Purpose - Transnational corporations (TNCs) have influenced drastic changes (financial services, manufacturing, labor, technology transfer) in Central Eastern Europe (CEE). This paper examines the indirect changes in the CEE pattern of industrial development and market distribution. Research design, data, and methodology - Over 25 years, neighboring (or rival) countries competed to attract TNCs as a double-edged strategy for privatization and debt reduction. Through their experience attracting foreign direct investment (FDI), many countries started to reflect aspects of national capitalism. Countries also began to realize in 2010 that TNCs sought to enter markets with more favorable conditions for export-oriented manufacturing. Results - The analysis reveals that TNC investment strategies were aimed at eliminating local competition to acquire industrial "brown fields" to convert into "green fields." CEE countries have since strengthened their national systems and the support of large-scale state-owned enterprises and small and medium-sized start-up enterprises. Conclusions - CEE has changed based on industrial development and a regional structure of TNC market distribution and associated government policies. The pattern toward flexible markets gives countries the ability to further their economies.

Tourism has been considered as the largest industry in the world, which is contributing towards employment generation, wealth creation and pursuing social benefits. Growing concern about the impact of human activities upon the environment, increased awareness of and concern for global environment have intensified the demand for sustainable tourism and their focus on balancing of: profit-driven motives, preserving and enhancing the social as well as ecological balance. Based on secondary materials and content analysis present study evaluated existing status of sustainable tourism development and explored important change strategies for future improvement of tourism sector in Bangladesh. The study recognized different views of change management and various strategies for obtaining sustainability in tourism industry. The present study identified the institutional networks, challenges in the way of applying systems approach to change management for sustainable tourism development and suggested important options for overcoming the impediments to operate through the proposed strategic framework in Bangladesh.

Global financial crisis at 2008 caused a great change of the company itself and environment as hit product, new creative business model. But it is not easy program. Ambidextrous organization excel at exploiting existing products to enable incremental innovation and at exploring new opportunities fo foster more radical innovation. In this paper are presented the improved procedures of new business model development using 6 sigma methodology. To inspired about new business ideas we use exploration method. For the purpose, this study examines to identify factors influencing urban to rrual migration for farming. This study analyzed 217 urban to rural migrant farmers. The result of this study were as follows: the influence of the main variables on the agricultural challenges of the urban to rural migrant farmers were observed as the relationship of the level of financial preparations, the motivations of urban to rural migration, the agricultural income, the annual of urban to rural migration, the size of agricultural, gender, and age. This study result show that urban to rural migrant farmers' agricultural challenges is influenced by almost economical factors. Therefore, for the successful agricultural activities of the urban to rural migrant farmers show significant impact to need on the composite effort of all such as the individual, the family, the rural society, local autonomous entity, the government.

This study was to provide the basis for the development of family life education programs for caregiving families. The data were collected from 374 adult children who were giving care to their older parents in Seoul. Adult children reported experiencing more caregiving problems in the areas of personlities of older parents psychological burden and parents' health than in the areas of caregiver's health and financial burden Women were more likely to experience caregiving problems than men. Adult children indicated higher levels of perceived knowledge on planning for later life psychological characteristics of older parents and keeping good relationships with older parents. They reported more need for knowledge on physical change of older parents and planning for later life while there were less need for knowledge on sharing caregiving roles with others and social service programs. The needs for caregiving education were also identified in the aspects as to participation purposes methods times and agencies. Given these findings this study suggests some practical implications for the development of family life education programs for caregiving families. Further studies should help to advance the development and practice of family life education programs for caregiving families.

The Port Development has been achieved by the Government because it needs large scale of funds. However, since 1994, the Govenment has been implemeting private investments for constructing and operating the ports and so on. Although the Government had high expectation that it could expedite the expansion of the port facilities, there were many problems in view of construction, management, financial and social environment. This study figure out that most of the important reasons are the uncertainty of risk allocation between private investors and the Government, using with Analytic Hierarchy Process. It is expected that the results of this study will encourage more private investors to participate in port private investments in the future.

Ambidextrous organization purse exploiting and exploration innovation program. For the existing process's incremental and rapid improvement, the exploiting innovation programs are used such as 6 Sigma program and so on. For the new business model's searching and developments, the exploration innovation programs are used such as blue ocean program and brainstorming and so on. In this paper is presented the new procedures, for the new business model development, combining exploration and exploiting innovation programs. To obtain the creative business ideas, various exploration methodologies are adopted based on 6 Sigma's methodology, The new procedures are applied to the venture company and examined its validity.

The paper deals with recent paradigm shift in German environmental policy, fundamentally modifying the German society towards a sustainable future development. Key elements of this development are forceful climate protection measures to contribute to global climate protection strategy and to fulfil international conventions, supplemented by a comprehensive strategy to promote the adaptation to climate change, the nuclear power phase out in the medium term, and innovative landscape and regional planning projects to strengthen regional identity and economic power. All this components are,complemented by a financial support program including incentives, tax reductions, and research funding.

This research aims to investigate into Official Development Assistance (ODA), which may be regarded as assistance or aid to increase competitiveness in the overseas construction field through presenting, in the initial step of construction projects, schemes to secure financial resources to those who place orders. In this research, the present author analyzes ODA of advanced countries and S.Korea and distributes and collects questionnaires to experts in related fields in order to investigate into the current state and problems of overseas construction and ODA.
