팅 우선순위와 성과에 대한 인식이 기업의 재무 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 했다. 연구결과, 조사대상 기업은 소비자 유형에 따라 CRM 마케팅 우선순위에 대한 인식과 만족도가 다르게 나타났고, 종업원의 CRM 마케팅 우선순위에 대한 인식은 소비자의 인식과 차이는 있었지만 우선순위의 순서는 일치하였다. CRM 마케팅 우선순위에 대한 소비자의 만족도와 종업원이 인식하는 성과를 비교한 결과는 소비자의 만족도에 비해서 종업원의 성과 평가가 과대평가 되었다. 그리고 CRM 마케팅 우선순위 중에서 고객 차별화와 고객유지 활동은 기업의 재무 비재무적 성과에 영향을 미쳤지만, 고객만족 활동은 미치지 않았다.
